Easy move in with no problems! Everyone we have encountered has been super welcoming. Love this place!! So many great amenities as well in the best area.
Everything has been perfect! My only concern is the speeding on Provine and through the parking lots. Would like to see crosswalks and speed bumps added.

We have enjoyed our first 6 months at Statler. They are constantly having events at the office building for residents to meet people. Also the trash pickup service is useful and worth the fees. The location is convenient and we haven't had any issues at all!

So far it's nice and quiet with little outside noise. This is my first ever apartment and the only complaint i have is the door lock. I love the idea of the keyless entry however trying to carry things up and get the door unlocked has been a nightmare as well as trying to lock it behind me. Maybe I'm just too weak!

I truly enjoy my time here! In April I will have been here for a year and very pleased with my welcome here. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly anytime we cross paths, which is daily! I really have nothing to complain about! I couldn’t ask for better amenities and those here that know me, know that I take advantage of them for sure! Pretty sure I’m in the clubhouse getting hot chocolate or in the gym or walking around the community more than I’m in my home! I don’t know many in other parts of the community but my building is Amazing! I know most of my neighbors and everyone near me is extremely friendly and we look out for each other! I will continue my stay here:)

Wifi and cellular phone reception is bad here. If you work from home, it is not a very ideal situation. Everything else about the complex is amazing. Friendly staff. Clean and safe area. Grocery stores are not far. Overall an amazing place to live

Statler is great neighborhood out in Gallatin Tennessee. The staffing here is amazing, everyone in Gallatin are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. It’s very quiet and peaceful so It’s a great area to raise your family with a school right across the street! Everything is accessible, grocery store and coffee shop 5 mins away, gas station right in front!

Everything has been perfect so far with no issues at all. I would suggest putting speed bumps in the parking lots as kids are playing in the parking lot and cars are going much faster than they should be.

After living here for about 6 months we are not planning on renewing our lease. We were woken up at 8:00 this morning(Sunday) by the landscapers mowing, etc. The valet trash company used to come around 10:30 at night but here lately I have been woken up between 4:00-4:30AM by his extremely loud truck! Kids screaming as loud as they can in the breeze way. Always finding remnants from food outside my door, i.e. orange peels, sunflower seed shells. If you like pease and quite I would NOT recommend these apartments.

I am liking it so far. I do not like that the complex does not have its own electrical outlets. I would have appreciated a heads up that while the breezeways were being worked on for two days and the second day while hanging up my wreath on the patio door I realized there was equipment plugged into my outlet on my patio…..which is my electricity that was being used. I think it was poor building/planning for a complex to not have its own electrical source for maintenance.

So far it has been an overall good experience. I do wish the people living above us had carpet on their floors bc it is very loud. The area is pretty and I love that there are sidewalks. But I can’t believe so many people don’t pick up after their dog. That’s really disappointing and gross. The actual apartment is just what we wanted tho. Leasing staff never responds to emails. But the Maintenance staff is the nicest I’ve ever seen at an apartment! They respond and take care of your issues fast.

Beautiful, large, spacious townhomes with a garage. Located close to highway 386, so the location is super convenient. The staff is very kind and attentive. All in all a great place to live!

I love it. Best move ever. Kind of a resort atmosphere . The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful . The outdoor area is beautiful. The grill area is awesome and my dogs love the huge dog park they have to run in.

I do wish the process was a little easier as my husband was there and I was not. Some of the websites were not as friendly as they could have been. But the staff was amazing and very helpful throughout the process and the apartment is beautiful.

Office staff are wonderful. Maintenance staff are attentive, grounds look wonderful always kept clean. We love living here! Any request we put it is taken care of in a timely manner.
