Stone Avenue Standard - Student Apartments

Living at Stone Avenue Standard has been an incredible experience! From day one, the staff has gone above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and part of a true community. They are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything you need, creating a supportive and comfortable living environment. Move-in was completely seamless, with everything well-organized and stress-free. The fully furnished units made it feel like home right away—no hassle of moving bulky furniture, just a smooth transition into a comfortable and stylish space.

On Move in Day, the staff was very welcoming and knew my name! Love how the staff greets me when I walk in for my morning coffee!

The Stone Avenue Standard is the best student housing in Tucson! The amenities are 24/7, the staff goes above and beyond. There is never a dull moment at this apartment. They throw the best events too!

1. Convenient to campus with great shuttle bus 2. Safety and security is taken seriously 3. Huge apartments with top end furnishings and appliances. 4. Price very reasonable. 5. Amaazing amenities- and always open. Nicest gym in Tucson- huge outdoor jumbo tron that you can play anything on with every streaming service provided known to humankind. 6. Love the grills- so easy to turn on and off and get so hot. 7. Really considerate staff. Always doing stuff that is unheard of. Someone sent me flowers and I couldn't pick them up for a couple of days. The staff changed the water in the vase for me- not something I would ask for and it also made me cry tears of joy. 8. All student. The only place.

So so so happy I made the decision to live here while going to the U of A. It really was part of the whole college experience. All the friends, events, caring staff, pool always open. I would say this was a total no-brainer!

I would recommend this student apartment complex to everyone because it is in a great area, great food, wonderful amenities, and the price is well set and worth it.

I lived here and really enjoyed it! Close to campus with plenty of amenities, the gym is awesome. I paid a lot less than some of my friends in other comparable complexes. Highly recommend living at the Stone Avenue Standard. Staff was super friendly and professional. Did not have any issues.

Great student community! It’s near campus, super stylish, very friendly, and reasonably priced

After only living here for 2 months, it is obvious that the staff here does not care about the residents. Over twenty car break-ins and nothing has been done. They claim to have video surveillance but it does not cover the entire property. There is no night security unlike all of the other apartments in the area. The shuttle schedule does not make sense and only holds 12 people, so many times you have to drive anyways. The office staff is rude and clearly doesn't care about the residents, and blames every problem on you. When there was a bug infestation, we were blamed for having food left under our fridge when we had only been in the unit for 2 days and hadn't gone grocery shopping. Despite multiple residents admitting that they don't feel safe and would prefer night security, the request was overlooked and we were told to "submit multiple police reports to get more police presence in the area". Pay a little extra to live somewhere else.
