Stadium Place Apartments

I loved my stay at Woodway! The apartments are a wonderful size. There was a washer/dryer combo in my unit which was nice and convenient. They also have a laundry room with a workout area. Management was wonderful and I never had any issues. Marcel is fabulous and does a wonderful job! Maintenance was wonderful and fixed any issues right away! The apartments are dog friendly! The apartments are in a good area and I felt safe at all times. Nice and quiet! Parking is right in front of your unit. They have a nice and well kept pool and lounge area!

WOW! I have never had such good luck at a rental property. The location is ideal if you are a sports fan, or if you want to be outside of town a bit. It is close in proximity to campus and walking distance to games. There are plenty of amenities and ample parking. The apartments themselves are clean, quiet, and homey. What has really set Woodway apart from others is the management. They are on top of maintenance and look to have a relationship with the tenants. I have heard horror stories from landlords taking advantage of their tenants and have had an issue with another entity in Manhattan, but this company is genuine and gives you respect. It has been a pleasure working with Marcel and Doug and am sad to move away from such a great place. Keep up the great work guys! - Dalton Springer

I have lived in Woodway apartments for the past school year. I have a great experience. The service is fast whenever we have a problem and they are easy to get ahold of. I would recommend living here for sure!

I have really enjoyed living at Woodway this year and I have been very impressed with the attentive management and maintenance staff. Kelly is always willing to help me with any questions I have, and our maintenance request is always answered and dealt with on the same day or the next if we have ever had any issues. Afforable and clean/updated apartments for anyone who may be looking!

I love that I don't have to worry about parking for the games and can just walk across the street to the stadium. The new renovations are beautiful- stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in the apartments, dog run and so much more! I recommend for sure!

Woodway Apts is safe and decent living at affordable rent. The staff is friendly and courteous. It is centrally located. Close to the bus route to K-State University which allows me to leave my car and ride the bus to school.

Noisy neighbors and can't do much about them. Management says work it out. Rent is good. Place is nice with lots of room. Lots of parking. Broken stuff management will fix next day. Great!

Woodway is a very affordable place to live, especially on a college budget. The apartments are clean and ready to go when you move in. The tenants are well taken care of. If you ever need maintenance, they are very good about getting to you as soon as possible. It is a quiet and cozy area to live. If you love football, you would love living across from the stadium. They have a pool and on sight laundry, which is always a plus.

Very great place to live! Have had things that needed to be fixed and got done right away when asked management! Great parking always get a close spot! Very reasonable price! Would recommend for family or even college students!

The apartments are fairly nice. There is a pool for all residents to use. However the kitchen appliances are not that great, and they 'fix' them when broken. Also this last time they sprayed for bugs we didn't get sufficient warning and as we weren't supposed to enter the apartment for three hours after the spraying they really should have gotten a hold of us as it was a health danger.

I really like living at Woodway. The area is very nice, and the apartments are great, but that thing that I like the best is the management. Any time that I've had to put in a service request they were always friendly, helpful, and very quick. This is one of the best experiences I've had living in Manhattan.

Woodway has been one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in. When I needed a new oven, the got me one installed, when we needed our AC fixed they got to it within two weeks, which I think is good. When we moved in it was clean and all the light bulbs worked. The pool area is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a pet friendly place as well, which I like, and there is a doggie waste disposal area. I've lived here the last two years and am on my third, so they must be doing something right.

They are decent apartments, that are reasonably priced. They are definitely livable, and nice for college kids like myself. But, there are some down sides, because of it being an old apartment, everything kinda has a used feel to it, and there are many things that need fixed. But those are just little things.

Lowest rent for an apartment you could probably find, so for what you pay it's livable! Good place for college kids in a college town. You can have pets with a small fee which is nice. Onsite laundry and pool!

Great management, very quick to help out with any issues. Laundry service are great, they have just the right amount of washers and dryers. However kitchen equipment should be updated.

As a college student, finding an affordable, nice apartment in an ideal part of town is stressful. Woodway Apartments are everything a student needs. Close proximity to campus, within a budget, and the staff is remarkable! I have had several items, break or quit working in my apartment, and have had to report it to the office to get fixed. Every single time they have shown up within that first hour, usually within the first half hour. They have a nice friendly staff who are always in the office ready to send a smile your way. The atmosphere is relaxing, but not against having a good time by the pool, or hanging out with friends. Its a nice and friendly environment! Not only is it a great place for students, this complex is great for families! There are always a few kids playing by the pool, or running around in the grass lot next to the buildings! Among all the other great things about this complex, the location is key! Its on the edge of town, so you do not have the rumble of traffic at all hours of the night, but its also just a block away from the KSU football stadium, which make games days easy and fun! Grocery stores are within walking distance, and your right down the road from a park! I love living in Woodway apartments and plan to live here until I graduate and move!

The apartment is so spacious and perfect! With it being pet friendly my cat even loves it! The front office is always great about answering my questions and on top of any problems we may have. The perfect location from the stadium for my practices and meetings. I couldn't have chosen a better place to life throughout college!

We're three girls in college, living in a three bedroom apartment at Woodway Apartments. This cozy little nook has provided everything a college student needs and is set up so that we can make it as warm and decorative as we want. Woodway provided us with an updated apartment, so all of our appliances are new. The bedroom's and closets are big enough for all of us to fit everything we brought,(the closets being able to fit everything was a priority to us girls!) Also a huge plus for us was how close it is to the football stadium! Overall it was exactly what we all needed this year.

Woodway apartments are nice and close to campus but far enough to get away from all the chaos and traffic. Perfect apartment for people who enjoy football season since you are directly across from the football stadium. I must say that Woodway apartments are very peaceful for being in a college town. The only downside to these apartments are the thin walls. The staff is overall very nice and friendly and if you have any problem they attend to them right away. Another plus is that you can now pay your rent online. They also have an on sight laundry, which is a big plus. Parking is not a problem neither everyone have there parking passes and there is plenty of parking, they also offer covered parking. You cannot miss the pool, it stays calm and quiet through out the summer. There are also plenty of dumpster and you can bring your pets with you, something that many apartments do not offer here in Manhattan!

After my first year living here, i knew i could live here throughout my college years. Woodway is a little old but the price is great and very reasonable if you have multiple roommates. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is great, right next to the football stadium but far enough away where the crowd cheering cant disturb you. Its in a great location in the city as well, within a mile of multiple gas stations and market places and most importantly liquor stores. I havent had the need to request the maintenance staff yet so i can't comment on them but usually all the neighbors are nice and keep the noise to a minimum at night.
