Property Ratings at Stirling Court
Moved in about a month ago. Have been calling the maintenance office daily. Micki is the leasing agent. Nice, until you lease the apartment. Then she's nowhere to be found. Apartments listed as luxury, they are anything but that! Leased a 1st floor upgraded model. Beware, They list upgraded but that only means new appliances and counter tops, OLD CABINETS! The 1st floor is like living in your mom's basement! Mold in the bedrooms so musty smell threw out the house, especially when it rains. Old bathrooms. Not renovated. Really old apartments. They just patch over the rust with paint. No assigned parking so when you come home from work, plan on parking far away from your apartment! Parking lot is full every night! Trash over flowing by the dumpsters. For how much your paying. This place is not worth it!

My husband and I have lived at Stirling Court Apartments for the past two years. We love living here. Micki and Scott are great. The neighbors are also very nice. It is in a great location. We are very close to great shopping areas, doctors, and restaurants.
I have lived 1 year in this Apt, and just renewed my lease another year! This apartment community is nice and well maintained. peaceful Apartment. It is close to Bank of America bank, Planet fitness, and couple of grocery shop. I truly recommend living here because the staff cares about you and makes it a home ! Scott is prompt with anything that needs fixed.
I'm living here for the past one and half years & i don't feel like relocating from this lovely apartment. Friendly neighborhood, Good management (Micki) and maintenance (Scott), Low monthly rent & Excellent appearance both interior and exterior are the best features of this apartment. I recommend this apartment for everyone. Wherever you are relocate to Stirling apartments and feel the difference.
I have lived here 3 years now, and just renewed my lease another year! This apartment community is very nice. Micki and Scott are very wonderful to you and help you with any needs you have. I truly recommend living here because the staff cares about you and makes it a home ! Scott is prompt with anything that needs fixed. It is close to all the major stores, and I feel safe here.
Great location great people. Whenever you need something they are great.
Stirling Court is a wonderful apartment to live. Its greatly located close to RT 38 and very near to Schools, banks, shopping complex and great choice of restaurants. The maintenance of the common areas are well planned and organized. The staffs are very helpful and humble. They immediately listen to your queries and act promptly. The apartment got a grill area with outdoor lawn, tennis court. I always recommend this to everyone who would like to spend their life in an affordable residential apartment, which I would like to call it as HOME :) .
Stirling Court features well-laid-out one-bedrooms, perfect for singles and couples. The property is quiet, and well maintained. It sits right next to 38 (you can’t hear traffic noise at all!), so it’s just a short drive to the attractions in the surrounding area. All of our interactions with Mickey, the property manager, have been pleasant. The maintenance crew are also friendly and respectful of our property, and our pet cat.
Stirling Court is the second Scully Co. residence we've lived in, and it far surpasses the first. All staff are friendly and quick to respond. When we had to rehome a cat as an emergency and didn't have the deposit up front, they understood and allowed us to pay the fee over time so that we could handle the emergency without putting ourselves in financial trouble. The apartments are private and the neighborhood is quiet. Great place to live!
I have lived here a year and a half. Previously i haved lived in three other apartment communities(over the course of 8 years). This has been by far the best exoerience i have had. The staff is very pleasant. The complex is quiet and cozy. Whenever I have an issue (which is rare) things are attended to immediately. The upkeep of the property is incredible. It is a beautiful, safe, and amazing place to live. The only reason I'll leave stirling court will be to buy.
I read great reviews prior to moving into Stirling Court, which is why I chose this location over others in the area. I had a bad experience when I moved in, and there was a lot of miscommunication from the office about timing of picking up keys. Due to an unexpected leave of absence by someone in the office, I had a lot of issues. I was unhappy with the service and attitude given towards me, as I did not think it was justified. I understand that when leave of absences occur there can be hiccups in customer service, but they were not very apologetic or try to make up for this lack in customer service. I do love the area and from other tenants, it seems like this complex is well-loved. I haven't had any issues after moving in, and think things are running like normal now.
Its a great 1 bedroom apartment for a couple! Has dining area and living area with an open concept kitchen. The kitchen is not very spacious but very functional (has a dishwasher too). The bathroom is very spacious and has a washer and drier installed and is tucked in neatly in a closet. All 2nd floor apartments have a great deck/balcony.
I had lived at Stirling for almost four years, two of those years were under different management who did poorly at their job. Scully management took over the property and brought along with them the best manager Micki and head of maintenance Scott that i ever had the pleasure of dealing with in 14 years of renting. Micki will address any issues or concerns you have immediately and always with a smile followed by"no problem we will take care of that for you". You are treated as someone who is appreciated for their business which is rare these days. Scott has always responded to any maintenance issues ASAP, sometimes within ten minutes and he always performs the work professionally and with pleasure. If i did not purchase a home i would still be there today. If you have dogs or like to walk outdoors you can do so from your doorstep. Next to the apartment building is an open pathway that leads to a small lake about a mile round trip and its open and safe to walk as i did for many years. Above all i would recommend renting at Stirling court as you will always be treated like you are appreciated by the Staff Micki and Scott. thank you both and i wish you the very best. JLas
