Too expensive for the poor customer service. Parking is a nightmare and had to deal with fighting roaches every morning. The repair guys try to handle the maintenance requests and they do a good job, but the management is horrible. Insulation is also horrid. The AC/heat struggled to keep the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They are not concerned in the least bit about customer service as long as they are getting paid. I would look elsewhere.
Come to Stone Creek at Old Farm! It is very quiet and there is actually enough parking spaces for everyone!!
I really like how small the property is. Not a lot of neighbors and they all seem very nice quiet people.
Have no regret living at Stone Creek Old Farm. The management and maintenance team are wonderful people, they take every issue serious and resolve it immediately. You know what? They are flexible and ready to provide help for you all the time.
Do not move here. The place is so dang stern you would think you are living on a military base. The lounging at the pool closes even if you're not in the pool. The pool is dirty most the times. Possums live in the bushes, you can't even enjoy friends on the balcony with a little pit fire going, it's not a good place to live long term. Don't move here save your money or the reserve the apartments next to these maybe your best fit! Management SUCKS! You can be locked out your house and they will tell you get a locksmith even if there's someone to help. The helpline is useless too. My hot water heater went out several times before it was replaced! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
Apartment is really good and well maintained. Turn around time for maintenance is also better. Office staff are very responsive and co-operative. Two issues: 1. Little expensive 2. Safety of the apartment. There are few burglaries happened last year in the unit but Management didn't take any action though it was repeatedly happen.
Neighbors are LOUD and everytime someone complains they stop for a few days but, go back to being loud again. Management does little to enforce the rules of being LOUD after 10:00pm - 5:00am in the morning.
The complex is well maintained, gated community, easy access for vehicles and pedestrians, lots of trees and green stuff, the common areas are clean and tidy, the pool area is beautiful (with grills and seats), and gym is clean and well equipped. No parking issues (lots of spaces-unlike neighboring communities). The apartment itself is very nice, recently remodeled (was built 1999) it has lots of sunshine, carpet in living and bedrooms/laminate in kitchen and bathroom. Modern appliances and lots of storage space. Washer/Dryer in unit and very nice balcony/patio. Leasing office staff are respectful, helpful, and very pleasant. My move-in was very smooth and they got everything ready for me on time. One last note: ALL maintenance is included in rental (yes, ALL).
When we first moved to Houston it was so hard to find a place that my husband and i both felt satisfied! We look up over lots of places and we didn't have THAT feeling that you are supposed to feel when you're home! The minute we found this place we both just knew! It's so great located, we have the calm of an easy quiet neighborhood but just 3 blocks of EVERYTHING! I mean everything, supermarket, pharmacy and all the stores of Westheimer Rd! Our guests can easily walk to! The staff made all the moving process really easy going and in no time we were ready to move in! The aparments and amenities are really beautiful and in such a good care and maintenance so all our friends just love to come here and enjoy at the pool with us! 100% recommended!
This apartment is awesome. Well maintained buildings and grounds. Pretty darn quiet for an apartment. Close enough to it all yet tucked just enough out of the way to not be in the chaos. Frequent resident activities, good activities with lots of food and awesome prizes and great people. Washer and dryer in ever unit. Not a super large property but not too tiny either. There are plenty of comparable properties nearby that won't have the charm this place has. I think it's a perfect balance of amenities location and price. Definitely a jewel.. better yet a pocket of utopia right in the middle of the city.
