Property Ratings at Stone Bridge Apartment Homes
Very arrogant front desk, will not listen to the residents, They start with "No" for any questions.
No maintenance and then uses your security deposit, very arrogant management
Asked to vacate for renovation and then charged for broken blinds and drip pans (which are going to be trashed while they renovate). Complained to the office about dog poops all over and flies coming into the apartment. No actions were taken for that, then charged me more than $240 for pest control. They will try their best not to give back your advance amount. The Property manager's response is very adamant and they don't care about reviews.
I was told my unit would be newly remodeled and of course clean. When you sign the lease you have to sign without seeing the actual unit. The same day I got the keys I went back to the front desk and told them how dirty it was and all the issues with it. They assured me I would be compensated for the issues but they couldn't have it cleaned. Now they are not only refusing compensation me. Yes I have pictures of all of the issues and sent them to the office within hours of getting the keys. Also had one of the girls from the office come check it out for herself and she too agreed it was unacceptable. There is black soot on the ceiling in the living area and master bedroom. The master shower had crusted black dirt all along the bottom and hair on the baseboard and doors. There were holes in the window screens, cob webs behind the doors and in the corners of the rooms. Black marks on the master bedroom door and the sliding glass door. The molding on the floor is two different colors. There are chucks of the flooring missing from behind both bathroom doors and water leaks in the ceiling of the master bedroom and guest bath. Their answer to that fix was spraying white paint on the ceiling after supposedly fixing the leak on the roof and doing nothing for the leak in the bedroom. They fixed the screen after multiple requests but would not have the place cleaned or painted. Do not move here unless you see your actual unit before you sign and make sure they have fixed everything. Also anything they promise you make sure you get it in writing as I have emails clearly showing they lie. I was desperate for a place given the market but will not be staying once the lease is up. I have contacted the front office both in person and in writing with no resolve and emailed corporate with no answer. Lesson learned stay away from Metro properties
Stone bridge is a great affordable place that is pet friendly. Stone bridge, though a bit older than some of the surrounding apartments, is well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and very responsive. There is a grassy dog park on premise and crystal clear pool. Located in Mason, just minutes away from shopping, dining, parks and 2 interstates. Lease here and you won't be disappointed.

Stone Bridge Apartments has a wide variety of floor plans and price ranges to meet many lifestyles. The apartment I ended up choosing is one of the larger units, and it is gorgeous, with breathtakingly expansive rooms and high vaulted ceilings. At least twice the size of most apartment's outdoor spaces, my balcony quickly became my favorite room in my home. As amazing as the apartments are, it was ultimately the staff who sold me on the place. Literally. :) They were so pleasant and took the time to make my big decision about where to live feel very comfortable. I submitted a maintenance request soon after moving in. They called me to follow up and to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn't believe it. I've absolutely found my happy place.
We live in a 2 Bed 2 Bath – First level apartment. Having a toddler, we were looking for a place with spacious floor plans. We looked at several other places and then found stone bridge which isn’t too expensive for the square footage of the apartment they offered. We got real big master bedroom that can accommodate a King size bed, Dresser, 2 Side tables, Rocking Chair, my toddler’s Crib and still plenty of room if my toddler wants to run and play around in the room. The living room itself looks and feels much bigger than it is because of the way it is connected to the dining room. Moreover if you are a socializing person, the community has a sheltered place with benches to sit in, where you can meet new people in the evenings. The Shelter is a wonderful place for my almost 2 year old to meet other kids and make new friends. Ours being a corner apartment, we got a plenty of open grass area beside, behind and in front of our building. That gave me a great place to play with my kid outdoors without actually going anywhere far from my apartment. The management is pretty responsive of any maintenance requests too. Coming to the things I don’t like: Apartments looks like these were constructed long ago and you can say that from the inside walls itself. Carpet quality is not cheap but not good either. Electrical appliances in the kitchen are not up to the mark but you can survive. The club house doesn’t have lot of amenities: No fitness center, Swimming pool is just Okay, nothing more than that. If you want to have a party in club house (As provided by other apartment complexes), the club house is very small with a very mini kitchen. So it cannot facilitate even a reasonable sized birthday party. Lastly even though I don’t like few things about these apartments, the community itself feels spacious and nice with greenery during summer. I love the socializing aspect and outdoor play options for my kid. I also like the floor plan of our apartment though I wish it has more closets and better appliances.
Living at Stone Bridge has been an overall amazing experience. We've made new friends, they have a fabulous bark park for my furry baby, as well as the great outdoor space. The staff and the maintenance makes sure that all of our homes as well as common areas are taken care of. There is so many reasons to want to make Stone Bridge your forever home and these are a few things that i am so grateful to have.
The apartments are fairly priced for what you get. Everything is nice about them except for the location. It is located off a main road so whenever there is an accident, we lose power. It usually takes a few hours for them to get it back up and by that time, your apartment is either really hot or really cold. They are nice apartments other than that, the maintenance does a great job when something needs to be done and they do it the best they can without getting in the way of everyday life.
