Lenox Park begins just steps away from the retail center that is Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza, but you’d be wrong if you think the high-rises and traffic of Buckhead make their way to this tranquil neighborhood.
Founded in 1931, Lenox Park stretches northwest from I-85 to just before Peachtree Rd., bounded by East Roxboro Rd. NE and Briarwood Rd. NE. Among its tree-lined streets and dense landscaping lies an incredible variety of homes. Newly renovated apartments share the streets with Craftsmen and ranch-style homes. The neighborhood’s namesake park and its charming pond is a popular spot for a jog or a picture session. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! When I first moved in, I loved these apartments I had no issues and the leasing manager was on point back then. NOW! We have had break-ins, my neighbor is a drug dealer (in this smoke-free complex), the leasing agents in the office are not friendly at all, accidents coming through the gate because other people don’t want to put in the code or just trying to sneak in the gate, weed scents coming through my vents so it’s hard for me to have company and it’s not good for my children to inhale that smell, thin walls, dirty pool most of the time (even seen blood in the pool), drug dealer and friends blocking the street as people are trying to get to their units, selling drugs in broad daylight/night and even more stuff. Even for 4th of July the leasing office sent everyone an email stating that your lease will be terminated if you used fireworks IN THE COMPLEX, which was a HUGE lie because there were fireworks being used all the way til 12:30am - 1:00am. Called the courtesy officer and he proceeded to tell me that the fireworks were being used outside of the gate when I was looking at him talking to someone just before lighting a firework in the street inside of the complex. Even down to the camera at our front gate that does not work it’s just there for show. It isn’t safe in this community, women in the leasing office have friends/connections with all the bad seeds(drug dealers etc. )in this complex and they keep them here so it’s very unsafe. The walk through gate is wide open for anyone to walk through and it’s been like that for almost a year (they do know it’s not working) even the front gate. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY/TIME.

I haven't lived here for long, but so far its much better than apartments I have lived in before. The entire property is enclosed by a creek with trails and greenspace abounding. I live on the first floor but still feel safe. The management has been helpful and kind through the leasing process and the maintenance team quickly fixed the few issues we had after moving in.

Stone Creek is a desirable community in a convenient location. Being right off of 85 allows you to get around wherever you need to go. This community is safe and relatively quiet. The units themselves are built well with quality wiring for WiFi, and we never heard any noise from the neighbors. Some apartment management can be a nightmare to deal with, but that is not the case here! Silvia and Lizzie, along with the rest of the staff, were responsive and helpful during my time here. The maintenance staff was quick and friendly, as well. Stone Creek is a very dog-friendly community, but management has done a great job of making sure the community stays clean. My only knocks would be the relatively small pool for the size of the complex and the limited walkability, but that shouldn't deter you from living here! Overall I had a pleasant experience living here and would recommend this to anyone looking to move into the area.

I've lived here for over 4 years and absolutely love it! The apartment is very spacey, neighbors are great, never have to deal with noise or pest issues. And the staff is phenomenal. The car wash and grills are so convenient which really make life easier. I've had 3 major situations when I truly needed the help of the staff and they are ALWAYS happy to assist. Once a maintenance person even helped me carry my luggage which he didn't have to take time out of his time to do, but it really meant a lot. Move here if you want peace of mind and an affordable place to live.

The worst management team I have ever dealt with. The management team is nearly impossible to get a hold of. They have all new photos posted, but the complex is not renovated. Your paying for the location and nothing else. The apartments are falling apart, and rent increases are outrageous. I promise you that moving into this place would be a big mistake.

I have lived at Stone Creek at Brookhaven since 2016, and have had a really great experience. The staff are wonderful and it's in a perfect location! The property is peaceful with nice amenities, and the apartment layout feels more like a home than a regular apartment. The staff is very responsive, and maintenance is fast and quiet. On occasion parking can be a bit scarce, particularly if you have guests, but is otherwise manageable. The pool area has had recent upgrades and is a great time during the warmer months. There is a small dog park and even some walking trails on the property. Overall it is a great value and we have enjoyed living here!

I have live at Stone Creek for good while to witness there great work effort to keeping the residents happy. They have a really great staff who is very attentive, maintenance always does an awesome job with there hard effort to get to everyones apartments and they never disappoint. The ladies at the office are very nice, very knowledge, and attentive with residents. This place is very peaceful to me with their surrounding nature and the best security really makes me feel safe.
I left this place after a year and not a second too soon! Bugs everywhere due to improper maintenance and landscaping and no one EVER answers the phone in the front office. There is an automated messaging saying they are helping other customers and they will call you back (they won't btw).
I've been here for 4 years now and I'm very happy with them and their customer service. It's a great location, very convenient to everything with minimal traffic getting on and off the highway. The community is beautiful, safe and very accommodating from The pool/BBQ area, to fitness center/cyber cafe/laundry facilities and serene atmosphere when walking around the property. I do however have a problem with the limited parking spaces which has gotten better but overall they could expand their parking lots I guess if that means taking away from the beauty of the complex. I also love that the age of tenants range from young kids to students to parents and elderlies and everyone is respectful. Overall I would recommend anyone of all ages to stay here :-)
I've been at Stone Creek long enough to witness several management changes, and have to commend the current staff (Silvia and company) for stepping up the standard over the previously uncaring and inept staff. Our unit is aging, and she's happily met our requests to update some of the old fixtures, windows, etc., and has continuously given outstanding customer service on any issue we've brought to her attention. The complex itself is in a great location for easy interstate access, the grounds are well-maintained, neighbors are generally quiet but friendly, and most importantly it's a great place for dogs. My dog has made a ton of friends over the years here, and looks forward to visiting the complex dog park and walking the trails nearly everyday. The only real negatives, which are manageable, are the considerable lack of visitor parking, and for whatever reason, USPS refuses to deliver packages (you'll have to pick-up all your stuff from the local post office).
I love living here, been here since June 2016. I love the place and the ONLY thing I do not like is the limited parking. The price could be about 10-15% better but it's still ok. I love the gym and the gorgeous pool and grill area. I also love that it is calm environment and located in a convenient but semi-private location that makes me feel safe. I love living here and would love to stay here again :)
Went in today to see about availability after researching online which said they had what I wanted for a January move. Unfortunately the girl in the office was unbelievably unhelpful. She said they hadn't had the 60 day notices yet for January. I tried to point out it was November 3rd which would mean they would have for the start of that month / end of December. She had no interest in discussing with me my exact move in date or what availability they had around that time. She was too busy doing something else on the computer to be listening to me.
