Park Place Apartments is one of the most conveniently located apartment buildings, being close to restaurants and shopping. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment for two years. The buildings are well-kept for the most part. The kitchen has a large pantry, which is excellent for storage, but the kitchen itself is quite cramped compared to the two and three bedrooms. The one bedrooms come with a large laundry room, which is great for storage should you desire. The employees provide excellent service and maintenence is prompt when issues arise.

Our apartments are well kept up for the most part. We do have noisy neighbors above us and the parking isn't the best but the location is perfect. The walls are very thin so sometimes you can even hear the people in the bathroom and mold does reoccur. The employees are very nice and take care of most things in a timely manner. We have been here for almost 3 years.
