Sterling Bay Apartments

My daughter lives here and can't wait till her lease is up. Every six months the rent goes up. Since she's been there she has had over 20 work orders on her AC. Leakes from the kitchen ceiling, water turned off every other week. She has missed countless days from work for maintenance issues to come fix things. And now a leak she reported Thursday and now its friday and they say they can't promise they will be able to fix it today which means it may wait till monday at least to get fixed as its leaking all on to the floor and ruined the floor. This place is not worth the price at all and they realy don't care about fixing anything . She dose have videos and pictures of all the issues she has endured and copies of all the phone calls. Please stay away.

I have enjoyed living here! Pleasant staff and work orders are completed promptly.

The staff is very friendly and kind , rent is affordable, but it's just old apartment complex, I live in the first floor and there was a water leak from the roof | notified the maintance and they sent someone to fix it, they came in didn't do anything than the roof fall off and damaged my furniture luckily I was able to wake up before it fall on top of me, had to call maitance again and they fix it by putting a cardboard and it just started to leak again this happened on June 23th 2021 when I first notified , it's now June 29th 2021 and still waiting for it to be fixed.

The maintenance and office staff is friendly and quick to respond to issues. I have lived here for almost 5 years now and things have been great.

My new apartment is so cute! I love that I can park right in front of my door. Really nice place!

I just went and toured the property and just loved how clean it was. The large trees make it feel so home like. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to call Sterling Bay home.

Been living here for over 6 months!!! Getting ready to renew my lease for another 6 months. The process was easy and fast when I first applied. They also offer a Flex Plan which allows you to pay half your rent on the 1st & the other half on the 15th. No other apt complex in Baytown offers that. The Maintenance is awesome & very attentive when you put in work orders. The office staff is very friendly & welcoming. I would recommend living here at Sterling Bay Apartments!!!!

I’ve lived in different apartments for some time but sterling bay has been the best so far. The office staff is helpful when I need it and they work with you if they can. I love it here!

I really like living here, so I have decided to stay for another year. Anytime I need something fixed, it gets done quickly. Everyone has been really nice and I have only had good experiences.

Applied yesterday and was approved in 3 hours. The turnaround time blew my mind. Will post a review after I move in to share experiences

I've lived here for about 2 months now and I LOVE IT! The property is very quiet and my neighbors are wonderful (one neighbor has been living here for 15 years!). The office staff is very helpful and the flex-pay program they have has been very beneficial for me. I am referring my friends here because I'll get $150 off of my rent for every person I refer.

These apartments are great,very quiet and the maintenance men are very helpful and reply quickly.The office staff are very welcoming and professional over all a nice place for my family

Everything has been lovely since i moved in 3 months ago? My issues are fixed as soon as they can. Office staff is nice and the apartments look nice and clean everyday!

The flex pay option is a life saver because I get paid biweekly. I can not say one bad thing. I will definitely be renewing my lease, and referring a friend

Let me start off by saying that the office staff is super helpful and friendly. Maintenance is awesome! They get to work orders very quickly. The cherry on top is the flex pay option. Paying half of my rent on the 1st and 15th yes please! It makes budgeting so convenient. I highly recommend Sterling Bay.

If you don't mind dining with roaches this apartment is the place for you. The water runs dark brown from time to time. All they care about is collecting money for rent. They had ths nerve to call about paying money for maintenance issues after we left. Guess what your apartment run down, your carpet was not spotless when got it. I just was really patience woth you guys because we wanted something a really short term. Stay away from this apartment.

One star is far too generous. Roaches everywhere. Stray animals all over. Leery of going outside at night. Maintenance constantly coming in when you're not at home without work orders. Monthly bill is constantly different. Various by a couple hundred dollars per month. No respect from office staff. Condescending employees. Worst three years of my life in an apartment.

I just moved into this property with my four children, and we have had a wonderful experience! It is quiet and nice, well-maintained, and they respond right away to maintenance requests. You will love this property if you choose to move here.

Mgmt ok.. Maintenance excellent .. ROACHES ARE EVERYEHERE... Parking lot all jacked up.. Apts need leveling bad... During the holidays a couple of residents were robbed... From time to time cars are broken into. For the rest over here, a family can be happier and Safer living elsewhere .. These apts are not worth the rest .. 1bd 700.00 2 bd room 860. These ppl here must be on something.. No one will pay 860 for a 2 bdrm over here when the competition next door is SO MUCH CHEAPER... And had ALL NEW APPLIANCES .. I say PASS RIGHT BY STERLING BAY ABD STOP AT AN APT COMPLEX THAT WILL GIVE YOU A HOME ..

When I moved to Baytown when I was a little kid (93') Sterling Bay was the first apartments we moved into. I grew up living in Sterling Bay and it has always been quiet. Til' this day there is never a day where you have to feel scared or question anything when walking outside your apartment, day, noon or night.
