Pros - The building is good for the money. Didnt use the amenities like pools but they look decent. The maintenance actually will do the job most of the time. Cons- It can get pretty loud from neighbors, dog fecals(which im sure every apartment complex has this issue), very rude management personalities which breaks it for me. The inside of the apartment can either get very cool or hot regardless of outside temp. I dont know if this is a con or pro for you.

This is a great property with excellent staff in the office. I have lived here for the last year and never had no problems with the property. maintenance has always been quick to repair any problems I had. LaDonna And Angie have been nothing but professional and nice to me every time I need help or have a question. I would recommend Angie to help you with anything you need. she has been nothing but wonderful. People like LaDonna and Angie really make this property a home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

If I could have did no stars I would have , these apartments are horrible & I’m ready to leave. There ROACH infested , there’s always problems with the water , I had a leak in my bathroom I called the office they sent someone out but all they did was paint the spot where the water damage my wall , it leaked again I contacted the office again & they did nothing now there’s mildew. Not to mention the refrigerator I have is very old & is leaking bad. The parking spot are horrible! Bad customer service to. I’m just ready to leave at this point.
These apartments are cheaper than the surrounding apartments but the advantage stops there. 1) My motorcycle was stolen out of parking lot last week. I now choose to park my new bike at work in an industrial part of town where I feel it's safer. 2) Maintenance people work constantly to keep trash picked up, i.e, broken beer bottles, wrappers, disassembled bike parts, general trash. 3)It is gated but the gate is usually left open overnight. Even if it was shut everyone must know the code since non-resident traffic is frequent and in-and-out. 4)Maintenance requests are via the website are generally useless. Either call or fix it yourself. Including spraying for roaches. 5)If you are limited financially and must move here request to be away from the pavillion/work out center since hoards of unsupervised children tend to hang out here late into the evening and can be very loud. Things get broken. FYI - if you want to be released from your lease it will cost you near 3 months rent.
I moved here expecting for it to be quiet and all that. It was not there were loud teenagers that moved in and threw late loud parties. There was nothing that the office did no matter the call. The parking is really bad you pay for a spot in a gated community but end up parking on the street out in the open. This was just the outside the inside was the worst roach infestation that i have ever seen . I personally bombed the apartment about 5 times and asked for the bug guy to come and it seemed like he never did. They say that the upgrades are new but after having 2 water breaks i know that its just the fans and lights that get updated. After moving out there was another hassle trying to get them off my rental history i paid anything that was owed and they did not have anyone that was able to do the job to make it go away. DO not move here save your money for a better place !
my stay in the steeple way downs is only a month and a half and I am discovering the best things that I have seen here in the US in my year and a half old experience. The building and design is as good as any other building in west road and the steeple slew dr. but the hospitality of the leasing office management and maintenance is exceptional.... to me living in steeple way downs is actually like living in a five stat hotel with excellent neighbors and wonderful management!
I like my small apartment,even tho I don,t have a washer and dryer plug in..but the laundry mat is directly across from me.the staff are friendly when I do have questions relating to my apartment..hopefully when my 1 year lease is up ,they won,t up my monthy rent..

I've recently moved here about a month and half ago and I love it. The property is quiet and there has been new renovations done throughout the apartment. A little small but great price!
it is a ok place to live they say they are going to do renovation but havent done anything it is not worth staying here for what they charge always have water problems
