Property Ratings at Station 121
Called Friday (3/4/2022) afternoon around 2pm Central and the lady/person who picked up was really bad at communicating, very hesitant to give any information, a lot of silence and pauses, and I had to repeat my questions multiple times as if she/he/they didn't want to work there. Major red flag that management is bad and even worse non-existent here.
I currently live in Station 121 and really like it. Lots of cool spaces & restaurants to walk to like the Sculpture Park, Malo, Exile, etc. I can't hear any of my neighbors ever which is really nice. New appliances, big windows, and vinyl floors that are easy to clean. It is an older building so heating and cooling tends to be a little more expensive than newer more efficient buildings. Utilities and trash are not included in rent and so it's a little expensive but you're paying for the neighborhood. It was a rough start with property management but I think it was because they were switching between property managers. They have since been helpful & responsive.
Love living here! The apartment is so unique and well-kept, management and maintenance are impressive and very timely with responses, and it's a perfect location for easy downtown and skywalk access. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for pet-friendly, downtown apartments!
