Property Ratings at STERLING HEIGHTS
I was told there's a community room available at all times. This was a bald faced lie. We have access to community room ONLY when the on site manager is on site 8-5PM. You can rent it for $50. I'm already paying for it. I live in a studio apartment. No dishwasher, no in wall AC unit. The laundry room is next to a good portion of my wall. My whole apartment shakes and vibrates when washers run. It's like living in an earthquake. There's very little soundproofing. I can hear the people next door snoring at night. The elevator on my other wall, vibrates my kitchen appliances. If you like living with a lot of noise, you'll love it here.
Had my car towed on multiple occasions because the management refused to pay the tow company to just move the cars to the road and there were no warnings of the lot getting plowed! Multiple people are having the same issue as I am today and the management has been very rude about the matter . I do not recommend living here . A lot of breaking into cars and lots of noise at night from the neighbors. Already looking into a new apartment

Hello We are so sorry to hear your are not enjoying your time here. We do post snow removal notices at least 24 hours beforehand on all of our exterior doors, especially after the amount of snow we received on this particular snow fall. We also have a great software that will send out emails and text alerts notifying residents of the snow removal, please feel free to stop in at the office and we will help get you set up for these notifications. It is very rare that we do have to tow a vehicle from the parking lot as the parking stickers have been a big help in helping us locate who the owner is. Again we are sincerely sorry to hear that you are unhappy, and would like your help in resolve this matter.
Lots of people with dogs. Dead end road and farm close by. Great places to take long walks with dogs. Big apartments. Lots of space. Grea if you have pets. Fireplaces in apartments. Clean building. 9 months and still happy.

Sterling Heights is a beautiful apartment complex, 2 buildings. The team that works here to keep the property up, are so dedicated to the residents comfort. The maintenance man that they have has quite a bit of experience in everything and is 1 reason that I have been here almost 5 years now. I have never had a repair or problem that has gone unchecked or unfixed for more than a day, or sooner if need be. He always makes sure that the repair is done perfectly and that the tenant is happy with it. The apt community is in a nice private area which is wonderful for our pets also. I have never been in an apartment for more than 1 lease term until I moved in here. I feel safe and valued here. We have farmland surrounding us and wildlife to watch. There is a small playground that is maintained well for safety. Grills and tables are provided for tenants use. There are 3 heated garages that attached to the buildings and in MN that is important in the winter. The apartments offer a newer layout with a colored accent wall in the kitchen and an island for extra kitchen storage. The bathrooms are quite large with wonderful closet space. Most of the apartments have W/D and all have AC, cable ready. a fixed rate for electric and heat is paid, fireplaces, along with water and sewer and trash/recycling. We have an elevator in both buildings and 1 building has a huge community room with a full kitchen, fireplace, AC, couches, TV with Dish TV and free wireless internet tables and chairs. The other bldg has a workout room with TV and cable/dish. Family oriented Apartment homes. Security controlled entrances.
I'm renting a 2 bedroom, 1 bath for 3 months. Very spacious, very quiet neighborhood. They worked quickly with Cort to get it furnished and utilities hooked up. Excellent rural-feeling location but quick access to town. Less than 2 miles from beautiful Riverside Park on the Mississippi where there's a splash pad, playground, walking trails and Munsinger Gardens.
