Maintenance's spectacular amenities are great. It would be nice to have a community garden. Staff tries really hard to accommodate Overall, very nice live experience.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants but far enough to avoid noise and traffic. Apartment common areas are always well maintained.

We have lived here for 2 years now and what drew us in was how dog friendly this complex is. Our dog is 90lbs and finding a place to take him was tough (he’s a very large labrador). Not only do they allow larger breeds here but they love him! Maintenance plays fetch with my dog when they come for repairs! The staff at the leasing office are so incredibly kind and efficient! We love living here.

Friendly neighbors friendly dogs and wonderful staffs. We are deaf family and they very understanding and they tried their best communicate with us and it make us feel welcome and warm feelings in this neighbord. My home feels like stay brand new. We love it!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Station 117. The community is very clean, the residents are all very pleasant and they have a lot of activities. The office & maintenance staff get back to you on any request you have in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoy living in the Station 117 community. The complex is very safe and we love using the amenities. The gym is always clean and using the pool in the summer is great!

This is a great place to live, offering a peaceful and welcoming environment. I appreciate the ample parking spaces, and as a woman living alone, I feel safe when walking to my car.

The complex itself is super nice and the maintenance men are very handy and come whenever we need them! The only complaint I would have is how loud our upstairs neighbors are so it’s a reminder to look for a top floor unit in the future

Our experience has been great here. Everyone is super friendly and we love all the amenities. Our favorite amenities are the gym and the dog park and washing station.

Very good size apartments and well maintained. Location is a plus with access to public transportation and stores. I love the club house and pool area.

We recently moved in but have been loving our clean and spacious apartment, as well as the many amenities available. I have been enjoying the pool on sunny days, and my boyfriend frequents the excellent community gym!

Our time here has been wonderful. Compared to our last apartment, we have more space and a much nicer community. People who care about our concerns and issues.

3-1/2 happy years later, I’ve never regretted my decision to make Station 117 my home. Highly recommend living here to anyone. The Staff, amenities, ongoing maintenance to continue everything looking tip top and the friends, both two and four legged, I’ve met.

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Plenty of parking. Maintenance immediately responsive and friendly. Pool is a refreshing perk. Grills and seating areas are always clean. Landscaping and snow removal are excellent. Trash area and dumpsters are emptied weekly. Rents are comparable to surrounding area. Commuter rail is a 10 minute walk as is the downtown area.

Great experience so far, wonderful community. I really appreciate the resident manager’s urgency to get things squared away before the move in date!

Location is within walking distance of downtown and Farmers Market. Apartment managers and maintenance are friendly always willing to help. Apartment grounds are well kept.

I have lived here at Station for the past 2 years and I can truly say it feels like home when pulling into the Station main entrance. It is a very friendly community of people and families from all different walks of life. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Norfolk county.

Memorial Day weekend was a tough one for me. The residents in my building 127 made me feel like I was a part of a community and had a wonderful potluck at the clubhouse. We shared food, laughs and stories. It’s nice to live in a place where you have good neighbors. Not everyone is so lucky.

Great community with great amenities and management/maintenence staff are great. Balconies for the apartments can sometimes make it feel like you’re living with your neighbors and parking can be hard to find at certain times of the morning and night.

11 months in, so far so good. Great, clean amenities and service. Cheerful staff. Good neighnours. Unless renewal time brings forth unpleasant surprises, we’re staying.

Miranda and Paige are the best benefit of living at 117 Station. The application process and responce to inquiries and concerns is always quick and effective. Best customer service you will find anywhere in Franklin. They truly go above and beyond for tenants.

I submitted a Maintenance Request last night noting it was not urgent. The next day, not only was the problem taken care of - they arrived understanding what was going on and had the tool with them to complete the fix. Such great, prompt, knowledgeable service from a very kind, caring, friendly staff. Yet another reason I enjoy living here.

Station 117 is a great complex. Convenient to everything, especially the train, and still has a suburban vibe! Staff is very responsive and maintenance is super quick in the few instances we've called. Gym is very good with a variety of equipment!

Not good amazon and postal experience in mailroom. Nothing put in amazon hub. We have to sort through packages. Not what we were told when we signed on.

Living at Station 117 has been great! The community is safe and quiet. Whenever we have had to call on maintenance for a request they always come and take care of it quickly and do a great job. I’m the warmer months we love utilizing the pool and outdoor spaces. We’ve even hosted a party in the beautiful community space!

Absolutely love it! It has a new vibe to it, a beautiful interior design. Everyone has been really great with the communication on moving in.

Excellent community!. Quiet, well kept and great amenities. The staff is fabulous and act quickly when a concern is brought forth. They have a lot of fun activities every month and a lot of perks. Highly recommended!

I love the attention of the office, they are excellent, they did a good job with my move. The condo is very comfortable, and the social area is really what I was looking for for my children

Loads of good amenities, I mean like there's a resort style pool! And and onsite gym? I mean wow! I love the modern touches and the back porch I have is going to be my favorite once its warmer out.
