Ever since I moved here at the end of August, 2024...I've been extremely happy! Property is so very quiet. Loves the Owls! Maintenance is always completed in a very good timely manner. Office staff and Maintenance guys are so very friendly! I can't wait until the pool and hot tub opens! Those will be my relaxations!

Move-in was incredibly easy! Staff have been very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and ready to go upon move-in. Noise level is minimal. Very happy with Stetson Ridge so far!

Besides the exceptional job performance of the maintenance team. Unfortunately it appears that once an entry-level leasing staff gets promoted or upgraded to an assistant management or even community management for that matter. One seems to no longer have time to speak with, or even meet with tenants. So the concerns of a tenant(s) is, or are then left to the newly hired leasing staff to handle, who in my personal opinion is in dire need of enhancement training in customer relations training. Having stated this, and twice experienced how the young and most recently hired leasing staff does not even greet tenant(s) with so much as a smile upon entering the office. I seriously believe this young leasing staff could learn a lot from Madison whom I've met back in 2023. Because it was the result of Madison's daily act of professionalism, and always greeting tenant(s) with welcoming smiles as they enter the management office, that convinced my wife and I to renew our lease contract for another year. This newest leasing staff whose name I believe is Regina, since having met her twice now. Could learn a thing or two about greetings tenants with a sincere smile and professional attributes when they enter into the office. In summary, my wife and I initially had high regards about this complex and management in general. However, now that we've had the chance to be tenants for now going on two years. I am growing more disappointed and dissatisfied.

I am very new to the community but I must say I had a great feeling the first time I walked into the office. The ladies in the office are so kind. The property is beautiful and it amazes me how quiet it is. The residents that I have run into seem very friendly. So far I am enjoying my time here very much.

The community is nice and well maintained. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The apartments are beautiful and come with ceiling fans and your own remote in each room. The master bedroom closet is huge. I’m so happy with my choice in moving here.

My experience hasn't been the best at all,it's been an ongoing battle with the loud noise from my neighbors with their dogs barking continuesly none stop,loud music, traffic in and out all hours throughout the night, their tv up to full blast, the beating and banging on my wall, fighting and arguments ongoing. ETC... The lack of respect that many neighbors have over here is unreal to the point that most of the times we don't even feel as we fit in living here. A lovely place turned out to be a complete nightmare with our neighbors and the destruction continues with only 3 months into my lease. We have a great deal of package thieves, broken car windows, speeding cars day in and day out, extremely loud music, police on property almost each weekend after office closes. The trust is gone after hearing from one leasing agent that's not with us anymore. It honestly doesn't feel like home or feel comfortable when you can't get the sleep your body is required to get. Security isn't so nice.

Apartments and grounds are well maintained. Amenities like pool and hot tub have been closed more times than desired this summer. Other than that, it is a nice apartment complex with reasonable pricing for the area.

My parents lived here about 5 years ago and they LOVED it! They convinced me to look into a place here for me and my son. I loved the layout and how spacious it is! So we got our own place here! My parents were right. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood. I now enjoy coming home to my apt! The office girls are great! The amenities are awesome! All around a great place to live!

I love it here. My kids can be pretty loud at times and we have yet to recive a complaint. The floors must be very sound proffed! The playground is a great place for my kids to let out some energy! Also we love the pool!

Brand new resident, i feel so welcomed and everything is so clean and nice!! Couldnt ask for a better move in experience! Theres even parks in and all around the complex for your dogs!

I have not met the community of stetson ridge but that can be considered a good thing. I haven't experienced any noise and the complex as a whole is taken care of beautifully.

Maintenance addressed and fixed my issues right away. Front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with my millions of questions. Enjoy that it's a smoking free community. Those are hard to find these days.

I love the calming feeling here. I feel safe outside with my child, everyone is friendly. The staff are really nice and understanding. Very helpful and respectful to all questions you have. I love they do events for everyone to keep them occupied and have fun. I lived here for few months no, complaints yet.

I love my apartment, it was very clean at move-in. Any issues I have had with repairs were quickly resolved. The management team has been very helpful and friendly

everything is great except for the parking situation…. the way thats set up is crazy annoying. Also the fact car ports and garages are THAT expensive….. pretty ridiculous. but otherwise overall pretty good apartments.

Very nice place to live and communication is great with the office. There is night security and an agility park for the dogs. A heated pool and nice grills to have a get together

Love it here I have no complaints the neighbors are nice and the apartments are beautiful, the gym and office are so convenient, security is here every night I feel very safe living here

It’s good here and nice at the Stetson ridge apartments with nice amenities and management and maintenance team and a grocery store, along Soopers, nearby.

So far everything is going great. The staff at the leasing office are great and very accommodating to anything we need in our apartment. If there is a repair that needs to be done they send the repairman right away which is incredible.
