Maintenance and property staff have been so helpful and responsive since living here! It’s been a great experience and I’m happy to be living here!

So far It has been great, the community is clean and kept clean. It is peaceful. Any issue I have has been fixed right away with no issues at all.

We have lived here for two years and have enjoyed the two years! We recently renewed our contract and are excited to still live at stardust villa.

Good place there’s only certain things they coverd up to make it seem all good when it was kinda jus like thrown in there if you get what I mean

I just moved in and so far it is so peaceful and it feels like home! The community is kept very clean and it is well take care of. Any issues I have had have been resolved right away.

It's a great place to live. It's peaceful and the community has great amenities such as shopping centers, grocery store and fast food restaurant.

It is a nice quiet neighborhood close to a few grocery stores. The property managers are super nice, and my apartment is cute. I’m glad I moved here.

It’s quiet during the day but at night I’ve been woken up to cars driving into the complex at night either trying to break into cars or dumpster diving.wish we had a security at night or some kind of fencing

It very quiet, which is nice and the neighbors are nice as well. I will say it smells like cat pee outside all the time. Other the the cat pee and reports of someone breaking into cars not a bad place to live. A little annoyed that the pool doesn’t open for another month but just not a bad place to live.

I feel like for the price and location we got a decent value out of stardust villa apartments. The pool and laundry rooms are maintained and clean. Very happy with the amenities that are available for the price. I do however wish that there was more covered parking available for purchase.

It is very peaceful in the community , there are many kind people nearby. Although i have not spent a week in new apartment but i am enjoying my space with my family .

The apartments is close to the freeway and many shopping centers! The staff are super friendly here and maintenance are always fast to fix any problems in the apartment. The trees and grass are always well kept and clean.

The team is great from the manager to the maintenance guys. As far as the the neighbors they are friendly and always greet you with a smile and courtesy. It's pretty quite considering we're next to Briggsmore, but the again shopping is super close as well.

The stay at stardust villa has been amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone is very respectful. This is a great place for first time renters!

Love it here at stardust apartments. It’s pleasant, quiet and I love it. Manager is super sweet and goes out of her way to help me. Maintenance is awesome. I can’t ask for more. I am happy here and I hope it remains this way.

Great area and respectful staff. The location is perfect because we are near the freeway and shopping centers! The busy street makes it kind of noisy during busy hours, but the rest of the day, I don't hear any traffic! Maintenance and landscaping make everything so much easier! They're so kind and very respectful of privacy.

My fiancé, my dog and I love our apartment and the faculty it is constructed in. Our neighbors are super friendly. The staff here at stardust villa are great and accommodating and are always willing to answer questions or help when it's needed.

Great place, Great Manager, Great Maintenance People...Quiet...clean.. Friendly and just really the best affordable apartments ever! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! They care so much about safety and making shure the property stays running good.

Theresa is very helpful and willing to work with you. The apartment complex is very clean and fairly updated. It’s a quiet area and I have never had any issues here.

So far this apartment complex has been great and so was the move in process. the grounds are well kept and look very welcoming and inviting.

Stardust Villa Apartments is a good place to live. It’s close to everything close to the grocery store close to the liquor store schools are right around the corner. Nice area to live in.

I love the staff and how friendly the community is. The grounds are well kept at all times and maintenance is always there if something happens to the apartment. I also love how close I am to the freeway, since I commute to work and how close I am to the major plazas.

Quiet neighbors, a lot of rules but over all pretty nice place. Could be updated for what they are charging a little more modern maybe but nice people in the office and on-site maintenance

the landscaping always looks nice and if i need anything fixed its always done in a timely manner and the laundry room is always clean when i use it

My fiance and I love where we love. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is helpful and all around great. It's a comfortable community and it's quiet which we like. Not alot of traffic in and out and is safe.

My time here at stardustvilla has been pretty good. The apartments are very clean- never any issues with bugs or anything. I subtracted one star bc sometimes there is furniture down by the dumpster and it looks bad.

The manager Anabel was very attentive to my questions. I was very worried about moving in to an Apartment without looking inside of it. Due to this crazy market tours at other places are not available. Anabel took photographs on the Apartment I applied for, and she went beyond! I got photographs of under sink, corners, window rails, she was very descriptive and I love that about her! It speaks honesty. The complex it self is old, and Anabel with her team are making this property look and feel like a GEM! When I moved into my one bedroom Apartment I was very impressed on how clean it was. Appliances are old, And clean! I have rented luxurious Apartments before and they where never clean. I do feel very good on my decision on renting at Stardust. I have a 12 month lease, minutes from freeway, close to my commute, and This Management team is on top of everything! I do recommend this place if you are looking for a human treatment!

Anabel, the manager, helped me tremendously at move in. She’s a wealth of knowledge and answered all my questions and concerns immediately. So far the apartment life is going well, and I feel secure knowing it’s managed by such a capable person.

"a great place to call "home". Workers always greet you with a smile, and are very helpful to our needs, If there is a problem, they are quick to attend to fix anything that arise . The grounds and facilitie are kept clean every day. Very unic! Complex is quiet, management and workers are very humanitarian. My apartment is updated. I moved in on 2018 and feel very safe, my rent is affordable, other residents keep to them selves. Property is lovely, is very near anywhere. Very well recomended.

The first thing I noticed about this apartment complex is that it is clean and well maintained. The manager Anabel is nice and very professional. She was able to get us moved in the very next day. I am so happy my husband and I decided to apply for an apartment here.

My experience with Stardust Villa, although short, was an absolute pleasure. The manager, Anabel, was extremely kind and helpful all the way through. The apartment was so clean and the entire complex is clean and well cared for. Its also very quiet. Neighbors are kind and never disruptive. I had no problems at all. I only stayed a couple months because I was in need of a place with a garage, but Anabel was very helpful with my transition upon giving my 30 days notice and completing my final inspection. I highly recommend Stardust Villa. You will not be disappointed by the complex and those who operate the place, Anabel the resident manager and Sergio the facility manager.

Living in here has being a great journey. I am a fire fire. This is a smoke free property, and everyone follows rules and main their own business. I really like my Apartment and the way things are handled here. Management makes sure everything is up to standards. This property is more than what I supposed, really recomend this treasure.

I live in my apartment for 2 years now, and I can tell you that if you want a peaceful place with a great family environment this is the place to rent, the grounds are always clean and well maintained.The apartments are clean, quiet, renovated! Maintenance is very friendly, Manager Anabel is a very nice, professional person. She always keep us informed and I see her very happy any time, even on her days off she will help anyone. This Complex is very nice to be honest, I never faced a business this humanly professional, and on point. Really recomend Stardust Villa Apartment homes, rules are followed in here. Also is very amazing that being close to busy streets is so quiet! Also no gates and feel very safe. I work long hours and when I come home is a home! Private, quiet, and peaceful.

This Complex is very Unic! So much character! Very clean, Very quiet. Management is very nice.

My Experience at this property was very delightful. I really miss my Apartment. I moved on a job transfer and My new place is nowhere the same as Stardust Villa. I recommend stardust villa to anyone looking for a Clean, professional, educational, peaceful, and delightful place. My Apartment was next to a bussy street and surprisingly it was incredible quiet. Management always happy and polite, also professional. Every neighbor is respectful and keeps to them self. Sadly I live now 5 hours away from Stardust Villa and really miss my commodity.

My partner and I just moved to Stardust Villa from the east bay and our experience has been nothing but welcoming. Anabel, the property manager, is very friendly, personable, and willing to help you out as well as she can. The property itself is very clean, quiet, and well taken care of. They have laundry onsite as well as 2 pools and bbq pits. It’s also in a great location that has tons of grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, targets, Walmart’s, furniture stores...literally almost everything within 1 mile. I would recommend Stardust Villa to anyone, they helped me out a lot being my first rental because most other places wouldn’t even give us a chance which no rental history and less then great credit but luckily we are now able to call this place home and we love our apartment!

This complex is top notch! So quiet, clean and management works after office hours, this place really cares. Manager is oftently passing important reminders to every resident, and I call that very useful, so convenient because this days no one really cares and surprisingly there are people who really care in this complex. Plenty of parking space, card operated laundry machines, 2 sparkling swimming pools, Beautiful place! really happy.

I lived in this apartments for a year, and I can tell you that if you want a peaceful place with a great family environment this is the place to rent. Property Saff are really welcoming and helpful and the grounds are always clean and well maintained.The apartments are clean, and well kept. I recommend Stardust villa apts! It is near everything, with easy Access to freeways, and schools. I live in a house now to help my siblings, but really miss my own space at stardust.

3rd year at this property and it's just getting better! So much improvement with this new Manager, she is kind of strict but even with anyone! Maintenance is always friendly! Area is ok, not luxury but close to anywhere! I pay my rent online now and my credit score is going up only by paying rent. I recommend this place to hard working people cause it is quiet, Management will really care for you, you are minutes away from freeways and it's short term lease.

These apartments have been freshly renovated to look more welcoming and maintenance is always quick to fix any issue that arises. The property manager is also very nice and understanding. She tries her best to help and is sympathetic to meet the needs of any tenant. The landlord is accommodating, just, and fair; treating all tenants equal. When any issue arises, the staff is quick to silence all opposition that may cause a disturbance to the community. The community within Stardust Villa are welcoming and quiet. They are polite, soft spoken, approachable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this complex for future residents seeking solace! Thank you for all of the handwork to the management and maintenance for making our home welcoming!

Living on property for more than 7 years and it's just My home. The current property Manager does way more than just her job. She cares about this place and us her residents. This property is also very convenient, nearby shoppings, freeway, college, hospitals. Really apreciate living here. Summing pools are always sparkling, area is quiet and for me is perfect cause of my work shedule so variable. If we need an adjustment to our Apartment, maintenance will be here on time in determining timing. (Professional) other places take days or weeks just to shedule, and this is based on statistics from friends testimony.
