Stone Pointe Apartments

I moved in Stone Pointe in March, it has been the most pleasurable, excellent experience I had. The people, staff, my apartment and the building in general are exceptional. The cleanliness is just excellent. Everyone is extremely kind and I am so happy I’m here.

It’s an amazing community everyone is friendly! It’s a quiet community with large bedrooms and spacious living rooms and closets! Priced very well!

Very clean, quiet and convenient to freeway and stores.

I was lucky to secure this apartment of my dreams in May 2024. It is a large one bedroom, compared to others I looked at. New carpet, new kitchen flooring, so very clean. With that being said, the staff are ALL wonderful along with all residents. It feels like “home”. Stone Pointe is meticulous in its care of property and residents. No wonderful some residents have been here more than 30 years as we all feel very safe. We have a hospital and many shopping venues within a mile. Recommend Stone Pointe without hesitation.

I have loved the look of Stone Pointe since the 1970’s. Recently sold house and looked into Stone Pointe and my application was promptly approved. Best decision I could have made! The staff, residents and apartment second to none.

Stone Pointe is a great place to call home. Friendly staff, parking lots and trees and lawn are kept up very nice. Close to many stores, Restaurants, Hospitals etc. Beautiful large balcony to watch the sunset!

It’s relatively quiet, be prepared for the smell of pot smoke in the hallways. Management has yet to address this issue, months after sending emails and leaving voicemails.

Very quiet, clean and accesible to shopping and restaurants. Leasing staff was very professional and responsive to all concerns. I love living here.

Stone Point is a quiet, mature, friendly place to call home. The place is upkept everyday, the smell of cleanliness throughout. The closest to senior living without being labeled as such.

Stone Pointe is a quiet little community of people who are nice to one another when passing through the hallways. By community I mean the residents, staff and visitors. I really enjoy the quiet as an amenity over a swimming pool or gym.

I have truly enjoyed my time here! This is a very quiet facility. People are friendly and courteous. I really like my studio apartment- as a recent college graduate, the hominess and price were unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Stone Pointe is a beautifully well kept community with great space. The kitchen is a very nice size as well as the living area. All spaces are clean and peaceful. My bedroom is awesome. The building is pristine. Never any garbage, no excessive noise or smoke. Very happy to be here. It is close to the freeway and to Grocery stores/Financial Institutions places to eat and shop. I was lucky to get in

Maintenance requests are always addressed quickly and professionally. John does a excellent job. Melanie as well does an excellent job in the house keeping area. She works hard to keep this place clean.

Spacious rooms, Excellent upkeep of interior/exterior grounds. Excellent maintenance/cleaning staff. Very good parking. Safe quiet very clean building. Friendly neighbors. Convenient to shopping and freeways. Very good organization of deliveries in mail room. Overall this is a great place to live.

I had water leaking into my kitchen and it had caused damage to the wall, cabinet, and countertop. I reported it on a Thursday, February 12. Nothing was done. No one even came to my apartment to look at it. When I reported my problem again and stated that no one had been to my apartment, I was told that the maintenance man had filed a report stating that he had been to my apartment and that he had resolved the issue on the day that I reported it. Neither of those things was true. I called the maintenance number 5 times on Saturday. No one responded to my calls until Monday, February 14. On that day, the maintenance man called to tell me that the reason he had ignored my calls over the weekend was because he knew the apartment above mine was also leaking water, but the leak had been fixed in her apartment, so he assumed the leak had stopped in my apartment, as well. I told him that even if it wasn’t still leaking, there was damage in my kitchen that would need to be repaired. I was out of town. He asked if he could enter my apartment. I told him that he could. He cut a hole in the cabinet above my kitchen sink and moved one of my fans into the kitchen and aimed it at the hole to, “Help it dry out.” He also ruined a dish rag by using it to wipe up dirty water. That was the last time anyone from the complex worked on or contacted me about my kitchen. Four weeks later, I still have a hole in my cabinet and damage to the wall and countertop. Maintenance crew is unprofessional.

It's a safe community. Don't have to look over your shoulder when getting out of ur car. The parking lot is large and well lit at night. The apartment itself is very quite.

Great place to live! The staff, Charlotte, John and Melanie are wonderful! They are a big part of my decision to continue living here. They are all professional, friendly and very proficient at their work. The interior and exterior of the building is always immaculate. The grounds are maintained very very well. It's very quiet here and I also love that! If all those things remained the same, the only thing that would make me consider moving is a high increase in rent, YUCK! lol

This is a well kept up complex with extremely friendly staff.

Quiet complex with spacious apartment and top-notch housekeeping/maintenance staff. Secure buildings. Clean inside and out.

They make it so hard to move in here! The website availabilities are never accurate, we get a different move in date every time we call and speak to a person, and they won’t show us any units! Every employee we’ve spoken to has contradicted one another and after so many attempts it’s not even worth it anymore!

I love my apartment I get responses to needs immediately.

I really really enjoy living here at Stone Point and my apartment is perfect. I would recommend Stone Point to all my friends and family. The front desk manager is great, it was a joy to work with Charlete sorry for misspell.

I love it here the front office staff is wonderful and maintenance is prompt, the only thing Id say about the amenities is that there isnt a pool or small recreation room.

I was looking for a new home where I could settle in. I've found that here at Stone Point. The neighbors are nice, the grounds are kept and my apartment is beautiful. Pricing for now is reasonable and I feel safe.

First fell in love with how clean it was, 2nd no smelly hallways, and the balcony is huge. Loved that there are elevators, cause I can no longer do stairs. As much as a washer & dryer would be more convenient in the apartment, I'd suck it up to live here. Ideal would be on the back of the building with the wooded area and not facing a parking lot. You can tell the manager showing apartments really enjoys his job, very friendly.

Very spacious and clean for the area. That being said, the management is subpar- they lost my rent check, but still charged me a late fee. Rent has gone up every year $30-$50/ mo, but no amenities or updates to show for it.

Our apartment is well kept and feels very safe. Even though children are allowed many senior adults live here. Many residents have lived here for over ten years because it is very convenient to freeway and shopping yet set in a pretty atmosphere. Our apartment is very spacious and only three floors with an elevator. There are washers and dryers on each floor. Everyone has a balcony and there are many choices of layouts. The maintenance is very prompt when something goes wrong and the apartments are kept up to date. We have lived here for 14 years and can't imagine living anywhere else.
