Top Notch Maintenance Upon moving in (in December), my furnace had a part that went out. It became progressively colder - causing me to call after hours maintenance. Not only did they promptly arrive, but they fixed the problem AND brought me 2 large space heaters in case it went out through the night. The next day-the Stone Creek maintenance team came to replace the part and it's been running smoothly ever since. What's important to me as a resident - is the prompt response to my call, the kindness and respect of both the after hours and our own fantastic maintenance people. Second to none!

Furnace rm ceiling and kitchen light cleaning Furnace room ceiling had several large holes and maintenance covered. Kitchen light cover was full of dead bugs and they cleaned it out.

The pictures on the website look nice, but most of the appliances and HVAC systems are 20yrs old and falling apart. Maintenance isn't the best so expect to make several calls to get your issues fixed. This community is starting to show its age. Having spoken to other residents at this community and other CIP run properties, my experience is not an isolated incident. The property managers at this community are very nice and will do their best to make your experience a good one, but with the age and condition of the appliances and mechanical systems, there is only so much they can do.

if you don't have a lot of vehicles or a lot of visitors this place is perfect! the rent is moderate, the appliances are very upscale, view is terrific! wooden floors are great. amenities are work in progress and tha'ts only because the complex is new! only thing i wished was better would be parking spaces. other than your own driveway or garage spaces there are very few available for visitors, all the spaces are pretty occupied by tenants and there aren't much extra for visitors.
