About Standard Life Building

Built in 1902 by Alden & Harlow, Pittsburgh's leading local architectural firm of the era, The Standard Life Building was originally an office building that housed the Pittsburgh Bank for Savings. Today, the new Standard Life Building is reborn as the city's most sought-after living quarters for students, faculty, corporate housing and young urban professionals alike.
