I absolutely love being here! Besides being a safe and quiet community, the staff is extremely pleasant; from the office staff to the maintenance staff. I appreciate everything they have done here, especially during COVID. I had several emergency work orders over the course of the year (not the buildings fault) and they were taken care of right away. So far, so good! One huge benefit of this place is that there is quite a bit of visitor parking, which has always been limited at previous places I've lived. It's close to UND, is a pretty quiet place (at least what I've experienced so far) and management personnel are incredibly nice, and helpful.
