Wifi and cellular phone reception is bad here. If you work from home, it is not a very ideal situation. Everything else about the complex is amazing. Friendly staff. Clean and safe area. Grocery stores are not far. Overall an amazing place to live

Statler is great neighborhood out in Gallatin Tennessee. The staffing here is amazing, everyone in Gallatin are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. It’s very quiet and peaceful so It’s a great area to raise your family with a school right across the street! Everything is accessible, grocery store and coffee shop 5 mins away, gas station right in front!

Everything has been perfect so far with no issues at all. I would suggest putting speed bumps in the parking lots as kids are playing in the parking lot and cars are going much faster than they should be.

We have enjoyed our first 3 months at Statler. There haven't been any issues so far. The maintenance people responded quick to our request and fixed the issue later that day. The trash pickup is also convenient. I would recommend to anyone who can afford it!

After living here for about 6 months we are not planning on renewing our lease. We were woken up at 8:00 this morning(Sunday) by the landscapers mowing, etc. The valet trash company used to come around 10:30 at night but here lately I have been woken up between 4:00-4:30AM by his extremely loud truck! Kids screaming as loud as they can in the breeze way. Always finding remnants from food outside my door, i.e. orange peels, sunflower seed shells. If you like pease and quite I would NOT recommend these apartments.

I am liking it so far. I do not like that the complex does not have its own electrical outlets. I would have appreciated a heads up that while the breezeways were being worked on for two days and the second day while hanging up my wreath on the patio door I realized there was equipment plugged into my outlet on my patio…..which is my electricity that was being used. I think it was poor building/planning for a complex to not have its own electrical source for maintenance.

So far it has been an overall good experience. I do wish the people living above us had carpet on their floors bc it is very loud. The area is pretty and I love that there are sidewalks. But I can’t believe so many people don’t pick up after their dog. That’s really disappointing and gross. The actual apartment is just what we wanted tho. Leasing staff never responds to emails. But the Maintenance staff is the nicest I’ve ever seen at an apartment! They respond and take care of your issues fast.

Beautiful, large, spacious townhomes with a garage. Located close to highway 386, so the location is super convenient. The staff is very kind and attentive. All in all a great place to live!

I love it. Best move ever. Kind of a resort atmosphere . The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful . The outdoor area is beautiful. The grill area is awesome and my dogs love the huge dog park they have to run in.

I do wish the process was a little easier as my husband was there and I was not. Some of the websites were not as friendly as they could have been. But the staff was amazing and very helpful throughout the process and the apartment is beautiful.

Every single review is for real. You WILL have a 5-star experience from the moment you walk in the door of the office. Your experience will start with Tiffany, Hannah, or Abigayle. The leasing experience was smooth. Move-in was seamless. The amenities are wonderful and that resort feel you will read in other reviews is absolutely true. You should see the pool at night. The units themselves are beyond beautiful. The ceilings are high and the spaces feel so open, clean, and luxurious. Like a high rise downtown without the high rise price tag. We hit one snag after we unpacked. Our situation was so crazy and so unique, there was no protocol, and every single person involved was scratching their heads. We didn’t just get fixed… Laura in the office went above and beyond and did everything she could do for us to ensure we felt fully taken care of. Delivering that 5-star experience truly is priority one, and it doesn’t stop at the office. We are HOME.

Police are on the property a lot. Dog poop ALL over the grounds and sidewalks. The landscaping looks awful from the dead grass/flowers. Walk the property! Packages stolen, including from the mailroom. Dogs are left on balconies for hours at a time unattended barking for owners to let them in. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool.

As I explained we ask our law enforcement to patrol the community and we have multiple law enforcement officers that are residents. We welcome their presence on site. It is the end of season for some shrubs, I will be happy to relay to our landscaping team as they are on site weekly conducting quality control inspections. Please let me know specifically about packages as the mailroom is under video surveillance and everyone who enters the room has to use a PIN. We have added additional seating this season to the pool area. We understand we have not met your expectations and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We wish there was more outdoor activities within the community such as biking (with bike racks in parking lots), basketball, tennis or trails with obstacles. We love the wide stair cases especially when moving big furniture up to the 3rd floor.

Beautiful complex and beautiful grounds. The area is newly developing but with the Publix shopping center right down the road, this is a beautiful and quiet choice for Station Camp schools.
