Stafford House

The apartment was very clean when I moved in. The area is always very quiet and I have enjoyed living here. Morgan made the move-in process very smooth and was always happy to answer my questions. She is always very friendly and genuinely cares about the residents.

I like the apartments a lot. A little smaller than some of the other options I looked at and I'm relatively new, but I like it a lot so far. Clean, friendly, and very comforting. Morgan is a relatively new hire at Stafford House but you wouldn't be able to tell that by talking to her: all of the documents were ready to go when I arrived to sign my lease, the apartment was clean and she took extra effort to make sure everything was in order, and she has made the process much more simplistic than I was expecting. I like the location a lot, but I am biased by it's proximity to both my work offices and family.

Management is very prompt in responding to issues

I moved to this apartment complex in July. I was extremely pleased with the apartment itself: very modern and attractive with an updated kitchen and modern amenities. Beautiful area throughout the grounds. It is quiet and safe, and also close to major highways, and many eateries and supermarkets. the downtown area is less than 5 minutes away and is full of shops and restaurants. I am very glad I chose the Staffordhouse!

It's quiet, the managers are super nice and helpful, the transition to move here is smooth, it's close to everything. What more could you want?

Stafford has very clean units and a great staff! Ally was a huge help and help make the move in process as efficient as possible. It is a very quiet complex and full of great people!

This place is so quiet and calm. I really look forward to coming home after a long day at work because I know I’ll be able to enjoy some peace and quiet. I cannot tell you how underrated peacefully living is.

We moved to here in January, arguable the ugliest month of the year, and we fell in love. Even in the grey of winter the property and the apartment is more than surpassing our expectations. The community is only a few years old so everything feels brand new. The community is quiet and we are so close to everything. The staff is incredible and is always willing to answer any questions we may have. I love showing off my new place. It honestly feels like we're living in a bright airy resort. Not sure how we're ever going to leave.

They truly seem to care about their residents. Maintenance reviews and emails are responded to extremely quickly and I feel at home here.

Stafford House apartments are beautiful and a perfect location. Less than 10 minutes away from Polaris and a variety of restaurants. Management addresses my (very few) concerns promptly and kindly. Would recommend!

My husband and I had lived in the area about 3 years when a friend had moved into Stafford House. We quickly fell in love with his place and the community and moved in the following summer. We have been here about 6 months now and absolutely love it. The apartment's high ceilings and layout make it more comfortable than the others we have found in the area, and the layout of the community makes it a quaint neighborhood feel among a busy area. The fenced in dog area, putt-putt, outdoor grill and corn-hole area are great ways to relax in the good weather and the fire pit is great on chilly evenings. Our neighbors are great (and quiet) and we couldn't be happier here. The resident manager, Megan, has been great as well. I'm not sure I could come up with a complaint if I tried!

I had the unique task of looking for an apartment for my 20 something daughter this past summer who was moving back to the central Ohio area after living in various big cities (Nashville/Pittsburgh). While I think of myself as somewhat plugged in to things hip and trendy...I realize I'm really just a middle aged Mom that wants her daughter to be happy. That being said, we found Stafford House online and it was the first appointment I made of several in the Columbus area. I was delighted to sit down with Megan and was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. The kicker here is..I'm a realtor and a property manager myself. Trust me--I peppered Megan with goofy questions most people probably wouldn't think to ask because of what I do for a living. Megan had answers to all my questions, we took a tour, the area seemed to have a lot of great energy and things to do along with easy proximity to IKEA, the airport, the bus line, really...everything. It seems very safe, never sketchy here. Since Clair was letting me choose her apartment 'sight unseen' it was important/nerve wracking I pick the right apartment for her so she wouldn't hate her move here or, well...me. I loved the dog park, the courtyard, the large rooms, the large windows, the way Megan listened when I carefully told her my daughter worked from home and needed to have a quiet daytime environment. Somehow, Megan pulled a rabbit out of her hat and came up with the perfect apartment for her. We now know, it's kind of difficult to get a unit here because no one leaves!! THAT, my friends, says it all. She's been very happy here, I'm elated to have her so close by. The other apartments I looked at paled in comparison, even in the luxury apartment category. Megan makes the difference! Thank you from me to you!

I love living here! It is a very nice apartment, and the staff is Fantastic! Megan in the office goes above and beyond to help you in anyway that she can, and maintenance is always super responsive and quick! The only thing that could maybe be improved is sometimes the parking lot is too full and I have to park away from my unit, but it's really not a huge deal! They have doorstep recycling program which is great, and lots of fun events for residents!

Very excellent location! Close to route 23, I-270 bypass, and shopping centers specifically Polaris Mall. The management team starting with Ally White and Megan Mooney are AWESOME and very friendly. They will make sure you feel welcomed and make sure you get what you need. The Stafford House is highly recommended by myself and my wife.

I’ve lived at Stafford House for 5 months now, and couldn’t be happier. Megan is the best, and made the whole process of moving a breeze. Every time I have a question or an issue she addresses almost immediately, even after hours. Very convenient location. I would highly recommend living here.

We have lived in a first-floor unit for about 4 months. We have found the front office to be extremely responsive to our requests/needs. Also, we have gotten fast response to work requests. The environment is usually very quiet and the other tenants are friendly. Almost everyone has a dog here but we have almost never heard a bark. We use a two car garage which is nice for storing our cars and extra stuff, but beware the remotes are sensitive and we have inadvertently opened our door from inside the unit without knowing it. The location is ideal for an easy hop on to I-270.

I moved from CT to Columbus and I had only 1 weekend to find a place to live. I was happy to stuble upon this place. Megan was so great and welcoming. She showed my parents and I the place and I instantly fell in love! The community it self was clean and welcoming. My experience so far has been great. Anytime I'm in need of something, Megan is only a phone call or email away. This experience is the completely opposite of what I experienced living on the east coast. If I needed something fixed it would take days before someone would even give me a call but not here. I was a little hesitant living in a community where there were dogs allowed but I barely hear any dogs and when I do they are being walked. Overall, I am completely satisfied living here and I truly recommend this place to anyone who's looking peace, an efficient management staff and the plus is your minutes from Polaris shopping!

Megan has made my living situation at SH amazing and so smooth. The community is friendly and clean and I have had zero issues so far! The apartments are a great quality especially for the price, and the neighbors are quiet. I have loved it so far.

We moved into Stafford House this month with the help of Megan. The apartments are beautiful and the members of the community are polite and quiet. Megan made our application process and move in experience one of the easiest I have ever had. Her awesome customer service and kindness is an added bonus of living here.

The thing I liked the most about Stafford house is its proximity to stores compared to where I lived earlier. I loved the plan Stafford had to offer for the two bedroom category. Megan has been of great help and has made our move-in easy. The apartment itself is great and I enjoy living here.If you are staying in the ground floor, you can hear your neighbor upstairs when he/she walks. Other than that, the place is great!

If you’re looking for an apartment, look no further because Stafford House is for you. The complex is relative small, which made it much easier to go to the dog park, take out the trash, and enjoy the other amenities they offered. The landscaping was always maintained beautifully. I never had an issue finding parking in front of my apartment. The other tenants were always pleasant to interact with. It was usually quiet in the evening. There are a lot of families here, so I can’t really blame kids for being kids haha. The property manager was a joy to interact with! Megan always did whatever she could to help me out. One time, I accidentally threw my keys into the garbage compactor... I was so frustrated but when I asked Megan for help she immediately contacted the maintenance man, Adam. He was able to come out to the complex and see if he could pull them out. Thankfully, he was able to retrieve them, and I dodged the bullet of having to pay for new keys. If I’m being completely honest, I regret moving out of here. We gave our move out notice because we were hoping to find a three bedroom apartment. We were unable to find one, so we ended up moving into another Champion property. Let’s just say the start of living in the new property hasn’t been a great start. Oh how I wish I would have been sensible and renewed my lease haha. Stafford House was an amazing place to live. Don’t miss your opportunity to live here, because you will regret it if you do.

So happy I decided to live at Stafford House! Megan was beyond helpful throughout the entire leasing process and really helped to make sure everything was secure in time for my move in. The apartment is beautiful with a crazy amount of storage and cabinet space. The walk in closet is huge with plenty of shelves and hanging space. There is a full size washer and dryer included as well as other full size appliances unlike other apartments I was looking at. The location is perfect! About 7 minutes away from a great mall and any store/ restaurant you could ever imagine. About 15 minutes to downtown as well as OSU’s campus. Anywhere is so acessible with very little traffic (other than a little during peak rush hour times). Only bad thing is my apartment faces the main road and it is a little loud, but you get used to it for the most part. Would definitely recommend to any young professional/newly wed couple/ anyone looking for an apartment!

Moved to Stafford House a few months ago, and love it thus far! The office manager, Megan, is great! So helpful with anything and everything I've asked! Great community and neighbors. My dogs love the dog park! The courtyard is great, love the corn hole and putting greens. Nice spacious apartments! No complaints here!

The experience from start to finish was seamless and fantastic. The office manager (Megan) was very personable and knowledge. The location close to everything. The property is well maintained and tenets are friendly as well as quite. Thank you Megan and Stafford House staff for all you have done. I truly call this place “home”!

Stanford house has been the best experience I have had living in a apartment. Both women that ran out rental office both ally and Megan have been more then wonderful and very helpful. They never treat us bad or make us feel unwelcome. They do above and beyond with their service we are happy to call this place home for another year!

I lived here at Stafford House apartments for one year and I loved it. They property manager was awesome and always helpful with whatever I needed. The move in process was so easy and detailed. In addition, the apartments are beautiful and well kept. I lived by myself and I always felt safe and comfortable. In addition, it was always very quiet. I never had any complaints! I recommend living here if you have the chance :)

I will move in at the end of June. So far I only have great things to say about this place. The property manager Megan is extremely hard worker. She went out of her way to help me even out of her work hers. That shows me dedication to her clients. If this keeps up it will be a great place to live in. Everything about this place is great... except they use AP&L for power. You can expect to pay at least 19¢ per kWh, plus you will be billed for the entire building, not just your apartment. You will get a power bill between $150-$200 per month, regardless of your power usage. If they switched to AEP or Columbus for power I'd recommend them (and I'll update my review). As-is, stay far away from here (or any property that uses a submetering company).

I just renewed my lease at Stafford House and it has been a great experience. I love my updated appliances and especially large closet for all my clothes. Also the bus line is very close and there are many stores around making living here something I could not give up. I always feel safe and wanted as Megan (Stafford House representative) is very friendly and responds quickly to any matter at hand. I have not found any negatives living at Stafford house this past year and I strongly suggest making this your new home.

I have lived at Stafford House for over 2 years and just signed another lease. My apartment is spacious and has considerably larger kitchens/cabinet space than most apartments! There have been a few leasing office managers, but the transitions have always been seamless. Friendly, considerate, and caring. Any minor issue is taken care of promptly. Megan (new to Stafford House) has been very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend living here!

...and ended up signing on for another year! Newer build, so the paints/surfaces/finishes are clean and modern but also neutral so whatever your furniture color/style, it will look nice. Love the location...Starbucks, great restaurants/bars and even a movie theater within view, so a short walk to all of your weekend entertainment needs. Not to mention, getting to 270/315 is so easy for my commute. I haven't had any noise issues, and having two small children myself I love the mixture of families and professionals within the community. Probably one of the best features is the team at Stafford. Very supportive and responsive to questions, requests and needs...and being a new renter I had lots! Ally manages the office and is the genuinely lovely "hub" of the community- she'll reply quickly to any messages or emails, and follow up to make sure everything is right. When I had a couple maintenance issues they addressed them immediately, then followed up to make sure I was happy with the results.

Stafford House is a fantastic place to live. The complex is newer so the units are clean and modern. The courtyard area is the perfect size with just enough amenities. The management is super helpful and does a great job serving you and providing ways to stay engaged in the community. The location of the complex is a huge plus, as well! It is right across the street from the movie theater, Starbucks, Chipotle, and plenty of other options.

My husband and I just renewed our lease at Stafford House for another year. We love the small community feel and Ally, the property manager, is so caring and genuine. She has everyone's names and even suite numbers memorized. Any time we have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved within 24 hours. Stafford House has been the perfect location for us - it is within walking distance from the Marcus Theater, Starbucks, and Pastimes ($2 beers yay!) and about 3 minutes away from 270/315. We are looking forward to another year here.

I have worked with the leasing agent (Ally) on multiple occasions; her professionalism, accuracy, and kindness have made the entire process incredibly easy and pleasant. I would say that Stafford House is a GREAT place to live for reasons well beyond the property itself (which is amazing)

We have lived in this community for almost 2 years and we love it. It is a brand new community in a great location and very good connectivity to 23-N,315 and I-70. Management was very good and easily approachable. Ally (Community Manager) is so polite and easily approachable. She's very proactive and helpful when it comes to work. I've lived at Stafford House for nearly two years and I still love my apartment. The apartments are beautiful, the area is super quiet, our neighbors are great (and quiet!), and our property manager, Ally, is wonderful to work with.

We moved into Stafford House back in March. We love our apartment and its amenities, and Ally is a great Property Manager to have---probably the best we have had so far :)

During my apartment search in the Polaris/Columbus area, I was impressed with the Stafford House property and even more so with its community manager, Ally White. I had selected two or three properties that I was interested in but Ally at Stafford House was the one that impressed me the most with her follow up, questions and answers for me, and her diligence in following up with me as a potential resident. Even without becoming a resident there, Ally showed that she was concerned and respectful of my time and what I was looking for in a community. Her continual professional follow ups really set this property up as different. Based on my timing, when I came back around, my apartment selection had already been leased but it was only Ally at Stafford House who took the time to check back in to make sure that I knew of her other communities around and was still interested in helping me find a new home in my new area of town. Taking the time here to say well done and that I feel Ally is the kind of employee and leasing agent that really does care and is extremely professional even with “potential” residents. Ally is the best property manager ever! I needed a place ASAP ( I was relocating for a job from out of state and needed a place right away. And she made it happen. She responds to concerns and emails usually ASAP. She's very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The aesthetics of the property and residence is beautiful. I'm inspired to decorate my new house (when I find one) in the same feel/decor. My only complaint is the walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors conversations or blasting loud music (it actually vibrates the apartment) and walking/stomping around upstairs (even in the wee hours of the morning). But it's what comes with apartment living. Other than that this is by far the most lovely, modern place I've rented in my 16 years of apartment living.

We have lived in only one other place since we've moved to Columbus, but Stafford House surpasses all of the places I've ever lived. It's in a great location and it's very quiet and peaceful. The management is top of the line. Ally is a wonderful person to work with. She is so kind, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend living here if youre moving to the Worthington area.

Stafford House surpasses all of the things I could want in an apartment. I have very friendly neighbors, noise isn't an issue, the development is beautiful and has a great entertainment area outside with a fire pit! The best thing about Stafford House is the property manager, Ally. She genuinely cares about each residents experience and goes above and beyond to help those in need. She knew that I was new to the community and even called me on a Saturday afternoon to make sure I was settling in okay. Plus she makes us freshly baked cookies every Friday! She's simply the best!

I currently live here and so far my experience has been great. The area is nice/quiet, rent is affordable, and there is plenty of parking. Ally, the property manager is amazing and one of the reasons I decided to move here. She is always friendly, knows residents by name, and makes sure that any maintenance issues are resolved as soon as possible. I was moving to Columbus in a very last minute decision. I had previously passed these apartments when I was visiting, and it looked beautiful from the outside. I reached out to Ally, and needed an apartment ready within a week, and she made it happened. I'm so grateful for her patience, and her willingness to work in a rush. The apartment is so beautiful, and I'm in love with it. It's a very nice community, really quiet but around many places you can go to. If you're looking for an apartment in Columbus, check it out and you won't be disappointed.

Truly enjoy living here. The community is quiet but the residents are friendly and upbeat. Everyone greets everyone else. The property management staff is superb - accommodating, readily available, and committed to creating community. Always checking in, reaching out, and welcoming. Was able to see an apartment and move-in last minute with less than a week turnaround. Maintenance staff is extremely fast, professional, and efficient.
