Yeah maybe in 2015 through 2017 these apartments were good but not anymore because there is new management and workers that aren't doing their job like their supposed to so now theses apartments turned into a dump that has Gangs, shooting, Raising the already high rent every year, moldy, the porch fences are old, everything is old and nothing is token care of, those pictures you saw on the page they are probably edited because they DON'T look like that in real life. There are shoot outs and they even tow you truck/car/van without a warning and they never fix anything the workers are lazy cause when you call them to come fix your stuff they rarely come but if they do they never fix anything right and it's still broken THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!! We have broken washer and dryers and literally they are so broken that I could hear my next door neighbors broken ones cause they are so broken and loud and make weird noises. These apartments are a waste of your money and are moldy don't live here they are like a really run down motel and are not child friendly because some gang would probably come shoot your child like they almost shot me there are gangs that live here. And they won't kick them out and police come here at least 5 times a month its terrible!

Don’t do it unless you want be miserable living in your apartment. Over price, moldy with lazy management. Nothing ever gets fix. This is just a place to live for 3 months.

I’ve lived here almost four years now. Never thought I’d say I’d miss the old manager Taylor. They’d rather spend money on the office renovating then putting the money towards working gym equipment or making sure the hot tube and pool are in working order. They rarely are btw and the pool was 24/7 all year round when I signed my original lease. The standard of tenants has gone down too. They could care less about noisy neighbors or the fact that Gresham PD is constantly here. I have requested countless times for them to fix our toilets which have cracked bases...I requested this from Taylor before I moved in my current apartment. There’s also major water damage on my floor from when the apartments water heater above leaked. Still not fixed. Yet if you’re more than a few days late they’re all over you for rent. They replaced the maintenance guy too... I guess the new one is okay. Not nearly as friendly or approachable as the previous guy. Seems their priority is taking care of empty apartments... seems to be a lot these days btw, rather than taking care of current long term residents. Stark Street is okay...a slight steep above the slums I guess.

The apartment is nice,clean and green. No problem with manager or another. I don't like hight electricity line behind my balcony and payment for S/W/G not for each unit. But price is good and deposit is only 99$.

It's an okay area, the management is nice. There are lots of chiildren around so if you have kids its a great place, however if you're not into kids, I don't reccomend living here. The maintenance however is a CUT ABOVE, the men are so nice and do their jobs very well and promptly. There is a bit of ovrcrowding in parking but it hasn't been too bad, Upgraded apartments are very nice and older ones are average. Nothing seriously concerning here though. They are really trying to upgrade these places and make the community style living nicer.

I have lived in several apartments across the U.S. And at first I was skepticle about this place. But after living here for a while, it's truly awesome. The people I'm the office and the maintence are really second to none. I feel as if I can call this my home. And I can't thank the people in this complex enough. I'm only 20, I love alone, and I have no family in OR whatsoever
