Property Ratings at Stella at Towngate
This place is not what's advertised its awful the rent is 5 star price but what you get is 0 stars buildings need work dog poop uncontrolled cat infestation weed as a fragrance mailboxes broken and not cared for management petty and unprofessional...I would suggest you look elsewhere
Don’t bother applying, their prices anywhere online aren’t what they seem to be. Just got a call that their prices went up and for the area that it’s in, not worth it.
I moved in about a month ago and I really wish I was informed of all the problems before cause I never would have moved in. First of all. THERE ARE ROACHES. I lived in hemet and never seen a roach until I moved here. There is no guest parking. Guest have to park in shopping center across the street. My bfs car got broken into and they stole her car parts. I have to pay double the rent to break the least and I will get $0 of my deposit back. Even if I stay the 12 month lease I won’t get my deposit back. The only way I’ll get my deposit back is if I stay 25 months.
Property looked beautiful, staff was super polite and very helpful, I can’t wait to move into my new apartment!

This apartment complex is as close to perfect as you will find. Spacious and quiet, the one bedroom unit I currently rent is more than accommodating enough for my small family. The circular floor plan allows for the already spacious unit to feel even more spacious. As with any other apartment complex in Riverside county, the complex does not pay for any utilities, however there are a lot of features in the unit to keep the costs down, such as ceiling fans and low flow water. This complex is pet friendly with a two pet maximum, a great commodity in this area. The complex even offers a dog park within the grounds. Service for any problems within the unit was also taken care of as quickly as possible. The staff in the leasing office were also very friendly and attentive to our needs, both when we moved in and during our lease. The gym,pool, and grounds are always kept pristine clean. Parking is not a hassle, with plenty of guest parking and garages available for rent. Overall, this is a safe, quiet environment with plenty to offer without costing a pretty penny.
First off I would like to thank Serena for being very kind and helpful. The ameneties are great with a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, great gym, playground, and nice areas to bbq. The neighborhood is very quiet, everyone is nice, and maintenance always responds as soon as possible. I personally do not have any complaints.
