Property Ratings at Stone Arch II
I lived it... And thank god I made it.. Management doesn't care about anything or anyone.. The management will send false statements too you and have you upset and angry
Literally a joke, i called over ten times, emailed them over 5 times and attempted to physically stop in over a period of 2-3 weeks! My questions and concerns were not addressed and today “alex” called asking if i was still interested, what a joke, i would not advise living here or even considering renting here as no doubt their communication is non-existent. Worst process Ive EVER seen in a housing scenario. Thanks for nothing

I would recommend StoneArch II to anyone seeking a lovely neighborhood.
I'm very comfortable where I live. At times I would rather stay where I am than move to a different property. There is always someone to listen to concerns, big or small. That's very nice and it isn't available everywhere in the community.
I'd recommend this apartment community because it's in a great location, walkable to everything I need to access. The staff are great. It's a great place to live.
It suppose to be smoke free, but people are still smoking and only thing that can be done is wait till lease is up for renew.
Price is the biggest factor -- if apartments were more affordable, I have several friends looking for a place to rent.
The apartment is friendly, quiet, and my neighbors have been kind and considerate. I'm very proud to live here.
Building is nice and taken care of. Also the other residents seem respectful of one another. The building is not very loud, unlike other places I habe lived and visited.
These maintenance folks are really very competent. They are respectful of me and my home, and they obviously want to preserve the building. They are friendly, not noisy or careless, no bad language.
Heating is a big deal...having it work properly is essential. it's been over a week and it's still not resolved...
Too many smokers smoking in their apartments. Strong pot smell in stairways and elevators several times per week.
Maintenance is never an issue for me at SA2. Steve and Mary are awesome!! Its those above them that i think make problems because they are cheap. Also, too much smoking for a non smoking building. Smokers dont obey rules. Smoje in doorways, under decks, on decks, in apartments and wherever thet feel like it. Its a big issue with no consequences and there are medically fragile adults living here.Deanna does her best, but the consequences need to come from above her. There is no support to change this that i can see. Also wonder if property management gives a darn about the ckeanliness of the property. The rugs in hallways, on all floors at SA2 havent been cleaned since we opened. They did a pathetic cleaning one morning last year. All floors wet and smelling like bleach. Did all floors in a couple hours. Very bad job. Our windows were not washed either. Last year they attempted. That was first time they attemted to clean since opening. And the vendor did a horrible job. Our complaints stopped at the office. So not sure id highly recommend the place. Or id recommend with them knowing what they are getting into.

Thank you for your candor. We are happy to hear that maintenance has never been an issue during your stay with us. However, it is disappointing to hear that you are less than satisfied with the cleanliness state of our community. We invite you to contact our Community Manager, Pamela directly at stonearchmgr@pinnacleliving.com so we may work to resolve your concerns and improve your stay. We look forward to connecting.
I have recommended to two friends and one is moving in on may 10, 2018!
Parking is terrible in this area. The design of the 1 BR unit, especially the bedroom, is very small and linear.
Great neighborhood, complex is well-maintained and cleaned often, and the office staff is always helpful. Some fellow residents aren?t the most respectful to the property which is sad to see, but that happens almost everywhere.
the fact that SA2 so easily slips into not enforcing the contract (for the renters), Im not sure I would highly recommend living here, but I would encourage someone to look at their options.
