Property Ratings at Stassney at SoCo
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! These apartments are taking a turn for the worst. Management tells you different things all the time. Work orders are never done in a timely manner. And I'm pretty sure my fiance was racially profiled because she's black. They refused to accept a check from her but when I brought it in the next day, they accepted it. The cost of these apartments don't match up to their overall worth. Car was broken into and office staff did NOTHING! Homeless people and drug dealers everywhere at any time of the night. Cops are always here looking for someone. This isn't the type of neighborhood you want to raise your kids in. If that doesn't scare you away, maybe there bed bug infestation will. When we first moved here we had to get 2 treatments just for the bugs to keep coming back. I live in building 7. Found out a few friends who also live in building 12, 4, 6, & 9 said their entire building was having problems with bed bugs. That was summer 2017, here it is March 2018 and there's still an ongoing problem for all of us with bed bugs. These apartments are the worse. No security is ever in place. Water is always off. Cheap paint in bathrooms. Dirty carpets... I hate it here!!

I've had bad experience with this new staff that are now working. All the staff that use to be there were GREAT! THEY HELPED AT ALL TIMES NEVER EVER HAD A COMPLAINED ABOUT THE STAFF THAT WERE THERE! THIS NEW STAFF ARE SO RUDE AND DONT CARE. THEY DONT HAVE ANY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE . REGRET STAYING WITH THESE PEOPLE! I WISH I'D LEFT BEFORE. WILL DEFINITELY SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOVE THE MANAGER.

i've never seen this much crime in one apartment complex. In the last few months ive been here, there has been manhunts in the middle of the night by police here at least once a month. The hot tub was removed becaue the office didnt want to pay for it. At night crackheads walk around that don't even live here. The community laundry room always has broken machines. I could go on all day. I've living my share of crappy apartments but his by far is the worst

These apartments are horrible. The staff doesn't care about anything. If you try to reach home office they dont work with you at all. Be ready for all these bogus charges when you move out. Be aware. They scam people out of there money. Worst apartments ever
Always seems to have something wrong. Pipes broken, AC unit not working, lots of bugs somehow getting in. Whenever the sprinklers come on or it rains, all the grassy areas are flooded thus not giving pets a place to use bathroom.
When moved out to Austin we didn't expect much from our first apartment at all kind of thought we'd be in a run down place. Though what we got was the opposite our apartment is Spacious and bright, everything works and is most importantly clean , we have great neighbors there is no crazy noises from anyone, and don't forget the staff they are great! they are friendly and sweet and when ever we had an issue big or small they were quick to solve it and apologized. the area we live in is great not far from anything at all . We really could not have asked for a better first apartment.
I have only had a few problems with the staff. They are great overall. However, the neighbors are loud, and the apartment is old and I pay too much for it
