Property Ratings at Stone Forest Apartments
They only do 6 month or even 5 month leases (!!!) and spike your rent every renewal. This month I got two days notice before my renewal was due that pet rent had increased from $10 to $40 on top of the $20 rent increase they do every 6 months, and for a 5 month lease, not even 6 months, so they can raise it even sooner. The whole two streets are the same address so delivery can be a hassle, and don't expect the tow truck to ever come help when non-residents park inside the gate. Speaking of the gate, it's non-functional or broken in some capacity the majority of the time. Apt washer/dryers are terrible so I just go to a laundromat. My apartment is a drafty / not well insulated 1 bedroom that has a year-round pest problem with roaches that is only mildly controlled by pest control visits. Maintenance is decently responsive, though I one had an issue with the office being a little rude, but otherwise the office has been friendly, besides the fact that this place is all about money. There's also occasional solicitors which is annoying but not the complex's fault. The school next door can be noisy when it lets out, my apartment faces it and is very close, and the traffic around it can get pretty bad. At the end of the day like most apartments they're just all about the money.
Ms. Fanny really gets things done in a timely matter. Any issue you might have she will gladly fix. Great attitude! You won’t have any complaints!
I have been at Stone Forest for over 10 years. They take care of your needs immediately. I love seeing the same office and maintenance staff. We are like family now. Manager and maintenance staff have been working at Stone Forest for over 10 years. I definitely will recommend this property. Just try it :)

I came in to the office and smells very good! Nice set up office. They love taking care of you! Make sure they find the best fit for you once you come in looking for an apartment! The staff is friendly. Took a tour and the apartments area is nice well maintained. Very clean. Residents are so nice they see you and talk to you and feel so welcomed ! I give 5 stars for taking care of me! They also have split rent ! Will definitely be renting with them..... (:
I love living at Stone Forest. They know how to take care of their tenants. The office personnel are very friendly. Property is very quite, clean and updated. I definitely recommend this property.
Ever since we moved in theres been a leak in the restroom they came to fix it like 5 times and never really did fix it and every month your rent payment goes up and now that we are moving they are charging us up to 300$ of stains in the carpet and broken glass but the carpet has been dirty and we have been here for more then 6 months ....
The complex is very quiet and reliable because it’s close to groceries stores, right next to food town , close to fiesta and shopping center , the ladies in the office are very helpful and maintenance it’s always on point when it comes to fixing your stuff .
I want to thank the staff at Stone Forest for sending me the maintenance tech in a timely manner. Miguel did a great job in my apartment. I love living at Stone Forest. Very quite and clean.
first let me say I love apartments.com I recommend it to all my friends and clients. I'm a leasing agent too so I know all the ins and outs of apartment living. I understand from office staff point of view as well as a resident point of view so I try to give the best most reasonable reviews possible but this is hands down the worst property management company and office in my history of apartment living. I have lived t amazing properties I found on apartments.com but Don't expect fairness from this property's management or even their corporate office. You can call the corporate office twice a day for 2 months and you will not even receive as much as an email response. terrible terrible customer service. They will charge things to your account unfairly and will not honestly read your ledger to you over the phone you must look in person and if you find anything wrong with it there is NO ONE you can talk to you will either have to take all issues to court or continue to be abused. The current manager Norma is very rude and unprofessional and nothing is worst than her supervisor in the corporate office when she finally does call you 2 months later after you've had to threaten to contact HAA she will be extremely condescending rude and uninterested in hearing what you actually have to say as if customer service is an extensive task in which she was not properly trained. I have been through the worst renting experience with this staff and I am so thankful that my lease is almost up and pray others continue to post their reviews on awesome website like this one so we can all have a better shot at finding the perfect home. P.S ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES RUN RUN RUN! I am never at home I hardly eat there yet I cannot get rid of the roaches they were there when I first moved in obviously there before I moved in and will be there when I leave. The roaches must be paying rent too.
These apartments are poorly maintained , water from the shower barely trickels down . Theres a roach problem i wouldn't advise anyone to move into these apartments.
