Property Ratings at Stella at Riverstone
My experience as a resident has been very smooth. The staff was very thorough in explaining everything, and the environment is great. However, one thing that wasn't mentioned during the move-in process is that the sensor for the apartment's main gate requires the car to be quite close for it to activate. I would recommend adding this detail to the move-in instructions for future residents to avoid any confusion.
Saundra was awesome as always and helped with taking my request. The maintenance guy was excellent too. Did not see him in person, but he did a great job. Cheers, Trilo Love Stella by Riverstone

Great community, safe, secure, nice ammenities including gym and swimming pool area. And also bocce ball, ping pong table and barbecue area which is well maintained. One of the young lady staff is very rude and not at all professional or humble.

The complex is well maintained, staff are friendly and the amenities are well maintained. My only complaint is I wish I had a first floor unit but the apartments are well maintained. The maintenance staff addressed issues promptly.

Peaceful, relaxing, and luxury living. This complex is by far the best in Riverstone, Sugar Land. It feels like an everyday vacation. Excellent amenities around such a “resort-like” pool and thoroughly equipped gym! Management is very responsive to concerns and work orders!

The place is great, but I recommend more cleaning in the community areas of the apartments like the hallways and stairways, when the trash service take out the trash leave garbage on the floor.

I moved to 10X Stella at Riverstone as a temporary stay to get my affairs in order. I compared my experience in this community to other communities and decided to extend my lease. I am an educator and I drive a long distance to work, but I have found that in addition to other personal reasons, living in this community is worth the drive.

Just a Beautiful area! The staff is wonderful. Dog friendly! The pool is Miami-looking. However, the leasing agent didn't review the documents before presenting them. In all the experience is great so far. The manager treated us with the most beautiful and warming welcome.

Lack of care. Tenants and management seem to not care much, most of the landscaping is dead, or has never been planted. Common areas need repair and are often littered and left in disrepair by tenants.

They need some guidance. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The courtesy officer is non existent until they are leaving a notice in yoir door during non quiet hours to respect quiet hours. The people living here are rude. The community isn’t very welcoming.

So far I lived for over two years. I love the area. Sometimes I have left my laptop and sometimes my wallet in my car sometimes unlocked, and no problem. My two years living is been peaceful and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone I see a lot of professional people like myself. It's been great.

Some residents have pit bulls which the owners have stated are not friendly to other people or animals Not only is this a violation of the authorized pets at Stella, it is unsafe for other residents and their pets. There is regularly overflowing trash at the dumpsters because residents are too lazy to put the trash in the dumpsters. Multiple notices have gone out informing residents to clear unauthorized equipment and items from their balconies but these same balconies remain in violation with dilapidated bikes and open grills and firepits on them creating unsafe and unsightly conditions.

Stella at Riverstone is a great place to live. The neighborhood is lovely and the units are attractive and well-appointed. The staff is very professional and, most importantly, they treat tenants like people. Ross and his staff are do a great job.
