KEV properties has really improved this property. Townhomes are newly remodeled and include a washer and dryer, brand new appliances and flooring in each unit. The staff is efficient with the application and move in process. More renovations are in progress. The neighborhood is often surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Online services include maintenance requests and rental payments. Also, a text system allows communication to and from the office.
TERRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD!!! THERE IS SHOOTINGS, FIGHTS, DAMAGE TO CARS, GUYS GAMBLING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. YOU TRY TO PARK YOUR CAR AND THEY WILL NOT MOVE. THEY CUSS YOU OUT ALTHOUGH THEY DO NOT LIVE OUT THERE. THERE ARE SHOT HOUSES. WHERE THEY SELL ALCOHOL ALL NIGHT. WAKE UP TO TRASH EVERYWHERE. INCLUDING ON TOP OF YOUR CAR. OFFICE MANAGER OR OWNER HAS DONE NOTHING TO CORRECT THESE ISSUES, EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS. KIDS SIT ON YOUR CAR AS WELL AS ADULTS. LEAVING ALL KIND OF FINGERPRINTS, DENTS AND GARBAGE. THE APARTMENTS ARE ALSO INFESTED. YOU CAN BE THE CLEANIEST TENANT, BUT IF YOUR NEIGHBOR HAS ROACHES, SO WILL YOU. THE "SECURITY" CAMERAS DO NOT WORK AND THERE IS NO ONE PATROLING THE PROPERTY AT ALL. DO NOT RENT HERE, YOU'RE BETTER OFF LIVING IN A MOTEL. TRUST ME!!!!! WORST DECISION YOU CAN MAKE IS TO MOVE HERE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AREA. IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR PROPERTY. THERE HAS EVEN BEEN ROBBERIES IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!! IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME. JUST RIDE THROUGH THIS AREA ON A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT. AND LOOK AT THE CROWDS OF HOODLUMS YOU WILL SEE. AND IF IT'S WARM OUT IT'S EVEN WORST....STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is not a place you would want to move to they're shooting out there every other night it is absolutely no place for kids hold it if your late on your rent the landlord would work with you and work with you but when you're close to paying it off you'll get put out worst experience that neighborhood ever
