Apartments are old...stove, fridge and HVAC all installed when the place was built. If you are allergic to dust you cannot stay here as the HVAC is so bad you will breathe it in all day. Kitchen is so tiny that you can forget about preparing anything other than frozen foods. Grounds could be nice but they dont do anything other than mow. No mulch, no tree trimming. Goose crap everywhere. I tried to take a walk by the joke of a filthy dog park (broken glass everywhere, deep holes dug by dogs and never filled in) and gazebo-theres no sidewalk so you have to walk on the grass - and a medium tree limb fell next to me - so they dont keep up on that either. no filtration on the ponds so they stay green and filled with trash and mosquitoes. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone when you call, emails go unanswered. Maintenance will fix emergencies only. Ive been waiting 6 months for some things to be fixed, weeks for others. With new construction places going up all around for the same price - i wont be renewing my lease!!

We have fulfilled our year less and yes, I was while 3 different companies owned it. Arlington does as of right now. But we had to deal qith mice and water bugs and spiders and nothing and I mean nothing was done about it. Not to even mention you cant walk out your apt with out stepping in dog or goose poop.

Hey y'all. I have been living in my current apartment for years. There was a buy out recently and it has been an amazing change!!! Holla!!! I am so proud to live here. Our manager pretty much rocks and it's a pleasure to speak with him with any issues that may arise. Which now that I've written that out, it seems as though I like having issues. Not the case. I mean that. I love the Enclave @ Grandview in Simpsonville, SC.
