Property Ratings at Shorehaus Lofts
For the area, the rent is reasonable. I do wish the apartment were a little bigger though. I hardly ever hear noise from neighbors. I live on the backside of the building and hear garbage trucks every morning except for Sunday. That is the only downside. There are washers and dryers on each floor which is convenient. The management and other tenants are friendly.
My apartment is in the heart of Cleveland. I have the best view of Lake Erie and the Browns at first energy stadium. On the corner of lakeside and west 6th I'm right in all the action of the city. Walking distance to dinning, shopping, entertainment and the best nightlife cleveland has to offer. Tall ceilings and exposed brick makes my apartment feel huge and incredibly homey for being in a city. I have the best apartment in Cleveland!
My apartment is so open and bright(lots of windows) and the walls are painted with a beige matte, just a serene feeling. Not crazy about the carpet but I guess that's a requirement for tenants on the upper floors. It's located on the end corner over garages which the sound of the garages doesn't really bother me, no more than the tenants over me that sound like a horse trotting across the floor. It has central air/heat as well as a gas fireplace which is so comfy in the winter. Pretty nice size rooms (2 bedrms) plus 2 bathrms, dish washer & washer & dryer. Kitchen needs a little updating, like the appliances, cabinets, and counters but it's liveable. Not the best view from the balcony but it could be worse like facing a wall or trees. I love that I don't live over anyone and my 4 yr old can play without limitations.
