Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

Property Ratings at STATION 121
When I was applying to this apartment they claimed this is a smoke free community and even asked me to sign a smoke free addendum to my lease. After moving in I found out that some residents are allowed to smoke in their units so my unit smells like cigarettes periodically. Management has been slow to respond and has done nothing to fix the issue.
When we moved in it was 2019. We were showed a place that had “luxury appliances” such as USB ports in rooms and promised that type of apartment. Lie. Then, we had RATS ON THE SECOND FLOOR, and was told that they were gonna gone taken care of immediately. Lie, took 5 months. It’s 2021 and no one has came to fix the water pressure in the toilet AND AC unit. We’re told that it was going to get fixed the first week we moved. Lie! They also just barge into the apartment with no warning. Unprofessional.
Upon moving in, the location and price point charmed us, as well as the unit itself. Please don't let the prices fool you! Our move-in date was HORRIBLY handled, and we were told we could move in several days earlier than the unit would actually be ready for. We wasted an entire day worth of work, energy, and money packing up a moving truck only to be turned away. Not only this, but it is the LOUDEST and rowdiest community I have EVER lived in. There are over 40 kids and adults outside EVERY night surrounding the main pool and leisure area, and it is always very loud. Children are screaming, grown adults are yelling, playing loud music. There have also been very trashy people in the pool area getting absolutely wasted although alcohol is prohibited, cops being called frequently, and more. Water is also not based on your unit, it is averaged throughout the entire building. Unfortunately, we are the only couple living in our building and we use little water, whereas every other unit is a WHOLE family. We pay more now for water than we ever have, and the lady in the leasing office swore she's never paid more than $50. Not only this but the buildings are made with wood, not concrete. If you are on the first floor, you will hear EVERY sound and footstep in the upstairs unit. PLEASE, if you want to live somewhere decent, pick somewhere else. We are getting out of here as SOON as we can.
Office management is very unprofessional and rude. Rented an apartment in June.. didn’t have a working air conditioning for 3 months. Had water coming out of ceiling at one point. When you call management.. they, especially one in particular, was very unprofessional and rude. Have recorded conversations with the particular assistant manager who makes statements that no one who works in a professional position dealing with the public should make. When you ask to speak to someone above her or cooperate.. she states they are cooperate. Refuses to give phone numbers or even emails. States they don’t have a phone and she doesn’t have access to their email. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to lease with them . 11/20
First 2 years were great never had issues but this last year has been horrible the staff seems to not really care anymore the moment I renewed my lease for a 3rd year I regretted it I will gladly say this is my last year here I transferred floor plans and oh do I regret it this new apartment is infested with roaches and they said they would call pest control but no one ever showed up so much for caring for your residents huh. If your okay with roaches and them finding new ways to charge you for something then this is the perfect place for you!! (:
Horrible staff. I moved out and my roommate stayed there and got a new one. They said I was off the lease, so im at a new apartment now, a month later they tell me and my old roommate that im still on the lease because i didn't pay the rest of my cat fee....when the cat is with me at my new place now and they should have told me the day i moved out to pay it. I spoke with the property manager about how everyone was telling all of us all different stories about the lease and fees. They are very sneaky and lie all of the time...they look like they would be sweet and they are at first, but dont be fooled they will screw you over so fast. They do not care about anything but money. They are money hungry and inconsiderate. Im going to have an eviction on my name and credit now for something that was not my fault. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Oh and Christina, the property manager was so rude to us, always cuts you off when you're talking to her. She is rude not helpful, and when i told her about how the other manager told me different information and both me and my old roommate tried to explain the situation she didn't care, she cuts you off and says that what you're trying to tell her does not matter. Horrible. I am going to find some sort of corporate or something, or find a lawyer because this is out of hand!
The apartments were nice and we always had ample parking and no bugs. The problem is the office. I lived here around a year and a half. The first year went fine, but when it came time to renew I was told there would be a SIGNIFICANT increase on rent. I went to the office to discuss and the office manager, christina, was VERY rude about it. she said the market rent increases that amount so i would have to pay it. I asked her what the rate would be if i came in and rented for the first time that day and it was lower than what my rate was going to be. At that point she realized there was a flaw in the paperwork and fixed it. She never apologized at all, just gave me the new rate. I did not renew but went monthly. EVERY mo th after i received papers stating i owed more after paying my rent and every month i had to go to the office regarding those amounts. My final move out amount was quoted and signed, then after move out I was told they quoted it wrong for the prorated amount and needed to pay $200 extra. This took an additional two weeks to resolve. Shannon is the only one in the office with any ode what is going on.
These apartments are disgusting, we can not move out quick enough. Their are roaches everywhere, you tell them about it and they say to sign up for pest control but it doesn’t even work. The appts are junk, stuff cracks rite off the wall, plug sockets coming off doors always break. Please don’t waste your money.
RUN AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!! I made the mistake of moving in these apartments because I needed a place to move in to asap due to my job. What a horrible experience!! They have a terrible and outrageous roach problem, extremely gross. They have millions of them everywhere out on the streets and inside the apartments and also rats!! The streets are always dirty. Trash cans were always full with trash/food hanging out on the streets from dirty tenants that won’t clean up after themselves. Laundry rooms were always dirty and never working. Pool was always closed during summer. Shady tenants. Work order never accomplished on time. Expensive prices. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! They do NOT care about their job. They do not care about their tenants at all. They lie to you and have a stupid excuse for everything with a horrible attitude. They are literally laughable. It’s hilarious the way they run these apartments. Please stay away, they have no compassion for anybody. The dirtiest apartments in all NRH area. Please stay away, you will thank me later.
Don’t care about you personally all they want is there money... I’ve never been late on payment never had any issues with them until today.. I am being charged a late fee because they were not open to take payment nor do they have a drop box or slot to drop off rent checks... I was there first thing when they opened and they are still charging me a late fee for their office not being open.... shady shady business shouldn’t treat your residents this way. Very disappointed in the way they deal with issues that are their fault!
Outdated windows and exterior doors. Very high electric and utilities bills on top of your monthly rent. If you have a pet. The deposit is 300 along with 10 pet rent for each animal (2). They do mostly cosmetic updates inside each apartment. Which is fine. I'd prefer real budget friendly updates. Such as new double pane insulated window's and new weather resistant exterior doors/sliding glass doors with screens. I'm tired of all my heating/cooling costs. Going out the windows literally. Ah, yes. They spent a good deal of money. On a resort style pool recently. Now let's put some real work. Into each apartment!
I lived here for a year. the place is alright but I have a roach problem I've contacted the office several times but pest control hasn't come out once. I've had 3 different couples live below me this year. the ac/heater is a massive shock to your electric bill and the windows have zero insulation.
I have lived here for 4 months now. we couldnt move in for a week because the roaches were so bad. I thought the place would treat them but i was so wrong and wish i would have took the other reviews advise. THESE APARTMENTS ARE TRASH STATION 121 IS TRASH!!!!! THEY SHOULD CONDEM THESE APARTMENTS! DONT LET THE REMODEL AND UPDATES FOOL YOU!
I've lived here for 15 years. Due to management changes the office only shows I've lived here for 4 years. At the end of my lease this year my rent increased $75.00 per month supposedly because of market rate and renovations. I used to think this place was a fairly good deal. Not anymore. I do not recommend this complex to senior citizens or those on fixed incomes.
It's infested with creatures, management never fixes anything right away especially their amenities like the pools and fitness center. The neighbors are unpleasant and usually breaking the rules or doing something illegal but again management won't do anything. It's really overpriced for being such a basic apartment complex.
Apartment is nice and updated and very spacious. But there are problems with bugs. I keep my house very clean and keep dishes out the sink for these reasons but somehow they still come. Maybe because the apartment building is so old.
My apartment experience has not been so great! They do not seem to care about their residents. We've had German roaches for nearly five months and they've had pest control "come in" at least for times. The problem still persists. I hate calling the office with a problem because they seem frustrated every time and blame me for the issue. I just want a place where they really care about their residents living space and show respect as well.
Work orders take forever. To be put in properly and accurately. They will make endless excuses. As to why the repairs haven't been completed. Something more important in another apartment on site. Have all their maintenance men tied up. This will go on for weeks. Enough already. I signed a lease. I pay my rent on time. I take care of my apartment. Why can't the the leasing community and maintenance team. Show the same respect back to the their residents.
So these 1 bedroom apartments here are MASSIVE but that is about the only good thing I have to say. I was taking a shower the other day and they have the air conditioner placed conveniently in the ceiling over the bathtub with an attic-like door that grants you access. During the summer their AC units leak worse than a 40 year old woman reading 50 Shades of Grey. A few nights ago I was taking a shower and I heard a small crackle noise and the door fell from the ceiling, hit me on the head whilst dumping about 3 gallons of freezing cold AC water on me in the middle of a steamy retreat. I was alone, cold, and confused. I thought WHY ME? What have I done? I told the office and they showed little sympathy even after I showed them the cut just above my right temple. If you live in these apartments, be wary. The appliances might try to kill you.
The Good: The apartments are very spacious! I live in the 2bd/2bth and its perfect size. The clean up after a tenant moves out is by far the nicest I've seen. no excess paint on carpet or walls! The maintenance staff is friendly. Lawn mowed constantly and property always kept clean. Good area, so far no crime that has taken place that i am aware of. The Bad: We had started to develop a roach problem which we called the apartment to handle. They did come by and spray our unit but it wasn't working. We have called them to spray several times and still no result. we eventually had to hire an outside pest control and pay our own money, when we told the management they would not reimburse us just continue to say "that it was our choice to use and outside company" Also asked if we could have a party (using a bounce house) for my grandson out in an open area and was told no. Months later the manager threw a party for her family equipped with a bounce house and tent. So i was not happy with the double standards. Any problem you have they want you to speak with the manager but when you go to contact her she is never around. Apartments are a little older so outlets/electrical wiring are not updated. I currently can't use a flat iron or any device in either bathrooms because it flips the breaker everytime I give this apartment a 5** on location, size, and pricing. But a 2**on staff/management friendliness and tenant problem solving
