The sunny and tree-filled city of Davis is probably most famous for being a college town -- this is, of course, the location of the University of California, Davis. This artistic city is filled with public art and murals -- it is also filled with bicycles. It’s fantastic here
Sterling 5th has many things to like about it. For me it’s the amount of room space available, the personal bathrooms, the gym and the pool. They also hold a lot of events every month, and even though I don’t attend them all, it’s nice to know they have a great sense of community. The staff is very nice and welcoming. It seems like you’re really able to talk to them whenever. Lastly, I really like that they have a dedicated secure room where I can leave my bike locked up at any time.

Lived here 2 years and loved it!!
I have lived here for the past two years and throughout the transition out of COVID protocol they have been amazing! They have started planning so many events so you can meet people in the community and have fun prizes! They are always good about coming within two days when you put in work orders and when there is a real issue they are always willing to listen and work it out.

terrible soundproofing
do not live in this apartment if you care about quiet space.this apartment’s wall barely block sound. I can even hear my roommate’s normal voice talking. Remember that the wall in your room is useless

Great Staff, Beautiful Plave
The amenities and the building itself are wonderful, but the staff here is great too. I have felt really taken care of here, especially by the leasing manager Olivia who has gone above and beyond to make sure that I felt at home as I transitioned into my new space at Sterling. Definitely reccommend!

Dedicated staff and comfortable living
I love living here. It’s my first year away from home and living here has been nothing but relaxing. It’s always a place I love coming home to after a long day of studying. S5thSt lays in East Davis, and is close to Downtown and campus. The amenities beautiful and modern. You’ll feel like you’re living in a hotel.

AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE
When I was inquiring about living at sterling fifth street in November 2020, I encountered an enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful staff. I would usually speak with Linh and Damon. At the time I was not able to move in for personal reasons. It was until August 2020 that I moved in that I got to fully experience all that Sterling has to offer. Some of the things that I really appreciate are 1. Friendly staff: staff are so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. It also helps that most of them are students or were once students, hence they are also more relatable to. 2. Management staff: the management staff is phenomenal. Raul and Gerardo are great at what they do! They usually fix maintenance problems within 24-48 hours (which is super impressive). At my old place it would take forever to get something fixed. 3. The amenities: the amenities are very modern and amazing. I think that the facility is also very clean and well kept. I especially enjoy the various study rooms around the apartment buildings and at the clubhouse! The pool is also super nice! 4. Safety: the complex is gated and only residents have keys that allow access to buildings. Moreover you need your key to enter the building from the garage, which is also gated and closed off. 5. COVID-19 Safety measures: everyone from the staff is super keen on following all current COVID-19 protocols and guidelines. Moreover there are lots of signs around the facility reminding folks of the guidelines. Overall sterling fifth is an amazing complex. It is often very rare to find a complex that is modern and that has a phenomenal staff. I would highly recommend living at sterling fifth street, especially for UCD Students.

Best apartments in Davis
I really like living here. Everything is so organized. The leasing professionals are very helpful and responsive. The place is relatively new, and facilities are amazing. I love going to the gym here. They have a very nice study room too. You’ll love it here.

Apartment is worth it!
The front office always responds and calls back quickly to any questions you send them and they are all super kind. The apartment was in perfect condition when moving in. The furniture already in the apartment made the move a lot easier and was in a very clean condition. It might be a little more expensive than other places but the convenience and quality can’t be topped especially it’s also a short drive from the university.

Awesome Facility!
Not only are the units very clean and new, but the entire staff is also friendly, engaged, and are vested in making you feel at home away while away from home. Shout out to Olivia! The facility is very nice and conveniently located minutes from campus. This is a "must-see" location.

Love this place!
Sterling is beautiful and the apartments are amazing. I love the modern aesthetic and luxury feel of the building. The amenities are top of the line and the managing staff is incredible. They were quick to answer all my questions and have been available every time I’ve needed it. I highly recommend Sterling for the community and upscale feel.

Amazing!! Must check out!!!!
I came in for a tour this week and it did not disappoint! I was in awe the whole tour because everything was so nice, modern, and spacious. All of the amenities were great! There was an amazing gym, pool, and apartment layout. The staff was super welcoming and responsive right when I walked in. I would really recommend stopping by if you are looking for a place to live in Davis!

Amazing amenities and great staff
The apartment complex is so lovely! The management is very helpful and I've enjoyed living here so far. I definitely wouldn't have had as good as an experience of being a first year at Davis in the midst of a pandemic without having this setting to help me through! It's a convenient location and includes great amenities. I am thankful for the staff here and I definitely recommend.

Best place ever!!!
This place is so clean and nice. I love the modern layout. The apartment comes fully furnished which is a huge plus! The staff is sooo nice and helpful, I cannot stress this enough. They really care about their residents! The amenities are great, their gym/pool is my favorite.
