You can find Greeley just 49 miles from Denver, placing it an ideal range for those seeking a quick commute to the big city and a small-town environment. This former farming town is now on the rise and home to many large corporations and small businesses.
Greeley houses two colleges within its boundaries. The University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College are two major community achievements. The downtown area is an exciting part of town where locals and students enjoy grabbing a bite before attending a concert at the Union Colony Civic Center.
In addition to academia, the city touts gourmet restaurants, affordable apartments, as well as five craft breweries, including Crabtree and Broken Plow. Poudre River Trail is a 21-mile paved pathway suited for walking, biking, and even rollerblading if you’re into it. Residents appreciate the shopping opportunities at Greeley Mall, plus the city-wide festivals such as Greeley Stampede with its rodeos, carnival games, and food.

Lived here for one year. The apartments were nice and clean and the maintenance was fantastic. Management was friendly and easy to work with... I loved living here and would definitely recommend it.

I do not know why ANYONE would write the management is good OR that their open to working with you. They must have a company to write good reviews to keep their ratings up. It’s absolutely terrible living here. BUNCHES of hidden fees and no communication UNLESS their wanting more money from you. Had a leak for WEEKS and couldn’t get a response from anyone. Destroyed our couch due to water damage. Yeah they’ll be super nice until you sign a lease.

I recently lived here for a year and a half and due to my job, I had to relocate. With the relocation meant that I had to break my lease which I was very worried about. The ladies in the front office were so helpful during the entire process. Over the 18 months that I lived here, I had many interactions with the ladies in the office and the maintenance men. I can truly say that I never had a bad experience. The manager scheduled a couple different community gatherings that I really enjoyed. My apartment was very nice on the inside and any time I had an issue or needed something fixed the maintenance men would always attend to it quickly. I also used the gym quite frequently and it has all your basic equipment in there that you would need. During my time here, I did not experience any issues with my apartment or with my safety. I found that the my apartment was in a great location for me. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
Living here was the worst experience of my life, im grateful to be out of there and writing this review. (Which I left on every review website for this location) Pamela and Adam really are awful people and very unreasonable. They will threaten to evict you before even having a conversation, they are definitely more in favor of making money than making you comfortable. Go with a place that has the same practices as they advertise. Enjoy reaping the harvest you have sown with an average of 2 out of 5, Pamela and Adam.
Just want to say thank you to the staff at sterling heights for everything they do for me , i have lived here since 2012 and i have had a amazing stay here, when ever i have needed anything the staff has always been there for me thank you again to the staff.. Thank You Paul Taylor
The people in the office are great and friendly. The Apartment we call home now, is so nice and comfortable. We are so happy and satisfied with everything. Sincerley, Darrell and Rose Speer
My favorite apartment complex in Greeley! The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. The staff are wonderful people. They even put together little events for their residents. I had plenty terrible experiences since moving up to Greeley, but once I move into Sterling Heights I knew I was home. The staff are so kind they know not everybody can remember everything in the lease so they send out little reminders that keep our apartment environment inviting and friendly. My old apartments made me fear phone calls and emails but Sterling Heights staff have helped me no longer fear messages from apartment people because even if I did something wrong they remind me in the nicest way possible. We are all human here (minus our pets) and Sterling Heights community understands that. There is many great people to meet here. Great place for animal lovers and very kid friendly. I feel more safe in and around my apartment than I do on UNC's campus. As a tiny young woman feeling safe is one of my top priorities in choosing an apartment. Stop by, take a tour, and meet the staff. Maybe you might call Sterling Heights home too.
I have really enjoyed my time at Sterling Heights. We have a great apartment, the management is very helpful, its in a great area, and parking is never an issue. My favorite part is our kitchen, its gorgeous! The neighbors are all very friendly and I have never had a problem with any of them.
I had the worst impression of this place within the first 5 minutes of being in the property. Right off the bat the person showing us around started to trash talk other properties in the area. So unprofessional and that's all I could think about when she showed the model. The apartments look decent at a glance, but I will NOT be signing a lease with such rude and unprofessional people.
My fiancee and I came to look at an apartment with an appointment to sign our lease for a different placr already set up. Adam did our tour and we ended up cancelling and signing our lease that same day. The office staff is always friendly and helpful from the day we signed our lease. The maintenance staff is always ready and willing to help. The property is always very well maintained. A great place to live in Greeley.
I am very satisfied I plan to stay here for a very long time thanks for everything
This was my first apartment and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. The staff is helpful, personable, professional and makes you feel welcome. Located right down the street from University of Northern Colorado (you can bike to the campus its so close) and located near restaurants and grocery stores, this place is perfect for college students and families. Apartments have marble counter tops, a pool with places to barbecue, and the office staff will have fun activities often to make new friends. I highly recommend Sterling Heights for anyone who is looking for an apartment in Greeley,Co.
This is a great little apartment community to live in. I love all the amenities that this place has to offer including 2 pools, a workout room, business area with WIFI and free coffee every morning. Laundry is very convenient since there is at least one washer and one dryer for each building. The staff here is very friendly and has always taken care of everything I have needed or asked of them.
These apartments are great if you are a student looking to get away from the college part of town. It is located right down the street from the mall, theater, and Sam's Club (because that is what is important in life, right?) Just a hop, a skip, and a boatride to Highway 34 for east access to Loveland, Fort Collins and I-25. The fitness facility and pools are rather small, but the Centennial Pool is literally across the street and there is a 24 hour gym about 3 minutes away! Only complaints are that they get obnoxiously hot in the summer, and the A/C units really only cool the living area - the bedrooms don't get a lick of cold air. Maintenance can take a little bit of time to get done, but it isn't awful. Sometimes the office doesn't give you super adequate time before they turn off the entire building's water, so watch out for that. Other than those few things, I love my apartment at Sterling Heights!
The apartments are gorgeous and I love everything about my apartment. However, the management is TERRIBLE! I plan to move out solely based on how unaccommodating the management is. Do not live here if you want a quality management team.
The apartments are older but fully updated inside, and the outside looks gorgeous now with all the updating done. I like that the fitness center is open more hours now. I only wish I had a washer & dryer inside my apartment.
