Es bastante seguro, un lugar limpio y cerca de gasolineras, tiendas de conveniencia pero sobre todo, me gusta mucho la rapida atencion en el area de mantenimien.

Do not let the pretty pool and small dog park fool you into moving here. Roaches, horrible property management. They try to nickel and dime you out of everything thing they can. My ceiling caved in 3 times but they would not move me into another unit unless I paid. When I moved out even though lease said we could paint the walls I was charged to repaint the walls. They are terrible horrible money hungry crappy apartments. The apartment is not worth the amount charged. DONT DO IT!!

I have enjoyed my stay here it's a good community and very close to everything from shopping malls and restaurants and grocery store.

Well, we were moved in under the assumption these were nice, clean townhomes. Surprise! we have a rat infestation that no one will take care of because it has come too far and it would cost too much money so the property manager would rather evict everyone than spend money to fix it. The money is used to provide food trucks at the property instead....good job.

I’m enjoying being at Staples Mill Townhomes so far. Maintenance responds quickly to service request. The staff in the office are really nice especially Molly.

It’s very quiet and clean around the community it’s very peaceful so far and Maitnance is very good they respond quickly and the staff are friendly

Staples Mill Townhomes are incredible! The amenities are fantastic, management is very friendly and willing to help with any issue, and maintenance is very quick to fix any issues! Out of all the places I’ve lived this is by far the best!

Clean surroundings, no loud music, peaceful and quiet.

I love the neighborhood and the neighbors, it’s always clean. They have food trucks and ice cream trucks regularly. Upon moving in I had a couple issues but they were adamant on fixing everything in a timely manner.

Staples mills townhome is so beautiful they features how the staff care about your needs and they are fast at responding to your needs the application was fast and easy smooth move in I love it here and definitely will recommend to anyone who is looking for a new home

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent at Staples Mill Townhomes. Rats were known to be in a specific unit , however, property management and maintenance supervision allowed rat infestation to get out of hand. The unit that the rats were living in was not properly exterminated after the residents moved ,so the rats were able to invade the walls. Current residents were not thought about in these actions. We currently are still having to pay rent with no solutions , however, the rats are able to roam free through the walls. Although, I was provided a credit to my account ; I would just much rather have the rats gone. The rats being removed would provide me more of a comfort than a credit.

I have enjoyed living in the Staples Mills community. The management and maintenance teams are excellent.

My wife and I LOVE Staples Mill Townhomes. We've been here now for five years. We also just two years ago, moved into one one of the new remodeled units and they are simply awesome. A mostly laid back atmosphere, semi quiet and people friendly. Check us out and see for yourself.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like the improvements that are being made to the property. It shows that the property management cares about its tenants.

I have been at Staples Mill Townhomes for 2 years I love the office atmosphere. The office always puts my work orders in and the phenomenal maintenance team comes the very next day. As soon as I applied Jessica made sure my move in went seamlessly.

The community is nice, there’s kids playing all the time and good areas for kids to play. It’s very quiet and everyone is friendly. The townhome itself was not up to par for the amount I’m paying.

Average market rate for the area. Quaint neighborhood. Water bugs and spiders are a nuisance.

We lived in Staples Mill Townhomes for a year and a half. We have some pros and cons below, but overall, we would definitely not recommend leasing here. The management is absolutely terrible. Prior to moving in, we got moved to 3 different units. The last one happened the week of when we were supposed to actually move in and they didn't call about it, they just emailed us to let us know. Even worse, we had already set up our gas and electric, so we had to reschedule those at the last minute. The property as a whole does not feel very safe, there were commonly police responding to calls here and one day there was even a full on SWAT raid at an apartment. Mass email communications from management commonly have errors. On a plus, the leasing office is responsive to concerns when you reach out to them. As for moving out, the process is easy but they definitely look for reasons to take your security deposit. We left the place fairly spotless with the only exception being some minor drywall damage in one spot in the kitchen. They only gave us $39 of our $250 deposit despite this. The maintenance team is probably the only good thing here, they are all amazing and repaired any issues with the apartment without issue or charging us. Pros: -we rented the renovated 2br. It is pretty nice overall, but the air conditioning is not great. It keeps the downstairs cool, but not the upstairs. -As said above, maintenence team is great and they were happy to solve many issues (including the large gap under our front door when we moved in). -If you have kids, there's a lot of young kids in the community for them to make friends with. Cons: -Management is terrible. -The only real amenity is the pool but they rarely open it on time and the hours are horrible if you have a 9-5 job. -Guest parking is often taken up by commuters or carpoolers. -Community safety is lacking.

Moved here without knowing much of the area. Unit itself was okay. A little expensive for the amenities, but worked for my timing. A lot has gone wrong with my unit upon move-in. It was clearly not move-in ready, and I had to have maintenance out nearly every other day for a month. Missing towel racks, kitchen issues, carpet running. The cable line was not even run, where it was hiding in the top corner of the 2nd floor closet - I had to run my own cable line through the floorboard between the two floors to hook up internet because the staff wasn't willing to do so. Pretty important for someone who works fully remote. One of the worst issues - Roof leaked horribly and wasn't fixed for months. There was mold in the ceiling of the guest room/office that I had, and was clearly just painted over. They said they fixed it, but then it happened again the next time we had a moderate rainfall. Pests are rough... there were a ton of cockroaches. Pest Control came every 3 months, but yikes we saw those things all the time. Maintenance staff was usually timely and fairly competent. Local neighbors/community can be spotty. As I moved out, I noticed an email went out from the front office that they're closing the pool for the entire summer outside of office business hours due to heavy vandalism and stealing of the pool items. Often find blunt wraps and broken liquor bottles around the grounds/parking lot. Many people don't pick up their dog poop. The tennis courts are in huge disarray - often there were broken alcohol bottles or just grossly unkempt. There is also only a single entrance to the tennis area (the 2nd entrance is padlocked shut), which was not comfortable because there was a lot of loitering that occured right outside of the tennis court - we did not feel safe to keep playing tennis there. Finally, the straw on the camel's back for my honest feedback here, was the moveout process. I received my move-out statement and saw that there was a $180 cleaning charge for various appliances and bathroom, which I personally hand scrubbed baseboards things, and even more crazily I saw a DAMAGES charge with the not "15 Kroger paper bags". So, i was charged damages for a small set of kroger paper bags that were folded under my kitchen sink. I'm a fairly clean and tidy person, and ahve never had lost a cent of security deposits in 15 years of renting. Absolutely Awful.

Staples Mills townhomes has provided my family and I live with a clean safe and peaceful residential community that I have become very proud to come home to! Thank you

Staples Mill Town homes is a place where I would doubt about living. The complex is well kept, it's clean and the maintenance department is quick to respond to your maintenance needs. Is your looking for a place to rent. This would be it. Look no more, Here they have everything, a Dog park, kids park, Tennis courts, pool, speed bump, great office staff. The location is awesome, it's very convenient the bus stop is right at the light and it's very close to stores, restaurants and shopping areas. I can't say enough about Staples Mill Townhomes. You will be missing out.

Even though I was extremely disappointed with the amount of repairs that has been needed in my unit I really must say that the maintenance do a really good job responding to the work orders in a timely fashion. There has only been two incidents where the repairs took way longer than I anticipated them to be completed. Overall, I can say that they really try to make an effort to make sure that the tenants are happy with their work.

It’s very delightful to work hard all day and come home to a nice peaceful atmosphere. Knowing all is well inside and outside of your home. No worries…. No issues.

Staples Mills does not care about their community. I am constantly going to the office for assistance and they always act like they are too busy to assist. I wait at least 5 minutes to speak to someone. And they still have not fixed my online account. The maintenance workers never complete the job and things in our unit constantly go out or fall apart.

The rental office staff and maintenance staff are awesome

My 7 months here has overall been amazing expect for when my ac went out and they had to replace my units. The customer service from the office is amazing but the communication between the office, maintenance, and residents needs a bit more work.
