I have lived in several apartments across the NWA area, but none have compared to Stone Manor. The staff provides constant updates and brings things like food trucks to the complex. The community, itself, is quiet and the apartment feels like you’re in your own home. I’ve lived here for several years now and continue to see them make improvements to the community year after year. Would highly recommend!

I have been living here at Stone Manor for three years and love everything about it. It’s small enough to feel like we’re a community yet large enough to have privacy. The management is always so pleasant and easy to work with regarding any situation. The grounds are kept immaculate and the maintenance guys are great - courteous and quick to fix any problem. I love my upstairs apartment- high ceilings, great lighting, pleasant patio and very quiet plus a beautiful wood burning fireplace that I enjoy all winter. It has a nicely kept walking trail and is close to the lake and trails at Village on the Creek, the Walmart Amp and several restaurants.

At Stone Manor I wake up to a true home. I hear birds singing, watch squirrels playing and take a casual walk around the perimeter of an easy going community. I love my three spacious bedroom apartment with w/b fireplace. Cozy and comfortable with the added knowledge that Larry, Alison and Paul will look out for me

Access to the Greenway at the gates, restaurants and watering holes with in stumbling distance. We usually walk home from concerts at the AMP because its easier than dealing with parking. Actual fireplaces. There really is a sense of community here, everybody waves and seems genuinely friendly and welcoming. The grounds are always kept pristine with trees and flowers everywhere. The pool really is the gem of the Manor, all pretty and sparkling, with plenty space where you never feel crowded. The management and maintenance team are always extremely nice and willing to help with what ever you might throw at them. Anything that requires maintenance, you just call Larry and he’ll have Paul on it in no time.

I am a current resident who thinks this is a lovely property. The grounds are well maintained, the maintenance crew is very nice and have been helpful to me. Whenever I have had an issue the management staff has addressed it. There’s an on-site dog park but be sure to pick up your dog poop if you want to live here! I would recommend this place as a relaxing place to live.

This is a great place to live. The apartments are very well maintained and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Management and office staff are easy to work with, honest, and accommodating. The location is perfect. Easy access to the highway, Bentonville, food, entertainment and stores. This is by far the best place I have ever lived.

There is nothing better than peace where you live and this is definitely the place to live. The community here is respectful and the staff maintain the property so well that it is a joy to drive home to each day. Management has always been attentive and responsive. Larry is very pleasant and easy to talk to concerning any challenges or issues that might arise from the usual communal living. I was on a waiting list to get into this property and it was well worth it!

This place has an awesome layout of multiple floor plans. Staff responds to needs in an efficient timely manor. The dog park and multiple dog stations make it easy to take care of both my pups. Amazing place with a ton of perks!!! Thank you stone manor!!!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this property and all of the staff are. Work orders are met in a timely and professional manner, the property is kept clean and well maintained and there is always a smile when you walk into the office. Loud neighbors, barking dogs, and cheap garage doors. Landlord does NOT care at all about noise unless it's after hours, even if it is consistent and disruptive. Even when given proof they only make vague threats. They have been sending emails for months threatening to DNA test dog poop and still haven't done anything. All talk no action. Do not waste your money on these overpriced units.

Units are in an excellent locale. Appliances need updated and soundproofing could be better for the price. Neighboring unit garages are built underneath bedrooms with no rubber insulators, leaving your floor and walls vibrating anytime a neighbor opens their garage; light sleepers beware. Amenities are just okay. Dictionary example of a photogenic property with little substance. Management is lacking. Noise complaints are handled with little importance, even for tenants that are regularly being a nuisance for over a year. Emails reminding tenants of the leasing agreements, like pet litter, are public, vague, and unprofessional. Buildings are in disrepair, and when they are repaired, its done while tenants are still living in the buildings with no compensation. This includes roof work that lasts over an entire weekend. Internet is wired more like a generic apartment building than a condo complex, do not expect to get the most from your internet plan. Prices increase yearly due to "market value" with heavy quotes, even for long term tenants with no issues. A stack of packages was mistakenly delivered to the office. Instead of handling the delivery professionally, the management team left the packages on the front step, unorganized, and sent an email to all tenants saying "come see if you have packages". It was only about 15 packages for about 10 residents. For a gated property charging over $1k for most of their units, I expect better service. I don't expect a Hilton experience, but I also don't expect a management team that admits defeat in the face of 15 packages. This is a fine property with fine units that need a little bit of work, but the management needs substantially more work than the property itself. If you want to live in an area that feels like an overpriced college apartment complex, live here; elsewise, avoid it.

I lived in the complex for two years, their prices are exactly as advertised, unlike others. Maintenance is timely if you have an issue, like a screeching garbage disposal. The complex is well maintained, everything is trimmed and clean. Most units have attached garages. Rarely mentioned, but the complex is located directly off the Razorback Trail, a multi-sectioned paved bike/running trail. I rode my bike to the grocery store or to work on the trail. If you are into the outdoors, this is a great asset. I would highly recommend this community.

If you are looking for a place with the perfect location between bentonville and rogers this is the one!! I absolutely love living in these apartments. The property manager goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are informed about anything going on in the complex. The pool/hot tub is beautiful. This is a great place for single or family atmosphere.

The property is nice to look at, but the quality of the apartments are very old and have lots of issues. Can hear everyone talking outside and walking above you. Had to move to another apartment when I lived next to college students and was not sleeping at night and had a new job. The management was good until we got new management this last year. Larry is horrifying. All of a sudden, my rent went up $50 without me even signing a document for that. I am sure they are trying to squeeze everyone to do repairs on the old apartments. I will be moving out as soon as I can and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I did not listen when people told me about these when I moved here. I now listen. They will find some reason to keep my deposits. I am not even expecting that back. If sleep and money are important to you, look for something with better quality. There are places near here that are newer/better/same price or cheaper.

This property is convenient to both Rogers and Bentonville, makes a short commute to my office. There’s a small lake nearby that’s wonderful for dog walking, fishing or grabbing a drink at the taproom, Natural State. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I would love to see more community outreach or events like cookouts and ways to get involved And get to know each other, but I am happy with my home and location above all!

I’ve lived here for 5 years and it’s not what it’s used to be. I’m ready to move and find somewhere else to live. Since this new management company bought this place and took it over, it has gone down hill quite a bit. They still put on a big fake smile and a fake front to get new renters in. But once you sign that agreement, you’ll realize it was a big mistake! There are so many things wrong with these apartments that are not obvious to the eye when you first look at them. And when you call the management team with complaints or to fix things, they turned out to be very rude after they have taken your money. They don’t fix or maintain anything like they promised they would. They will smile until they get your money, then you’re stuck with a very crappie apartment with everything broken in it. PLEASE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. YOU’LL BE BETTER OFF RENTING FROM ANYWHERE ELSE FOR HALF THE COSTS!!!

Absolutely the most unprofessional people to work with. We had constant issues with our apartment, everything from roof leaks which never got repaired and there were multiple. To our A/C going out for two weeks in the summer. A toilet than would never flush, a shower than never drained as you'd be up to your ankles in water before you were done. Then the shower water line had a leak and had our entire room soaked for weeks until they found time to come fix it. Also the hand sinks didn't drain for the first few months until they finally got them fixed. Also they are extremely strict on dog policies and just about everything else. We tried to sublease but they told us we'd have to pay a thousand dollars!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!
I was very disappointed in my experience while living at Stone Manor. The apartment were nice, but customer service was very unprofessional. The maintenance personal was very rude and looked smelt like alcohol. For the money you spend on rent and the location I expected more for my money.
The process of finding an apartment or house is sometimes a gruesome process, but apartments.com helped me find these lovely apartments that are close to shopping, dinning, and entertainment. The option to have a garage with an apartment is wonderful! The people are very nice and made the process easy. Plus im just starting to acquire credit and they still gave me a chance. Simple but good for me and my fiance but they get even better with more rooms.
