Property Ratings at Stadium Row Apartments
Yes, there is constant traffic and noise from the stadium events! Hope you like fireworks all the time! Hope you like no parking! Hope you like a rude leasing office! If you do, this overpriced place is for you!

The construction is shabby for the price. Hallways are dirty. The elevators smell like urine. The lack of parking!!! The rude leasing office! The stadium noise and traffic!! Fireworks 2 times a week!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We sincerely apologize that your experience hasn't met your expectations. While traffic, stadium sounds, and fireworks are part of downtown living, we regret it wasn't the ideal environment you envisioned. We've taken steps to address the elevator concerns by installing LVP flooring. As a dog friendly community, we are committed to keeping a clean environment and will take your feedback into consideration. There are fireworks and events happening that seems like every night across the street at the stadium. Talk about traumatic for the animals. Parking is REALLY bad. Please know that you can only have one car per unit. Parking is VERY limited if you have a second car. The staff are pathetically rude. I could go on. Most can't wait to leave here. Please do your due diligence before signing a lease!
Have lived here for a year, and while we have mostly enjoyed it, they have started requiring that every car in the attached lot has a parking pass *at all times* -- meaning that we are no longer able to have visitors park in the parking lot and instead must park, at minimum, multiple blocks away and walk. Generally, requiring parking passes is a good thing, as we don't want spots taken up by non-residents, but we have had a visitor's car towed for being in the lot for only three hours. Moreover, the apartment has supplied a list of places that people may park which includes parking garages which are nearly a mile away, which is absolutely laughable. This is a dealbreaker for me. Don't live here if you have any friends because the apartment doesn't want them to visit.
I’ve lived in these apartments for six months now and there is nothing luxury about these apartments. The building materials are cheap, walls are thin and the leasing office is less than helpful in any situation. The parking lot lights don’t stay on until it’s light outside - they go off at 6:00 am and leave a true safety issue for residents going to their cars in a pitch black parking lot in the mornings. The trash valet is very inconsistent and inconvenient given they come at 7:00 pm and you don’t have use of your trash can in the evenings when it’s truly most needed. The outside doors don’t close all the time and leave access to anyone walking by. The “luxury” is a lot of gimmicks with very little actual value for an overpriced shared dorm style space. The parking spaces are extremely narrow and leave an inevitability that you’re going to get dinged and scratched if you park here.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Broken elevator - which isn’t surprising since it’s seems like they built these “luxury” apartments with cheap materials. The noise is so bad, it’s like the walls are made of paper. Save your money and live somewhere else

We are saddened to see your rating here. Being our first time experiencing the elevator being down, we are working hard with our vendors to fix the issue. We realize this is a major inconvenience and are doing everything we can to expedite the solution. While we know community noise is to be expected in apartment living, we want to ensure there is nothing out of the ordinary affecting your situation. We want you to be 100% happy in your home with us. We welcome the opportunity to further address your concerns. Please contact the leasing office with your name and details. We look forward to connecting with you! The Stadium Row Team
