Roach infestation in the building. Despite months of complaints, pest control has not come out. They recently left a note stating they would come but never did. Maintenance marks work orders as completed without ever coming. I had to leave my apartment for a week due to maintenance issues, hoping they would be fixed. Despite complaining to the office twice, the issue remains unresolved after nearly two weeks. The dumpster is always overflowing, creating a trash problem. I do not recommend this place at all.

They flooded my apartment and refuse to move me until the repairs are done. My family and I have been living with mold for 3 weeks!!

The crime at this complex is terrible. Multiple murders have been committed one being as recent as 11/16/2022. Additionally the drug use is horrible. On numerous occasions the smell of weed has come through the floors and made our apartment smell. Also, the quality of the apartments are terrible. I moved in with substantial amounts of mold in my shower that keeps coming back. The parking lots are also littered with trash on a consistent basis.
Do not waste your time or money at this complex! Communication here is None!!! I put a work order in July 1 and yet have someone to come fix my kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher! Car towed off as we were not told to register our car. I have to give them a 1 star but they deserve -50!
Disgusting..insects galore despite being charged for extermination..property grounds always dirty and trash everywhere that never seems to be picked up..trash service is a joke…outdated..parking is a nightmare and management couldn’t care less. Problems are never addressed and when you try to talk to them, instead of being empathetic and helpful, they get nasty and defensive. I could go on and on but you get the point…I so regret my decision and CAN NOT wait til my lease is up!
Called the office and spoke with Miranda the office manager about our air not being fixed correctly. Someone came out to fix it on Monday 6-14-21 and by Wednesday 6-16-21 it still was not working correctly. As I am speaking with her and telling her what was going on I mentioned that I asked the maintenance guy to wear a mask and she proceeded to tell me that that Station 3700 doesn’t require their employees to wear a mask. I explained to her that I have a two week old baby and a mask must be worn in this apartment. She explained to me that she doesn’t provide mask to her employees and they don’t have to wear them. I again said if they want to come in they will need a mask on and she said they will not fix my air conditioner if I require the employees to wear a mask to enter my home. To her response about station 3700 not giving their employees mask I told her I would give them one if they didn’t have one and she said that if someone wear to hand her a mask she wouldn’t wear it. CDC says that mask should be worn to stop the spread of COVID. Texas COVID cases are rising again we are not in the clear from COVID and it is very real. The fact that Miranda argued with me about my mask requirement is besides the point the gentleman had already entered my apartment with his mask on and was not offended and understood why I asked for him to have a mask on. Miranda the property manager and Stephanie the VP of this company doesn’t care about the safety and the wellbeing of their employees or tenants. I am no sure why the employees aren’t required to wear a mask only when they have to enter apartments. These people could be potentially spreading COVID-19 from unit to unit if they aren’t wearing a mask. The fact that Miranda was more concerned with my mask requirement and not with her employee not fixing our air conditioner correctly is a problem for me. Denying to fix something that this company is required to fix if I ask for employees to wear a mask while entering my home is wrong. Still waiting for our issue to be fixed currently.
This started out as an 'okay' place when I moved in 2018, but a change in the office management in early 2020 negatively impacted the community. The new folks are clearly lazy and disinterested in meeting requests for maintenance or addressing complaints. Garbage being left outside a neighbor's door was never addressed, despite multiple complaints. Roaches were an ongoing problem, regardless of apartment cleanliness. Garbage regularly piles up around (outside)the dumpsters before the scheduled pickup. Privacy is not valued as my apartment was entered on more than one occasion without my prior knowledge or consent. Oh, and I was not told about the train! Despite always paying rent on time and being quiet and clean, I felt my tenancy was not valued. Look elsewhere.

The worse living experience I have ever encountered! The manager is NEVER available or for the most part never there! Whoever is the property owner needs to step in and fire the whole staff!!! The leasing agent didn’t tell us about a freakin train that runs all times of night and my husband has diabetes and it’s been messing with his health but they want us to pay to move and a whole bunch of other issues her!! It’s not worth it!

Just before submitting the application, I asked any of the fees been charged refundable. 300 usd, 50 usd per adult application fees, and $ admin fee. The answered was no if not approved. Luckily I asked before providing my form of payment. Unfortunately these happens whe management is truly unstable and has so much debt... yet they penalized new tenants and these people aren’t kind to share the info unless is upon request. 3700 station who cares if god or bad tenants come and go. Right... bad business

Stay away! They cannot manage to resolve the BIG issues residents have. They will not fix my floor and my idiot neighbor calls the police, brooms her ceiling, and records my daily activities due to me being "noisy". This complex is a circus!

I’ve been here for a few months and have been miserable! 1. Parking is horrible, you have to purchase a garage or carport, if available near your unit. 2. Very very very thin, paper thin walls. You can hear everything.. every now and then I’ve smelled weed walking up to my apartments. 3. Don’t stay on the 1st or 2nd floor, especially if you have a disrespectful neighbor who isn’t considerate. I’ve complained multiple times on the tenant above Me. I was offered to transfer to a different unit without a fee.. however still would have to pay a deposit and application. Still not fixing the problem, I assumed they are afraid of the tenant above me to confront the issue. 4. Foundation issues: when I first moved in my bathroom door didn’t shut, also have cracks throughout my apartment, that have been poorly sealed. Don’t move here!! I can’t wait til my lease is up, will make sure I tell everyone to be-aware!!

At first Glance one would think this apartment complex is nice, but it's not. You hear trains and planes literally all day. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors if they breathe too heavy. They're taking washers and dryers OUT of the units and charging extra just for black appliances. SAD. Seems like they would be more accommodating with all thats wrong with their apartments but NOPE instead they're taking things away. For what they charge and what they offer; you can definitely find something better.
We live on the main side of the apartment complex and we can't sleep because of the train.
Apartment are nice for the price.....but it needs to be updated on the outside. More trash cans need to be added. To have only one at the apartment complex on both sides is silly and so unsanitary. Management seems to care but you can't avoid bad neighbors
This is the best place I've lived in Texas so far. Irving apartments seem to have a problem with water bugs. I've been in this apartment for a year and have not witnessed one water bug. It's fairly quite besides the occasional noises from my upstairs neighbors or the kids playing outside. The pros of this place is the jetted oval garden tub, the dark colored rugs and the wooden floors in the dining areas. Also this apartment is in the middle of everywhere; there is easy access to Arlington, Irving and HEB shopping areas. The con is the layout. The layout makes the apartment seem smaller than what it really is. I'm also not a fan of the increased rent for my lease renewal. However,I really like this apartment and that is why I am renewing my lease.
I love the look of my new apartment. I just moved in a few days ago and it has been great. Yes a few things at the complex need to be fixed but I see them working on it so I'm fine with waiting.
The style of Station 3700 is really nice. There is crown molding around the ceilings in the living rooms. There is lots of square footage and it is painted a lovely color of tan. The kitchen bar curves giving plenty of space with a kitchen closet for W&D and a pantry. It's also a safe & quiet place to live. I love this place!
The inside of the apartment was clean and we'll kept. It is on the small side and the layout is wierd so it difficult to fit larger furniture. Appliances are old and outdated. The walls are also paper thin can hear i can hear everyhing my neighbors do. The outside grounds are not well kept and there is often trash on the ground. Parking is limited and there are no sidewalks so you must walk in the parking lot.
The application process was pretty simple. They have an online application and you are able to check the status of the application. The website also provided additional information like apt # and the amount needed on the move-in date. However, the apartment associates were a little hard to get a hold of at times and didn’t always call back when they said they would. Once we were moved-in everything was great. They gave us all the information we needed about the apartment, copies of the leasing paperwork, and service providers in a folder and a move-in goodie bag. The apartments are nice and well kept. There are wood floors, built in shelving, jet pool tubs. I love the little pool and water fountain. They have free coffee and wifi in the business center. The small fitness center is not impressive, but it’s clean and the few machines are nice. I haven’t noticed a lot of kids around or people hanging out at night. They are gated and the streets near the apartments are not busy. I would recommend these apartments if you are looking in the area!
I recently moved into these apartments with my sister. We were hoping for a third floor apartment to avoid the extra noise of people living above us; however, we ended up with a second floor apartment. Less stairs is always nice too I guess, so we didn't have a complaint. The apartments have been kept in really great shape so there weren't any major issues to be fixed when we first saw it. The management tends to get pretty busy so they are hard to reach when you need immediate assistance; however, they are prompt with returning calls when necessary. So far I love the apartment, it is nice and quaint and hopefully my attitude towards it does not alter the longer I am here.
