Keoshia has been with me every step of the way! Not that everything has been perfect but shes made everything less stressful. Had it not been for her i would not have moved in.
Both the manager and assistant community manager were excellent. They helped me navigate my move in with ease. Both were extremely friendly and professional. Moving from Chicago they went above and beyond in their approach to get me into my new home secured in a timely manner.
Staff is a joke never responds to maintenance requests like to laugh in your face when you go to the office to address a concern because they never answer the phone. Don't live here they also have roaches.
The ponds, pools and community areas are filthy and yet they steadily increase your rent prices by hundreds of dollars.
When i first moved in quite a while ago the Maintenance and office staff were amazing. They really cared about the property and residents. Please,if your considering moving here do a drive through. Both the ponds fountains are broken and have been for about 5-6 months,so the water levels in the ponds drops alot,which leads to very bad smells and dying fish. Also alot of unregistered vehicles,broken down vehicles,out of date license plates and cars parked in no parking or handicapped spots without having handicapped parking tags,and nothing gets done, They occasionally will stick a "this vehicle must be moved, etc,by this date" but people just tear the stickers off,and nothing is done anyway. The dog 'park" is a small fenced in area with only one working fence,all sand,and falling apart dog obstacles. The playground is an old,contraption with 4 slides coming off of it. They had put in a nice corn hole/bbq area with lighting,but the kids playing in that area broke most of the lighting kicking balls or throwing sticks/rocks at them so they took them down. The best i can say about this palce is location wise its great close to food,movies and groceries, but until someone actually comes in and starts fixing things its just going to continue to decline. As for me,its time to move on once this lease is up, unless some repairs start being made. So many people complained about the ponds that they finally turned water on and filled them back up,but now water is off and guess what? ponds are drying up again.
Property has been steadily declining. Loud neighbors, dog poop everywhere, an empty pond, and empty gym. Be prepared for paper thin walls where you can hear every sound your neighbors make. If you live in a downstairs unit make sure to buy plenty of ear plugs!! Front office staff could care less and rarely responds. I will nicer a couple of years ago but gets worse by the day.
Very rude service, cannot believe the way do business very messy, disorganized, and to be honest quite a hassle There online application is a joke they needed to have me redo two times and still mess it up. #disappointed. Also they tell you credit doesn’t matter but it does just way for them to grab your app money.
The apartments are clean and well maintained! I love sitting by the pool and relaxing. The staff at the leasing office are always so helpful and the maintenance team is always super polite when anything happens!

I am very disappointed by the experience I received from the leasing agent Kayla. I was advised the application fee was not refundable but the administration is refundable if the application is denied. However the definitive word is ONLY IF DENIED. I also was mislead that the model 650 sq ft unit was like the unit I was applying for. After applying for the unit and being approved, I realized this unit did not have an enclosure around the patio area. This unit is facing the parking lot which means anything I would place outside would be seen and accessible to anyone. In spite of all this I attempted to keep a positive attitude. The final straw is when I asked about pricing for the larger unit and the leasing agent wanted me to choose a unit which I clearly advised I would do after the pricing for the larger unit. To add insult to injury each time I would correct the information we discussed due to the discrepancies, the leasing agent would send a return email advising if I would review our previous emails etc.... I called her after I got off work and advised her I was not interested in an argument and that she was being argumentative when I was looking for a place to live. The final straw was when I told her I was no longer interested and she emailed me and stated she was cancelling the application per my request. I wanted to rent the larger floor plan but I cancelled because she was disrespectful to me and I felt extremely pressured. Why would I want to rent somewhere in which I was handled in such as fashion? Seriously!!!??

After much searching in the palm harbor and tarpon springs area I found Stillwater and could not be more pleased. It is located right between belcher and 19 so you have everything in a close radius but its tucked away so its quiet and peaceful. The landscaping adds to the paradise and resort feel along with the fountains and hammocks over by the office. We stopped by the open house they had a few weeks back and got to see the new renovations and they look amazing! We are excited to see the new changes this new company brings.

This is my first apartment and I cannot be more pleased. The staff is very helpful, the amenities are amazing, and the location is great! So happy with the new renovations they're doing as well and excited to see the future of the community that the new company will bring.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Unfortunately I moved here 5 months ago and within that time frame my AC has gone out 4 times. Maintenance does not consider this an emergency and I have had to wait multiple days for it to get fixed. Also, they constantly have issues when trying to pay rent online. They care nothing about treating the tenants properly!! I wish I knew about this place prior to signing a lease.

I applied knowing ahead of time I’d be approved with the standard deposit! They did what they call a soft pull and called and let me know I came back approved with conditions! I was in shock as I’ve never had this happen nor ever had to pay a one months deposit. I called the credit burea and they advised me the only thing on the credit were a few medical bills. I called and spoke with Ashley whom was very rude and constant interrupting me. She said it’s their policy and they don’t check into the reason why, they just charge the larger deposit! I told her to cancel my application. I have since applied at another location where the same thing happened I was thrown into the “Conditions” category. The manager of the property looked into it as my credit and income were fine. Come to find out it’s a fraud alert on my credit that will throw you into the same category as someone with bad credit. She verified my identity and BAM approved for the standard $99 deposit. So because management at this property didn’t want to take the time to investigate the reason or even believe me they lost a potential tenant! do YOU really want to rent from a company who doesn’t care about their tenants? Beware
In the past 4 months, there have been cops all over this place. First, there were two neighbors that were feuding and a sheriff's deputy was called out. The neighbor refused to stop pointing what looked like a gun at the police officer and the guy's gf ended up getting shot. Then, the tenant behind me had a warrant out for her arrest on felony burglary. Sheriff's deputies were here all. the. time. trying to catch her here at home. The complex has done NOTHING about it. Also, people are ALWAYS outside smoking. The fresh air is always polluted by someone smoking outside. My biggest beef with them is their TERRIBLE maintenance. They have been in my apartment a number of times (mostly because they won't fix the real problem with my A/C) and at least 3 times they have left a HUGE mess for me to clean up. I've spoken with management each time and they literally DO NOT CARE. I received a call and called back but couldn't get in touch with the manager. I even stopped into the office and left a message and still NOTHING. I don't even know if I am even going to bother reporting my neighbor's loud and obnoxious music late at night, because they literally don't do anything about anything. DO NOT RENT AT STILLWATER PALMS.
This complex keeps raising rates. They had lovely ponds with ducks but apparently the ducks were in the way and they decided to roughly remove them. It was awful the way they went about it. It was heartless. My children stood there and watched as they chased and removed the ducks. They were heart broken. The ducks were a lovely addition. I would not recommend leasing from here. They don't care about their tenants or animals.
I have lived in ALOT of apartments, constantly going from one to another and this is the first place that i know I will be extending for another year. Here's what is important to me and Stillwater Palms meets all my needs. First off the place looks like a resort! Seriously, the pools are gorgeous and the hammocks are an amazing get away. Anytime my friends/family visit, they mention how pretty the place is. It's nice to say that i live here! Also the inside of my apartment is brand new! Second, the location is prime because it's only 15 minutes away from downtown Dunedin which is the best place to go for nice restaurants and coffee shops. Not to mention it's not even 10 minutes away from Honeymoon Island, my favorite beach! And third, everyone is so nice here from the neighbors to the office and maitenance staff. I highly reccomend living here!
My husband and I moved to FL from out of state about 6 months ago. The Stillwater staff made sure our move was inviting and went smoothly. Marcie was the agent who toured me and her personality and excitement for my move is part of the reason we were so happy to lease at Stillwater. I haven't had any major problems with the apartment and have enjoyed living here so far ! My neighbors are amazing we get a lot great and if we weren't looking for a home to buy we would absolutely renew here ! If you are looking for a new home I can assure you your experience with Stillwater staff and the community from beginning to end will be great (= !
I have had a great experience so far with Stillwater. I have lived here for 3 months and have had no issues at all. Happy to call this place my home ( and if you are a pool person you'll totally agree with me when you see it )its the most relaxing atmosphere.
I've only been living in Stillwater Palms for only a few months, but during my brief stay, I've been treated with the utmost respect, the grounds are gorgeous, especially near the main office. Some times I forgot where I am, it looks so beautiful. If I have any problems at all with my apartment; the maintenance team is available, and they are very quick to get the job done, in a professional and speedy manner. The apartment itself is wonderful, all new appliances, immaculate floors, dish washer, and a balcony. Marcy and the other front office staff are on their game each and every day, always smiling and eager to assist who ever walks through their doors. Overall, I'm really glad I chose Stillwater Palms, and hope to be living here for a long time. It doesn't hurt to have an awesome community as well. I've made a lot of friends already, and plan to make many more, and if you ask me, that sounds like a great place to be.
Under the new management the apartments are being completely renovated and are beyond amazing! The gym is high-quality and they are adding more amenities, along with apartment get togethers such as the Halloween event coming up. The staff is amazing, will help you with anything you need, There are two pools which are both beautiful, along with a gorgeous pond that has an outdoor entertainment over the pond by the pool area with grills to bbq. Other amenities include business center, tennis courts, laundry rooms, and they are adding even more!
I have to say that my experience at Stillwater Palms is GREAT! The fitness center is the best I have seen anywhere and the fountain next to the pool is relaxing and beautiful. The staff has been nothing but helpful getting my maintenance request done the same day. We love it here and would recommend this property to anyone looking in the Palm Harbor area.
New management seems more occupied with locking up existing extras like pools instead of maintenance and upkeep. Average wait time for repairs, not bad, but not good either.
Recently renovated fitness center is the best part. Recently taken over by new management and they are trying to improve the complex, this means they are sometimes overly critical, while also somehow still being completely vapid. Pools are kept nice, multiple laundry spots, and a decent amount of parking. Most of the Apartments are pretty rough, this may change with the new management. New management now spraying for bugs again, old management had stopped while awaiting sale or whatever was going on. Great location for north pinellas.
Disappointing for the amount of rent that has to be paid. Plus the square footage isn't any better than a sardine can!
