We were very interested in renting at this property, and called to verify some information listed both here and their actual website. They state there is no weight restrictions but this is false — when we called they stated they only accept up to 25lb dogs unless they are service animals. Hopefully this saves someone else time!
We have lived here for three years and we love it. We will be here two more years too.

Excellent, efficient, FAST, easygoing personable, maintenance experience. Made my issues look like a piece of cake. The new maintenance manager is what this place needed.They took my call at the top of the morning and I didn't have to wait around all day for them.

They dont come out to take care of your maintenance requests. They also never answer the office phone. Things within the apt break constantly, but again you just live w/ it that way bc no one comes out. The amount you pay in rent is ridiculous for the service and help from staff.

I have been really unhappy with the management service I have received. I requested a mailbox box key back in May and till this day august 30th I have not been able to get a copy of my mailbox key so I have not been able to get my mail for over two months! Every time I call and ask what is going on no one can give me answer. All they say is by the end of the week. I have tried many times to call the front office and I get no answer. I have personally walked to the office and have asked to speak to the manager and have yet to receive a call from him. Also on July 6th my ac went out and it was not fixed until late Saturday July 10th. It was 98 degrees in my apartment and I had to find a place to stay for four nights because my apartment was not livable with that temperature!! The office people were not concerned one bit and said its not their fault there was no hurry on trying to get the situation fixed knowing I had no where to stay it was UNBELIEVABLE. I also have put in request to the my laundry door fixed two months ago and no one has came to fix it. It is really unbelievable how careless the management people are. So very unhappy.
I moved from Chicago and Stadium Vue the name really fits the beauty of the place, town house, attached 2 car garage, gym the best, pool beautiful and #1 management team. Manager Louis and assistance Ray they really make tents feel important, respected, and always smiling. I recommend who ever is looking for a home Stadium Vue is here for you.

A lot of pointless charges. - $5 Parking even though we have our own Garage. - $20 for door to door trash pickup even though the dumpster is 20 feet away. - Kids will dent your car and management does nothing about it. - Dog Poop everywhere. - Trash dumpster is always full - Does no follow Covid protocol, to open the main gate everyone has to touch the same key pad to open the door. - NO remote door opener for gate... you have to stop and use the fob that is $50 or push any number on the gate to open it. - items from porch will get stollen.

We love it here. We don't have a lot of noise. We really like our neighbors. Everyone is so cordial. We like the size of the townhome and we love the garage.The management team is great also. We haven't had any problems.

We like neighborhood- garage space and new kitchen but a lot of adjustments needs to be made before it is up to our standard. Especially cleaning!

We have been residents with Pillar since June 2012. We have been outstanding residents, we have never been late on our rent. We signed up 3 years ago to take on their courtesy patrol, which entailed us locking the pool at 10pm, and responding to the answering service in the middle of the night with noise complaints, trespassing, etc. We put our time and dedication into ensuring the property was clean safe and maintained. It was brought to our attention by leaving a note on our door that the courtesy patrol position would be expiring in 30 days, which is fine, but in return our rent would be back to the Market price and the company was only giving us 30 days notice, but requiring us to give them a 60 days notice to move out which mind you was not in the paperwork when signing on to do courtesy patrol. It states that you were no longer on a lease. You were from the start date for courtesy patrol on a month to month lease, but yet you are forcing us to give a 60 days notice, wether we choose to stay or not!? Now you tell me how that’s fair!?We understand that it had to expire but we would have expected their corporate office to give the same courtesy we were required of 60 days, but instead they are forcing us to pay a full months market rent here whether we stay or go. My husband and I are completely besides ourselves and we feel very used and unappreciated. We are deciding to move and because of the way it was handled or not handled, we will basically be paying 3 months worth of rent in a 30 day period because of moving costs, deposits, etc. I will never give any of my friends and or family Pillar at Bella Vista as a recommendation as to a place to rent. This property compared to others I have seen has been poorly taken care of, they don't offer you a paint touch up or upgrades that newer rentees are afforded, even after x amount of time renting with them. Pillar hasn't done any renovating since we have been here other than painting the garages and doors. I have viewed much older properties that are like night and day compared to Pillar at Bella Vista and for the price that they are renting for the amenities, the grounds, and the over all Customer service should be top of the line. The company also does not follow it's own guidelines regarding pets. There are numerous breeds which are on the restricted list that live here. Over the years we have even given pictures of said animals to management and nothing was ever done.

I moved to Arizona two and half years ago, never being here before and not knowing a single person. I lived in two other apartments prior to The Pillar at Bella Visita. Don't get me wrong they were nice apartments but I never felt more at home then I do here. I am comfortable and I feel safe here. The staff is super friendly and are willing to help at the drop of a hat... Even after office hours. The appartment itself is spacious and he finishes are nice. It was really clean upon move in. The community is also beautiful and clean. I use both the pool and gym a lot. They are kept up daily! The Pillar at Bella Vista is located within walking distance of great resurants, bars, and shopping. Everything you need is within blocks. The Pillar at Bella Vista is a beautiful community that feels like home. Don't waste your time looking at other communities. Everything you need is right here:)

I was moving here from out of state and was not able to visit prior to coming out so I had to rent an apartment sight unseen. I was over pleased when I pulled in and was taken to my new apartment, it was just as it had been described x2. The whole experience of picking a place from 1500 miles away was nerve racking, hoping I had made the right choice but the office was always so friendly and helpful I took a leap of faith. Being new to the area it's so nice to be have everything at my fingertips. Overall I am one happy camper!!!

Over full trash cans, weeds, dead grass, the dumpster doors aren't closed. Dog poo everywhere. It is quiet...hard to believe anyone lives here.. Seems safe and secure.
