If you want to be woken up at 6 am every single morning by excavators hammering and shouting right next to your window then this is the place for you, you will also be charged a non refundable fee of $550 for a single pet on top of the exorbitant rent payment every month. then my stove suddenly stopped working now I'm waiting a week for that to be fixed.
