Reynolds Corner is a suburban neighborhood consisting of cozy residential areas paired with convenient amenities that are all less than 10 miles west of Downtown Toledo. Reynolds Corner is affordable when compared to surrounding areas, and renters have their choice of apartments and townhouses as well as a few single-family homes. Travel along Highway 20, the neighborhood’s main road, to get to restaurants, stores, hotels, and other businesses. Head to the town’s southern border to get to Swan Creek Preserve Metropark for hiking and other outdoor activities. The Interstate 475 and Highway 2 junction is situated just outside of the neighborhood, making travel in all directions accessible and providing the area with an abundance of malls and plazas.

Been without air for 4 days. Maintebabce makes up rabdom "policy" not given or agreed upon in lease. So they too lazy to fix appliances that tend to break on the daily. Apparently all repairs need a specialist and on site maintenance doesnt know squat.

I lived at Steeple Chase for about a year the worst decision ever I should have caught the red flags when I was moving in management was very very unprofessional rude didn’t answer the phone or return my calls they harass people at the pool they tell your personal business to anyone The apartments are not updated for the high cost consistently Had leaks which causes nets to fly around my apt consistently I couldn’t wait to move out of that place best decision ever management should definitely be fired……really looked forward to staying there a while but it was not what I thought it was if I could I’ll give it a -5 stars
I really enjoyed the apartment itself and the pool but the management is just not good. They definitely did me wrong making it near impossible for me to find a new places and never answer the phone. The maintenance left me about the last month and a half with no working washer. For a large portion of living here they refused to answer the phone or be in office but they hired a new person so that helped because no one was ever in office. There were times I was told to call or come by at specific times and they would not answer or be rude as if I have no reason to speak with them as if helping the tenants isn’t apart of their job. I genuinely wish I would’ve just stayed were I was at before this. One of the worst experiences I’ve had ever and I will continue to tell people not to live here until Morgan properties stop managing this place.

I’ve lived at Steeple Chase apartments for almost 4 years with no issues. Since Morgan Communities took over, things became problematic and unprofessional. The prices were raised for no reason, and no changes were made to the apartments at all. The maintenance is low quality. I spoke to the manager more than once about renewing my lease and asked for information regarding the new lease to help me decide wether I’d be staying or leaving and I’ve received minimal assistance. I had to cancel my summer vacation because I was unaware of the possible changes such as the prices being affordable or not. Every single time I’ve asked the office for information, they do not have an answer and are expecting me to decide within 30 days prior to my lease renewal on wether I should move or not. Looking for a place within 30 days is nearly impossible. Last year I had 90 days to decide not 30. They told me to go month to month on a lease until I can find a place or decided to renew my lease, which is an extra $200 on top of the current one. This apartment community use to be my favorite place to live, but now I personally don’t recommend anyone living here.

We had a beautiful baby boy and needed a lot more room than we had. Steeplechase apartments are spacious, clean, and in a great area. In my opinion these are the best apartments in Toledo!
