I have lived living here more than any other placed I've stayed. Administration is so kind and readily available to assist, the property is kept up so well and they offer so many amenities.

The amenities don’t work properly or are “unavailable” a large portion of the time. Appliances within apartment are of poor quality. Issues were reported at move-in and followed up with in person a week later. We were told to wait as they had an increase in work orders at the time. Long story short, the issues were not addressed until months later and it was our fault for supposedly not following up. DO NOT take their word via phone call or in person communication. Learn from us- get everything in writing. They will tell you one thing in person/via phone then screw you over and when you confront things and point out their unprofessionalism, they will say “I apologize if you think it’s unprofessional because it’s not working in your favor”. Overall, my worst experience with an apartment complex and their staff.

I love the property and the people here! The residents are amazing, and so are the furry babies. The amenities are amazing, and the trail around the pond is great. I love the swimming pool, and the gas fire pit.
We moved here in September 2019. The apartments are amazing and have great appliances, wonderful open floor plan and amazing community! We feel safe and everyone here is friendly for the most part. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. Only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because I wish the insulation for the apartments far as noise. We live in apartment B and it's alot of children (under age 10) who play outside unsupervised. They write on the buildings, leave trash by our apartment door and hallways, leave their bikes in the hallway and outside for unattended. We had to tell them to stop playing in the hallways because it's connected to our bedroom so we hear when they start smashing themselves against the wall. We have made a complaint to the office about this but honestly parents need to step up and supervise their own children. The office shouldn't have to do this. We will most likely try to stay for one more year before moving into a house.
The apartments are nice, the complex is well maintained and the facilities are beautiful. Honestly what really makes this apartment stand out is the staff. Heath and Courtney go above and beyond to build an atmosphere that is welcoming and friendly. My husband and I enjoy living here but the biggest reason is that they have such great people working here.
This complex is clean, inviting, and has the best amenities! I love the pool, hammocks throughout the property, outdoor tv, fireplace, grills, etc. Excellent location, close to great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This has been my favorite community I've ever lived before. I have been here for a few years and have really enjoyed it. The pool is huge and awesome on the weekends for grilling and relaxing. I highly recommend.

This community has all the extras you could ask for,modern club house with gym and game room,along with a large sitting room with wide screen TV and kitchen for your 24/7 use.The grounds are landscaped and very well maintained, like a country club,all within minutes of shopping and beaches.
Everyone has a choice for where and how they live. After my divorce, I needed to find a place to call home for myself and my 2 children. I never considered living in an apartment before until last January when I started seeing Stephens Pointe being developed. I wanted to see what it was all about. So, one day I walked in to the office and was greeted with a kind smile and a warm welcome. I was taken on a tour and felt that living here would be a perfect fit. I never expected to sign a lease on that very day, as I was just walking in to get info. I couldn't turn it down. The amount for rent was in my budget, the amenities are top notch, they are pet friendly and mean it which is so important to many. I've lived here for 6 months now. We have a great community, the grounds are kept clean and landscaping is beautiful, the property managers are very helpful and the maintenance staff is exceptional. It truly is like having family here and I feel safe. So often we drive into our garages, stay in our homes and never socialize with our neighbors these days. It's different here. We gather at the pool, have book club, special events for holidays and always thinking about ways to bring families together. I would recommend where I live to anyone!
Maintenance is fast, amenities are great and the events are appropriate for all ages. This is a great neighborhood & community that is extremely pet friendly. The property is well maintained and clean.
The apartment is great and has good clientele! the amenities are nice as well and we can get free cookies everyday with coffee!
We moved in here in April. It is brand new and extremely well kept. Has grass all over (which is this sandy location ) with sprinkler system. A salt water pool, with an extensive cooking area, and casual watching of a very large screen TV. Very pet friendly. Has a pet park facility and a playground for the young kids. The office staff is fantastic and every request gets prompt response. I have lived in a number of apartments in my lifetime, but never any that were nicer that this one in all respects.
Stephens Pointe Apartment Homes are absolutely beautiful. My husband and I wanted to move to a luxury apartment but in our price range. Stephens Pointe offers both plus more! We have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, huge washer dryer room, huge bathroom, gorgeous resort style pool, 24 hr access to the club house with computers, printer, high end gym equipment, gas grills ALL OVER the complex, hammocks everywhere, car wash, dog spa, I mean the list goes on! Did I mention a FREE Starbucks coffee grinder and brewer in the clubhouse?! Daily coffee ?? yay! We LOVE our apartment community and highly recommend it to anyone!
