Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Dear Tenant, We are delighted to have you as part of the Stone Canyon Family. We are pleased to know you are happy and love living here! Please let us know if there is anything we can assist with!
Save your time and money. Let me just shorten my experience. Worst place ever there’s rats living In the apartment. Shootings outside my door. Management horrible and there’s no maintenance ppl working ever.
can not wait to move out this place is so bad with roaches and rodents. The office don't care. They will be rude
This apartment complex has lack of management you would never be able to speak with her neither get your issues resolved in a timely manner or respect manner. Their maintenance guys have no knowledge of what their job is and how to get it done. Full of roaches and bed bugs! Don’t waste your time and money!
It is so quiet at night, very friendly neighbors, issues are fixed in a decent amount of time.
Muy amables y atentos. Siempre tienen una buena actidud cuando estan ayudando a las personas.
My dad likes to sit and talk with the maintenance, they treat him real nice and are even making a picnic area

When first moving in they broke our lease 5 times. Nothing was organized and our apartment unit was moved 3 times. They are always “accidentally overcharging “ and manager is disrespectful. Apartment site is roach infested,I’ve never had this problem before. Honestly the apartment space is not worth what they are charging! But on a positive note maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive!

Thank you for your positive review! We appreciate all of our residents, and it makes us so happy to know of your wonderful experience with us! We strive to give all of our residents great service!
Maintenance is terrible, managers just look at you like you’re stupid, we left that place in less than a month. Our bed was on a frame, and it was INFESTED with roach eggs. We had to burn a lot of furniture that could have contained them after that.
Black mold, roast infestation, water issues, maintenance issues, security issues, garbage issues. Not worth the time and hassle.
Please DO NOT waste your time by moving here! This place is horrible! As soon as we moved in we had issues every single week. The toilets being stopped up, overflowing, the stove stopped working, the oven stopped working, the closet light stopped working, the bathroom light stopped working, the bath tub started peeling up at the bottom, the kitchen light stopped working for OVER A WEEK, the sprinklers outside at one point were literally facing our front door so when we left the house we were getting sprayed! Oh and don’t bother calling the apartment office to fix anything because they WILL not remember and make you a priority. You WILL have to go up there physically at least 3 times before they will finally send someone to your apartment. Oh and when they do send someone, they WILL NOT fix your issue. Not to mention, your water bill will be very high because they split your water bill with everyone else in your building. Try, $86 high. Yeah. This place is the worse apartment I have ever lived in. We also had a roach problem in which pest control does not help at all. We had to fix it ourselves. None of the workers in the apartment office knows what they’re doing. All they do is talk amongst themselves and get paid to do ZERO. Then they catch an attitude with you when you are having issues. I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on anyone not even my worst enemy !
Don’t waste your time here. The rent is cheap here for a reason. Maintenance always knows how to “fix” things that stop working again the next day like the air condition/heater, garbage disposals, water temperature control etc. And they don’t follow procedure. We marked that they can’t enter if know one is home/opens the door but there was an incident where my wife was in the shower home alone and maintenance still came in without anybody opening the door for them. Oh what a surprise for her when she got out of the shower. When we told the office manager they seemed to careless and nothing was ever done about it. We were livid! Be sure to read the contract when you sign. There’s is nothing stating about a mandatory carpet/floor cleaning, wiping down, and some other cleaning charges. And two other random charges that were unheard of which were just funny enough because the charges equaled exactly the same amount of the deposit to receive back. So of course we got nothing back. But we left that place spotless and had pictures to prove it, but of course again they didn’t care. We’re just happy to be out of this place! Thank you.
This was the worst experience I've ever had. Believe the reviews: there IS a roach infestation but the office refuses to address it. I've counted an average of 5-10 roaches per DAY. And that's just the average. I've also had my car broken into. Finally, the office staff fails to respond to requests unless you put it in writing. Make sure you write EVERYTHING down and know you can report them to Arlington Code Enforcement. Or save yourself the hassle and don't live here. Believe the reviews this time.
orrible experience. Worst ever by far. Office staff is incompetent and completely out of line. When I moved here 6 months ago I submitted a a repair request form with several issues, one of which was severe roach infestation. after minding them several times, now 6 months later i still haven't had anybody come to address the problems. People in the office are changing constantly, and each one of them seems more incompetent. Recently I had a clogged cartridge on the shower valve in the bath and there was barely any hot water coming. I did request service over the phone several times and each time was promised somebody will come in a hour. On the fourth time i called in a matter of 5 days, the office woman informs me that if the rest of the apartments in the building have normal pressure - there is nothing wrong with my shower -0 that being said I am a licensed building contractor and a plumbing contractor and have been doing that for the past 13 years. After some arguing she starts getting defensive and accuses me of being the aggressor. Unbelievable after which she sends some somebody. I also called for the AC several times, nobody comes to talk to me see what the issue is, they just go outside check freon and leave, and I had no idea if anybody has been here. In the end i just checked the filter inside which was completely clogged with dust. Just unbelievable "professionalism" of the maintenance crew who don't even know how to address you, using my name or "sir" and just call me "ey.." Another horrible part about the place is the noise. at least 6 times I had to call police for noise disturbance - loud music at midnight, during the day etc, after I tried talking to the neighbors who refused to cooperate. On several occasions I had to go and personally speak to people from surrounding buildings who thought they are at night club and will the music to the max and open doors and windows. Every single day and night cars with sub-woofers come in and out of the parking lot with their music banging to the max. am not kidding - this is horrible and unacceptable in all ways. I picked up that place because its close to UTA campus but it s by far the worst place you can get if you want privacy, peace and normal service when something is needed from office. Bottom line the place is outrageous, they violated many many times the lease I signed with them in many different points. I am paying for my own roach treatment monthly, and i would not recommend it.
Do not wast your time. These people will try an steal your money. MAKE THEM SIGN YOUR DEPOSIT RECIPE. OR THEY WILL TAKE THE DEPOSIT.... THIS IS REAL. HAPPEN TO MY SISTER. Don't wasn't your time.
Unless you feel comfortable doing all your own maintenance and like to have to hound the office multiple times over one issue, don't live here. The management never knows whats going on and will never go out of their way to help you achieve any problem without you camping out in the office until they do it. Many times I've had to request a maintenance worker walk over to my apartment with me just so I could make sure they would actually send someone. They also do not keep to the hours they post on the door so good luck trying to even go to the office.
These apartments are the worst it comes to out of all the others I lived in!! Horrible bug problem roaches everywhere. Maintenance takes forever to come fix issues. Also they will walk up in your apartment without notifying you I was in the bathroom when this happen for them to tell me we can't spray for bugs bc you are pregnant and have a 2 yr old. Umm...hello first of all, I didn't know you were coming to spray, and second if they would of looked at our lease obviously there is a 2 yr old. So they should give us so many hrs. To let us know so maybe we could evacuate. Lastly I called to complain and the manager hung up on me. They need to be fired. Don't move in these apartments
We lived here for a year. We couldn't afford to move out sooner. The place is infested with roaches. The office staff is incapable of doing basic jobs. They are terrible about returning phone calls. Neighbors were rude and had loud music all the time. It's definitely not in a great area of Arlington.
These apartments are horrible. My initial impression was that it was perfect. It had a reasonable rate on rent and it was the right size for a college student. But ever since I've been here it's been nonstop bug infestations. They have a serious case of bed bugs. The management is unwilling to help on anything. They take forever for repairs, maintenance men come and go as they please, and they misplace paperwork. Do not move here.
I would have loved to move here but its just too expensive for me because i live on Social Security.
