Find any place that hosts reviews, and read them as they pertain to this property. The concierge garbage service is unreliable. Very often the garbage can remains in the common hallway for days. The cockroaches are incredibly hearty and resistant to all commercially available pesticides and remedies. They live in the walls between apartments and come out of any unsealed cracks in walls, floors, ceiling, anywhere where two sides or corners meet. Expect them in your cupboards, bathroom, bed, clothes, food, and on you as you sleep. They are observed at all stages of life, suggesting a very healthy and old colony. The water gets shut off for the majority of a work day sometime each month for unplanned plumbing repairs, usually because an old pipe has obviously burst somewhere and they simply wait for things to break before fixing them. My particular unit has an unstable one-foot hole in the bathroom ceiling because of a long-standing leak in the unit directly above, through which cockroaches enter as they will. No repairs are forthcoming even with the drywall and structural damage that continues to receive constant moisture with each shower. Maintenance calls are ignored and then marked as "resolved" with nothing in that call being addressed or remedied. Urgent repairs such as fixing plumbing or electrical failures will likely not happen. Electrical and water outages happen fairly constantly and without warning. Both effect quality of life, everything from ambient temperature to cold food storage to the ability to prepare a meal, do dishes, take a warm shower, or even use the toilet. Outages can last upwards of a week each time. You can expect additional personal costs to offset food spoilage or temporary relocation. You can expect someone else's load of powered soap in each washing machine. The washers perform adequately when they are in proper working order, with the usual dank odor you expect from a publicly used facility. The dryers, even on low heat, have a high chance of ruining and discoloring anything made of cloth, smelling absolutely awful, and vaguely like burning. There's new management as of May 2024, a new website, a new name, and a new resident portal. They put a fresh coat of polish on this waste product, but the old staff, the old system, the old habits, the old problems and one-star worthy reviews remain.

I moved out of the property ensuring that it was left clean, yet I was charged $95 for cleaning. There were two unresolved issues in the property for which I had repeatedly sent maintenance requests via the app and also by calling. Although I received an email stating that the work order was completed, no one ever showed up to address the issues. Despite assurances from the office staff that I wouldn't be charged for these issues, I was billed $130 + $65 for damages. Furthermore, I wasn't informed about owing two months of utility payments upon moving out. At the time of moving in, I was told I wouldn't have to cover two months of utilities. Yet, they charged me for this upon move-out. You are the best person while move-in, however you are the worst one while move out for them.

It pains me to leave this negative review but you know I have to call it out. I worked with this place for a month to eventually have to lease elsewhere because the office work didn't get completed and I got approved last minute after I had just signed with another complex that got it done in 2 days. I feel like I just got baited the $200 app fee and the ONLY reason it got approved is because I had to reach out to corporate and I was asking for my app fee back (which doesn't seem to be happening). My advice if you want to rent here? After trying to call 3 times, just send the management company a message. Otherwise you will call 15+ plus times, drive there at least twice (2 hours for me round trip), and get no responses from emails. TBH I blame onsite management more than anyone else for letting this be an experience. '0' teamwork here.

This property is amazing! The people in the office are very nice and helpful and full of energy! If you are looking for a great home to live, this is the place!

Great attention in the leasing office, the person called Violet is amazing, she is patient, proactive and always willing to help. Althought the apartments are a little old, I recommend this place to stay because the location, also a safe place for living, friendly community, and ammenities are not bad...3 1/2 *

The pictures are catfish. There are ROACHES, gate is broken so tires are stolen and cars are being broken into weekly, water continuously being cut off, A/C goes out and it takes them a week to fix, power outages, ETC. Do yourself a favor and bypass this complex. Don’t lease here.

Please do not move here. Full of roches, bugs and dirty always. Staff management are super illiterate and rude. I left here and I noticed they charged me big fees for no reason.

This place is infested!!! Roaches are beyond out of control, bats fly around in the early morning and late evening, water can’t decide if it wants to be cold or hot, I can hear my neighbors alarm clocks go off in the morning (yes through the walls) and hallways smell. My biggest issue are the roaches and how they are in my fridge and freezer… also all of the remodeling is really just paint on top of problems they don’t want to fix. This place is trash, I’m inhaling this putrid not clean air thanks to roaches trash and I’m sure mold all while pregnant. Can’t leave until February ??

This place is garbage. Hallways smell. (Due to Valet Trash) Complimentary Roaches given with every lease. Homeless wash their clothes in the laundry centers and bathe in the pools. Gates are always open and broken. Car break-ins. No security. Roaches are doing it in the hallways without a care of whos watching. Tight parking spots. Cars will be dinged daily.

Apartments are a good size and noise level is not loud. Lots of families and kids. Unfortunately there is a ridiculous amount of German Roaches that live in the walls, meaning no matter where you live your apartment will become infested. My only main complaint is the security. The property provides almost no security. Tires are stolen every week and the management does not have a security guard or the lights working around the covered parking.

Roaches, broken fixtures, water damage, drugs everywhere, and trash in the hallways. Basically, this place is run down and they do not care about helping the tenants or how crappy they have it here. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere. I lived at Central Park Apts before and had a way better exp there.

Apartment complex is full of roaches and worms. When you ask management, they will say worms & roaches are everywhere in this apartment complex. They were in my living room, bedroom, bathroom BEFORE MOVE IN. All they you will get is weekly or bi-weekly pest control which DOESN'T HELP. If you want to move to different unit, GOOD LUCK!! If you succeed tell us all about it. Appliances are poor quality but rest assured, your neighbor might be having even worse than yours so BE HAPPY.

This is a terrible place to live. The apartments are old and cheaply repaired. The bottom of the tubs basically fall apart when you attempt any type of cleaning. The staged apartment they show you is not the real thing! Though they spray for bugs they have serious trouble with them especially cockroaches. Oh, and the worse part is security. There is none! The only cameras on site are in the parking lot of their precious office employees. Many people have tiers stolen, and other things from their car. I have lived in many apartments. None as bad as this!

Such a great place to live. Staff is Amazing and the Cares Events are alot of fun for everyone.

I love that this place is so family oriented. From the free cares events every month, to the families walking around on property every night. This really is the only apartment complex I have ever been to or seen with so many people walking around and wanting to talk to other people. They have remodeled a lot of the building and are still fixing what needs to be repaired. If you are a patient person, it is well worth the wait!

We appreciate park at voss for the amenities on site. We mostly like the events every month. They allow us to have fellowhsip and community with other people. They have raffles, prizes, and food a few times month. We love the cares team heart for us and they are so kind. We like seeing the kids do crafts and the people having fun. We have lived here for 7 years.

Wonderful amenities....nice aparrments. Care events are conducting very frequently. Kids enjoying a lot...whole family can enjoy the fun activities...

I truly enjoy living here and have been very happy with the staff and my apartment. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath Westheimer with the open concept plan. It is renovated so it is very nice and I am the first one to be able to use the appliances. The patio door did not have a bug screen, so I put in a maintenance request for one (not knowing if they would actually come bring one to me) and the next day a man came with a brand new screen! There was also an issue with the toilet not filling up, I put in a request and they worked on it for 2 days straight, had 4 guys hands to figure it out and voila! my toilet fills up quickly now! They were dedicated to fixing it and said if they couldn't fix it they would call a plumber, but that didn't need to happen. The residents are incredibly friendly, I've only met like 2 residents that did not want to smile at me, but then I talked to them and it was just their personality (don't judge people without talking to them).

I moved here from Pennsylvania one week before, within 2 days I found roaches. I took two bed two bath apartment. Main thing, there is no lock for rooms and bathrooms except the front door. In front office they told me to put a lock for my own. If they tell this before, I never prefer this apartment.

If you are moving here bring your own bulbs!!! They dont provide bulbs at all. Also office girls are very rude and not friendly at all. Once a month a car gets broken in, thank God I am moving out soon!!! When I moved to my new apt the week after my AC broke so they had to change it. I took them like 2 weeks to replace it. So you can imagine how my apt was those 2 weeks, because of the work. They came one day to work on it and they didnt show up the next day. It was like that for 2 weeks. After they finish they left me a mess. And the new AC installation too half of my closet so I had to find another place to put my clothes. Overall experience... I HATE THIS PLACE!

I been living here for 1 year and a half. I'm waiting for my lease to finish to move out. Here my reasons: 1. Roaches: everywhere always!, doesn't matter how clean you are 2. AC Sucks: it doesn't work right, extremely old 3. Extra charge in utilities: a clear example, I live in a studio (475 sqf) and my last bill was $250. I called the utility company and they said that the management fixed the electricity terminal to charge more -_- 4. You will be hearing your neighbor always! I can clearly hear when my neighbor watch TV 5. They take forever to fix something, I had fungus and an humidity in my closet and .they took 1 month to fix it, and when they did they ruin most of my clothes. And the answer for that was: use you renters insurance, is not our problem. 6. The ladies in the leasing office have the worst attitude, they are always in theworst mood. Zero customer service The only plus are the amenities and safety, good people live there. My advise: Go somewhere else!!!!

I have about 3 months here and i like it. I am very satisfied with the studio, it meets my needs and its very nice. I think people exaggerate about roaches. I only saw about two at first, but they have pest control service your apt often. After the first few days I haven't seen any at all! So it obviously depends on how clean you keep your place. You must keep in mind these are old apts, but they're doing some upgrades and that's good to see! I at first though it was weird that their building hallways are enclosed like dorms, but I feel pretty safe here. Must also point out that these are my first apartments living alone, so I highly recommend them!

I just moved in few months ago & can't wait to move out! Lack of maintenance, lack of parking after 7pm & roach infested apartments..

apartment is over run by roaches . Slow maintenance

Stayed in a studio apartment for 4 years. Rent used to be fair before new management moved in last year. Now, utilities averaged around $95-$105/month (475 sqft). Tack that on to the rent of $700 a month, and you're paying around $800 for a studio. The $25/month valet trash doesn't help. And it's not available on Fridays and Saturdays when most families cook, so everyone just leaves their trash out by the elevators, so the hallways always smell bad. There are roaches, but if you're a Texan you won't be surprised I guess. Gate breaks down weekly. Laundry room will steal your money every time, so bring extra $$. Main reason I stayed this long was because there were decent families here. Kids rode their bikes around the inside of the apartment. Now everyone is leaving and you don't see people like you used to. Just a bunch of 20 year old guys getting drunk around the pool every night. Leaving very soon. Good luck to all.

The apartament is got a good location but we deal with roaches everyday they are all over the kitchen they charge a lot for utilities specially electricity even if you dont use a lot

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The people in the office have the worst attitudes. They claim to provide great customer service. They don't. They harass people about paperwork and want to charge late fees for things they don't have correct in their system. The neighbors are disgusting. They put trash any and everywhere. Children running through the halls at all times of the night. The gate is always broken so any and everybody can come in the apartment complex. I will be so glad when my lease is up.

This and old complex building fairly maintain, the common areas are Ok. It has a large courtyard with tennis courts and pool,lounge chairs and dining tables. has a whirl´pool but always down, no sauna. They just restored the Gym. and office center look nice, it is located 5 miles to the Galleria area short walking distance to metro buses. The staff helpful. The surrounding areas north of westheimer are nice is like living in the outer limits of the Big city and have access to all it's amenities JaimeO Houston TX.

Sociable environment. Valet Trash. Apartment convenience store. Pools. Tennis Courts. Internet Cafe Fitness center First come first serve parking. Delivery verity of foods. Better lock in your price for the long run because prices will jack up. Due to Valet Trash, the occasional roaches.

Park at Voss is has a good location and the community is lovely but for the price you would expect better. Your apartments are enclosed in a hallway with carpet and seem to be dirty, the worse part are the openings from the outside hallway to your apartment which is easy access to the roaches and centipedes like insects to come inside. Seems like roach city everyday I see them, I would think for charging the way they do they would find a solution for this. I have personally invested in buying Bug killing products to keep these bugs out and put tape to seal any openings that allow them in. Twice I've been woken up with a roach on my hand or arm with bites. Advice is to seal up holes/ openings and up keep a monthly pest control from store bought products. The apartment have pest control but the problem doesnt go away These are my very first apartment and sadly I'm disappointed. Secondly I have a dog and the dog park is a small fenced area, my dog has gotten sick from being in there, some owners that go abuse it and don't pick up their pets waste which can spread diseases. Thirdly when they show you the apartment it's the upgraded versions and the standard ones are completely different they say everything "white" is the only differences from the upgrades but the truth is it's an yellowish color paint. Try to see if they will let you view your apartment before signing the lease so you can get a feel of it. Overall I'm disappointed but the community is nice and well kept. Quite for the most part. Business center and fitness center are pretty awesome and the pools are another plus. Stay at your own risk.

Not great for the money. pricey for dated rooms with popcorn ceilings and no ceiling fans. sometimes water heating/receiving issues. Small gym. semi constant maintenance issues like water leaks, stains and termites. hot tub that's rarely if ever hot. mediocre lobby service with small media room. Gate keypad sticks so annoying to enter when gate keypad breaks or unresponsive. sometimes gate breaks so cant exit by person or car on far left side. cant use grill without paying 50$ upfront. rundown and outdated looking outside halls and interior walls.
