Property Ratings at Advenir at Adams Farm
Good area, good looking apartment from a distance, pleasant office staff…..Some of the worse maintenance resolution I ever seen. Without a long story if you move in a never have any major maintenance issues you should be fine, but if you do may lord help you. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK
I moved in a month ago and have not had HOT WATER!!! I have numerous things wrong with my apartment and I’ve spoken with these regards to everyone from leasing agent to manager and they have yet to be resolved. I keep getting the run around. I am currently trying to reach out to their emergency maintenance because now my bathtub is running and won’t stop. But you guessed it nobody is answering. I would move anywhere else for the price you would pay here for “luxury”. Please go somewhere else!!!!!
We stayed at this property for three years and under two different management groups. Originally, it was Steeplechase. The units themselves are clean, modern-ish, and the property is in a great location. The leasing staff and staff in the office are also excellent. However, there was a noticeable dropoff in quality and decision-making when the new management took over. My two main qualms - my car was towed out of the parking lot without warning even though I was a resident, and when you leave, they make paying the early termination fee incredibly difficult. As far as the towing, the main office staff was incredibly apologetic and assured me they would go up the chain to get the issue corrected. However, once the "higher-ups" got involved, nothing was done and I was forced to pay $400 to get my own car back that was towed from in front of my home with no help from the complex. When we finally did move away, we tried to pay the early termination fee before we left, but we were told "oh, just wait until it comes in the mail." Well that would have been great, except it never came and we were sent straight to collections. When we tried to get in touch with someone at the office, four times they took our name and number and said "someone will call you back" and nobody ever did. As a final note, they said they would forward our mail and never did. When I went to the post office and requested mail forwarding three months after we moved, I received a bunch of old mail that we should have received months earlier. tl;dr - main office staff is nice, they may tow your car randomly from in front of your apartment, you have to hound them to pay the fees if you leave early (otherwise they send you straight to collections without notice), and they will not forward your mail when you leave.

We have lived at Steeplechase for almost 3 years. Our living experience has been wonderful. Beautiful campus. The fall has been so colorful. We feel privileged to be living here. We have met a lot of friendly residents on our daily walks. My wife and I have no issues with security. We feel safe inside or outside of our apartment. The office staff are always respectful and helpful. Our concerns and needs are a ALWAYS met with a caring and professional way. We are so thankful for the maintenance staff. I think they are the BEST. We would recommend everyone to come be a part of the Steeplechase family. You will be glad you did.
We love living at Steeplechase the neighborhood is great so close to trails and easy access to stores. The office staff and maintenance crew are fantastic and always respond quickly to all our needs.

Absolutely amazing staff. They were right there to help me with anything that I needed as I moved in day of applying. I have had no issues with any of the staff members and I am happy to say that I live here at Steeplechase.
During these unprecedented times ( COVID 19 ) the staff at Steeplechase remains very professional and helpful .

We have been residents for at least ten (10) years, and are extremely satisfied with the upkeep of our home, and the grounds are maintained extremely well.
I love the floor/layout of my one bedroom apartment! The leasing staff is very easy to work with and they are extremely timely in their responses to my questions/concerns. Would highly recommend!!
Water standing on back porch. Found a leak in water heater in apartment above ours. Was fixed shortly. We enjoy having our questions and concerns dealt with so quickly.
Been at sleepchase 4 7 maintenance department always done a great job.
Nice place to live temporarily. The person who convinced me to stay is no longer here, but I appreciate the other helpful staff. It has been fairly quiet and calm with no problems. I honestly do not like that there is no rent control given working people dont get raises aligned with rental increases. The property is clean and maintained pretty well.
Best apartment complex in Greensboro, NC to live, if you're responsible.

Steeplechase Apartments is a really wonderful community located ialong a quite roadway near Jamestown/High Point. The landscaping is top notch and kept beautiful. Staff and maintenance are extremely courteous and attentive. The unit sizes are exceptional in square feet and ceiling height. The amenities are wonderful, and the cost is extremely reasonable.
I love everything about living at Steeplechase. My home and the available amenities are beautiful. I live so close to everything. And the employees know me by name. I feel welcomed and cared for at Steeplechase.
Steeplechase has been one of the best lifetime choices I've made. Having a home where you feel safe, comfortable, and proud is at the top of anyone's listing. Great location, landscape, buildings, maintenance and office staff, and neighbors make this a winner.

Steeplechase is an excellent place to live. It's great for professionals, retirees, great for raising your children. Its central location is convenient to doctors, retails, interstates, and more. Steeplechase has the best facility for activities, the ground well maintained, great management, around the clock security, spacious apartment structure, safety during mornings walks. You will just love it! Steeplechase offers comfort in an upscale environment.

I enjoy the amenities of this apartment complex which are 2 swimming pools, fitness center, laundry and business center. We also engage in other community events such as National Night Out, Food Drives and Cancer Awareness.

I have had the very best experience here at Steeplechase. The staff makes you feel like family! It can't get no better than that! I would highly recommend anyone to come and experience the love here!

I went to a competitor and was told that I couldn’t see an apartment bc I didn’t have an appointment, the apartments listed on their website weren’t avail (“they were rented out”-over night). Any way I walked into the office at Steeplechase and was very pleasantly greeted by Eric who was very gracious and informative in the property as well as during my tour going above and beyond in anticipating what info. I would need and providing answers to them. I decided to go with the property and have been very impressed with how hands on he has been and in-tune to the small details. I even called back a couple times to ask about additional items and he took his time, was very helpful and very pleasant! Thank you Eric!! Can’t wait to move in!!

It was like a sigh of relief compared to the apartments that I was living in. When I came in and met the apartment representative who showed me around the apartment community and gave me information about the apartments. The apartments make me feel at peace and it just felt like home

I love this community. February 2020 will make it 3 years for me living here. It's conveniently located within 5 miles of Wendover shopping. The apartments are spacious and mine in particular was newly renovated. I absolutely LOVE the full length closet mirror, its one of my favorite parts of the apartment. I also love having a balcony. All in all this complex is amazing and the staff is really nice as well.

The office staff is friendly, personable, timely, and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. The grounds are kept pristine. The apartment has amenities I would anticipate to find in a higher end complex. The neighbors help each other and are friendly. And, its quiet in the unit we live in which I love.
Steeplechase has a high level maintenance staff, professional office staff, and is in a great location. Being here for 5 years, I would say that Steeplechase has the highest quality of living for anyone with a sense of prominent and safe living environment. This is a gated apartment setting, with access to laundry room, exercise room, and more. The apartments varies in sizes according to individuals or family's needs. The grounds are very inviting with a well kept landscape and cleanness. The security is a bonus and the quietness, very respectful neighborhood.
I recently moved to Steeplechase one month ago. Thus far, I am enjoying the landscape, trees and the peacefulness in the evening. Also the fact that it is a gated community. The office staff are very informative and friendly, including maintenance . My apartment has a great layout compared to other apartments I have lived in. Just one negative comment regarding tenants with dogs, some do not pick up after their pets. Its unfortunate that some tenants do not pick up after their pet even when there are doggie bag stations feet away. Thank you
