Roughly an hour due north of downtown Atlanta, Alpharetta is a suburban community that has become a popular home base for commuters. The local public schools are excellent and residents enjoy access to several large parks and sports fields, adding to the appeal.
The shopping scene in Alpharetta is impressive, between the major-league retail hub of North Point Mall and the smaller, more boutique selections of the Avalon center and downtown’s Milton Avenue. While Atlanta may host a broader variety of arts and entertainment options, the Verizon Amphitheatre is one of the region’s most popular live music venues, attracting a packed roster of heavy hitters from all genres throughout the year.
Thanks to the efforts of home-grown entrepreneurs, Alpharetta has also developed a restaurant scene that regularly draws foodies and gourmands up from Atlanta for a taste.

Property Ratings at Station Heights
I would not recommend moving here. Cheap management company that would you rather have an electrical fire or medical emergency before anything is fixed properly. AC blown out for months 90degree indoors and smoke coming from vents. Staff is nice but seem to be overburdened; with very few powers to help renters and upper management is negligent. Gabby, the manager and Cristina are the only reason any stars are present. They should run the company. I have a "newly renovated" apartment and promise you can get a better deal anywhere in this area.
These apartments are basically pigs with lipstick. The maintenance is terrible and takes months for anything to get done. The front is unhelpful in all situations. Police show up often at these apartments, do not risk it.

This place has gone down, with the AC has been out for over a month, my son's window being broken over a week and they still talking not until July because they have to make a frame it doesn't take over a month to make a frame. There are two screens they still haven't fixed that are over 2 months. But they want your rent on time. The gym has too many things broken.
I lived here 3 yrs it has gone down hill since new msnagement. maintenance is horrible they never fix anything. The gym half the equipment doesn't work.
Unfortunately I made the mistake of renewing my lease here. Maintenance is terrible and barely make repairs, I have been waiting over and month and a half for repairs to be made. I have a dishwasher that is so old and not working and no-one have come and fixed its smells like mold and mildew in my apartment from the back up of water from the dishwasher and in the sink disposal and when they do come, they review it , and always need something and it takes weeks to come back and complete the repair from the original work order put it. The walls are so thin in the new building i can hear my upstairs neighbors every move btw who also do not respect the fact its 11pm-12am at night and decide to move things around in the apartment dropping large items waking my whole house. We have a community pool that some people who do not live in the community come and use and leave bottles, clothes, and blast music disturbing the neighbors that actually pay rent and live here. We do not live in a terrible neighborhood and rent is not cheap so its a shame they don't take care of this place the way they need to.
I moved in about 3 months ago. Application process extremely easy compared to other apartments. Office staff very nice and aim to please. No major issues since we moved in. Lots of pets on property. Not an issue, just not my preference. Over all apt is clean and upgraded, new carpet in bedrooms and granite counter tops in kitchen. No problem with bugs either. Didn’t really know what to expect, but pleasantly surprised with no complaints.

Thank you very much for your support. We appreciate it. Best Regards, Jackie Montero
Do not stay in this slum.. They charge enough for it but still they are dump apartments.. We pay for them to spray monthly and they only come once a year.. We put in an order for bug Guy Monday and Thursday Ants are climbing walls cabinets counters stove and toaster.. We call office and they say they left yesterday and won’t come until next week.. For what we pay a month we shouldn’t have to stay in these bug infested apartments..This is my opinion and don’t stay in these dump apartments...

If I could I would give it a negative 5 stars..This management is the worst I have ever seen.. The manager gives out fines and is a big liar.. The place is filled with bugs and we have been waiting 5 weeks for the bug guy to come even though she says they come every week.. The maintenance men come and say they fixed problems and close tickets and without coming to the apartment.. This place is awful so please don’t stay at this place...

I have lived in this complex for about fifteen years going through many owners and management staff. When this current owner, Fogelman took over management I was a little on guard due to some of the previous owners having terrible management staff members, such as the very last one. However, I will say that after observing the office and management staff have proven in my opinion to show that they are sincerely concerned about their residents and not focused on the rent. There have been a lot of improvements on site and although that concerns me with the upcoming rent increases, I welcome the improvements. This new owner and management staff have allowed me to enjoy my living experience again as I did many years prior moving here. I gave 4 stars because this is a fairly new owner.
I’ve been here for a year and ready to renew my lease.
Cockroaches breed in these buildings. Kitchen furniture and utilities are old. Bathrooms are dirty and old. Lived here for one year and only stayed because of the lease. Maintanance take forever to come i had a fire alarm going for two weeks. Miss paying rent for a day and you get ridiculous charges and eviction letter which is posted on your credit file. They had 4 managers during my stay who dont care about residents. Assistant manager Lori us the most horrible person i have ever come across. In short please avoid this place.
