If you don’t care your car , If you okey to pay electric bills 300$-400$ you can lease here .It was worse decision I ever made..I know apartment complex looks good and good price . But you know why. Thats way I signed to lease. But When I start to live here cost is more then all apartments in columbus downtown. my rent 1290 a month. I paying every month around 2k .My car broke front of me . I couldn’t do anything.my neighbor car and others. And yesterday my car towed because I didn’t put my parking cart on my car . Management towed my car from my parking spot I pay every month :) I know thats my fault.I get that. But Im trying to explain, If you signed lease here you guys gonna pay extraa++ bills and issues.
Management is terrible and has no control over the crime in this apartment complex. You will have your packages stolen, bikes stolen and cars broken into and management will do nothing about it. We have had our cars broken into 8 times in the last year and we haven't even gotten a response from management about it (despite in person promising they would cover some of the payments). Don't move here you will regret it.
Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience living here. The management on site was not helpful, often providing zero help resolving issues. The lack of communication to residents about construction, updates, as well as overall safety measures, was at a level that is less than acceptable. Had there been a more efficiently run system in place, I would have re-signed my lease, but there was really no choice to be made at the end of the day. I will never recommend anyone to live here.
This is far and away the worst managed apartment I have ever lived in. In 2023 the elevator was inoperable for 5months. The management company provides little to no communication when the elevator is down, the call box doesn't work, or other maintenance issues arise. They are disrespectful to residents, and have little regard for the upkeep of the property or safety of the residents.
Abby was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I’m a new resident and looking forward to getting use to my new home.
The only reason this got two stars is because of location. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place for any adult who wants live a non-campus like existence. There’s loud partying every weekend and whenever it’s nice out. The majority of residents have no respect for their neighbors. New management took over in January and they are terrible. Always making excuses for why things aren’t getting done. Completely unorganized. For example, it’s mid-June and the pool still isn’t officially open. Do not move here.

I have lived here with my boyfriend for two months. Constant loud partying, and not like 20 somethings (we are in our 20s ) just having fun - it’s every night. It's nonstop. There is a tenant who doesn’t keep their dog on the leash and attacks my dog every time we take a trip outside. They didn’t register us as tenants with the energy company, so we now have to back pay hundreds of dollars in unbilled electricity. Because they didn’t report it and confessed to this. Offered a payment plan and 50 dollars. We both work full time on opposite schedules and in a very kind way we’re told we would have our all in one machine replaced as laundry takes ten hours. As we both work full time, this is highly inconvenient. There is a sense that the property management views you a bit more like a child that an adult based on correspondence and general attitude. It would take an extreme change in ideology; policy, comfort, or experience for me to consider recommending this building. As of now I highly discourage it.
Absolutely do NOT live here. Horrible parking situation; they will tow any vehicle, including their own residents who pay for parking each month. Staff is unorganized and does not provide consistent communication to their residents. Only visitor parking available is on the street - which is always full.
