Roaches and other bugs come in through doors and windows. A Shooting took place next door at another complex, too close for comfort, as I have seen the same people walk over to use the tennis court. Been at this location for two years and have never seen anyone out spraying for bugs. They will not call tenants to set up appointments to do so. You will have to contact the main office to schedule someone to spray for bugs. It should be a yearly thing offered without asking. It is not. Also, Be careful of the homeless living in the wooded area behind the trashcans, they pop out occasionally. (Be safe at night, no night officer patrolling)

This apartment complex is ok. I no longer live there but would not say to not move there. You will have to deal with EXTREMELY thin walls and ceilings. The people in the apartment above me made my living three pure hell, but it was partly due to how thin the ceilings are. I could hear them using the bathroom. And, on more than one occasion, we had a slithery visitor. It was often, but once is too many times. I felt as if management could have done more to assist with both the noise and the snakes. Again, it is not an awful place to live, but a bit costly for what you receive.

Do not move here.They will charge you like anything once you move out.I had cleaned my apartment so well n fine, even after that instead of sending my deposit, they have sent me a list of charges which i am not even responsible for.
My husband and I lived here for over a year and were very pleased. The place is well maintained, comfortable, and quiet. The location gives one easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, as well as downtown Augusta and the interstate. We enjoyed living there.
I lived here for 5+yrs. The office staff is extremely friendly and supportive. The maintenance crew is great. If I called in a maintenance request on my way to work, it was always completed when I returned home. I would say the majority of residents are medical students, they keep quiet and make good neighbors. Parking is not an issue. Pool and tennis courts are always clean; I never used the fitness room. This place is centrally located. It’s a quick 5 mile drive to downtown, 5 minute ride to Evans, 5 minute ride to mall and shopping plazas, and less than 1 mile ride to a decent selection of restaurants and some clean sports bars. If you are looking for a place with a unique floorplan and an abundance of sq footage, then this place is not for you. But if you are looking for an affordable place, average amount of sq ft, awesome office staff and maintenance crew, quiet and crime free neighbors, then this place is for you.
