Property Ratings at Stillwater Crossing
Management was great! Zane and Jaci are both super kind and knowledgeable. Maintenance would come within a timely manner. Property was well kept
Property managers don't care about anything but money. Way too overpriced for a non well-built apartment. Maintenance did nothing all winter and had tenants shoveling to get their car out of the parking lot. Would not recommend Stillwater Crossing.
Been waiting 4 months for my apartment. Now 1 day before move in I’m told they don’t have their papers from the city and I might not get to move in. I wouldn’t advise dealing with this property unless there’s no other options.
