Great community! I have lived here for 2 years with no issues at all! The maintenance is extremely quick to answer any reports which is very helpful. Also big fan of the garage, it’s incredible for the winter!

I have been living at Stanford Mills Apartments for almost three years. I find it to be very noise free, which is very welcoming. The grounds are well maintained, which gives me pleasure when I do my walks. The residents are very nice and take an interest in making conversation. It gives me something to look forward to when I stepped outside. Although this summer was very hot, we were still able to chat with each other. I also like the age group variation of people who live in the community. Maintenance and staff are very helpful, friendly and caring. They get the job done. I am looking forward to living here some more time.

Apartments walls or thin. Your neighbors sound like they living with you instead of in their own apartment. Management lies about your rent to get you in here, but after two months they go up an extra $60 on your rent that you will have to pay each month. Apartment not worth the money they want for them. Also, a lot of people that don’t pick up their dog poop place is just a joke.

Currently waiting on my lease to be up now. I’ve been here over two years and seen three property managers who all say one thing and do another. I’ve tried contacting management team but haven’t received anything back. Nothing is updated. Everything is literally falling apart. It took maintenance a week to fix my ceiling in the bathroom once it fell in. You will get a letter on your door about picking up your dog which I don’t have a dog but the property will not address the shooting that happened here. No cameras and just not really a safe community.
I made contact with my leasing office manager on December 3rd stating that I would be moving in 30 days due to negligent maintenance issues. My kitchen and surrounding floors were flooded November 24th which left a horrid odor causing me to have to stay at a hotel for two days. The carpet was cleaned but was not thoroughly completed and the smell stayed and actually became worse. Another two night hotel stay. The wood underneath the sink and the subfloor beneath the carpet was saturated leaving very strong mold odor. I’ve been sick with respiratory issues for almost 3 weeks. Other maintenance issues include: Massive roach infestation (see photos), Water drips and stains from ceiling (see photos), Clogged condensation pipes leading water to drip from light socket in garage onto my car (see photos). Among others. Until recently, I have had no issues with this property (unfortunately lived with water stains and damages and roaches) and have paid my rent on time for 9 years. When I respectfully asked to be let out of my lease a few months early, I was ignored on several occasions and finally was told NO from the regional manager. That if I vacate and don't pay, we will end up in court. These are all 100% facts and are not fabricated. My calls to the main office and owner were not responded to. I strongly discourage anybody from showing interest in this property.
My experience after being a ?? homeowner for 19yrs has left a distaste in my mouth as of a result of choosing to rent from Standforf Place apartments, the updates are outdated, any reports of maintenance or other tenants are responded in a attack and or retaliation mode. Called and emailed upper management with less results. Cautions is given to everyone thinking about moving in these townhomes they call them, they are bunk beds with drywalls, everything is heard through the walls and vents (showers, toilet, dishwasher, washer/Dyer, television and conversation). Pet friendly means at any moment another tenant dog ?? could be messing right in front of your door.
The apartments are so small for what you pay for. The walls/floors are very thin that the people below us could hear all my roommates and I conversations (very creepy). THe AC unit and vents suck. During the summer our unit never stopped running because it couldn't ever get to the temp we set it at (70) and was very loud. Our bedrooms were so hot because the air could never pump in there. I would not live here again nor would I recommend anyone else to live here.
It was extremely awful! Buildings were very old and broken down. And then they had these promos where you could get $500 to hook people in for them??? I wouldn’t recommend it for $5,000! To get referrals, you first gotta take care of the customers you already have.
While I lived there I had to call the police for domestic disturbance 5 times. The office never had their paperwork organized and claimed we didn't have renters insurance until we showed them the copy they made for us when we turned it in the first time. Then when we moved out, and they claimed we owed damages, even though the staff member said our apartment was great during the walk through. They also did not let us know we owed anything; we didn't find out until a debt collector called us. Don't live there.
The apartment unit itself is recently renovated. However, there is not a lot of space for an outrageous price, and the area has a reputation for excessive ticketing and citations.
I have been living at Stanford Place for about 5 months now and it has been one of the best choices I ever made. The staff is so friendly and super accomodating. The other residents are very welcoming. The units are of good quality and well priced. I have nothing bad to say and have already let the office know that I will be staying in the community after my lease is up. Thanks Stanford Place!
