Just 10 miles west of Fayetteville's city center sits the charming suburban community of Seventy-First/Cliffdale. Although housing and apartment complexes occupy most of Seventy-First/Cliffdale's land area, a small commercial area exists in the neighborhood. However, most of the neighborhood's residents commute to other sections of the city to work, entertain themselves and shop. For the most part, descriptors such as quiet, safe and slow-paced are apt to use about life in Seventy-First/Cliffdale. The neighborhood also contains a fair bit of undeveloped land, especially surrounding the numerous small lakes and streams that dot Seventy-First/Cliffdale's landscape.

Property Ratings at Stone Ridge Apartment Homes
Do not waste your money, they claim that this place is a gated community but it is not. I have been living here for two years now and the gate has only work maybe for thirty days of the two years. My husband and I went away the other day and came back to three of our tires cut, the office did nothing told my husband when he spoke with them to contact our renter's insurance who by the way does not cover the outside of the vehicle. I called and spoke directly with the office manager who informed me that its either a mistake in identity or someone we are having an issue with. Like I stated earlier we have been living here for two years, we don't even know who our neighbors are because when we are home we are inside or we go away to Florida, because of the noise level above us so we can get some rest. The office manager, also told me that we do not pay for the gate in our rent and it is not fair for them to keep fixing the gate when it stopped working. The office will tell you not to confront the loud neighbors but does nothing to help you. Worst staff ever. Yes we could move and find someplace else but my husband is getting ready for a new duty station so it would not make sense at this point. This place is roach infested and if you live on any other floor than the 3rd floor you are in for a rude awakening. The flooring is paper thin you can literally hear your upstairs neighbor taking a pee if you are in your bathroom when they are in theirs. If you are a light sleeper forget about sleeping and if the person above you does laundry late night's like ours does be prepared to be up all night because it will be sounding like a helicopter coming through your ceiling. Yes the outside of the building is beautifully but that is all you will be getting. No matter how early you pay your rent you still will be getting rude messages from the office to come pay your rent. If you like your car vandalized, living with roaches, getting rude email about rent after you pay earlier and getting no sleep then this is the place for you. I wish there was a way to give this place a no star because really and truly that is what it deserves.

I am an existing tenant at this apartment.I stay in unit 3041.My experience has been very bad so far with maintenance, i have a broken non functioning utilities from the time i moved in and this is more than 50 days and am still raising tickets, making calls and everything. The whole idea to rent a home is to save yourself from these hassles but i am learning my lesson the hard way.Well very unfortunate for me is that i am in a 20 month lease agreement, so pray for me and i hope this time passes soon.
I just moved out of this complex and I could not be more relieved as I did not feel safe living there any longer. Unfortunately, I always felt like nothing was done to make the residents feel safer. For example, we didn't have a gate for about a year even though we pay for it. It would have been very helpful for the residents to have the front gate fixed (that we pay for and was broken for about a year) or get cameras around the complex or just simply warn all the residents about recent happenings and incidents at the complex. Law enforcement constantly showed up and I had to call them myself a few times (parking lot parties in the middle of the night). It was by far the noisiest place I had ever lived in and the constant car alarms that kept going off forever in the middle of the night did not help either. Mail and Packages were stolen and even my doormat. How crazy. Another concerning issue is the trash and especially dog poop that covers the whole complex (not just the dog park itself). I have never seen so much dog poop covering an area and you really had to constantly watch where you walk. And the dog park itself could never been used by us due to this issue. When I one day found urine stains on the staircase of my apartment building, I really wasn't surprised. I really have never lived in such a loud, unsafe and dirty complex before.
This property advertises multiple platforms including their own website low prices. When you go in person they have a higher price than advertised. I went today to see the property and they had increased prices almost $400 from what has been advertised in all the platforms including their own website. The lady told me that they updated those prices daily on their website so from the morning to this afternoon the apartments went up $400 plus! Good way to attract clients with FALSE ADVERTISING!
The Property Management & Maintenance are unprofessional, rude, and uncommunicative. The property itself is unsafe, as packages are regularly stolen, cars are broken into, and the front gate has been broken for 8 months. Look elsewhere.
The matanance in this complex is one of the best, Yesterday they came and worked on the doors in 3051 apt. C and I was very please with the work and professionalism that it was displayed. Thank you
The management here is very poor. The staff’s “people skills” are beyond awful and they’re very rude. The insulation in the apartments are paper thin so you can hear all of your neighbors conversations. I plan on moving out as soon as I PCS. Would not recommend !
I was super happy at the beginning but!! The regional manager is a Lier. She lie to me 3 times and end it up sending me a none renewal contract. My AC breaks and she was in charge, she wants to control everything but is not professional at all. She told me we have a new unit, but she lied to me, then told me she is bringing an AC co. From outside, she Lied again. She told me is giving me 3 months rent reduce and after I pay the 3 months reduced she said she told me it was only 1 month. She made my days so bad . We were happy because is a good and quiet place but the management is nasty. Maintenance is bad, they have only 1 men poor him. He is super nice but the management doesn’t know what they doing. If you are looking to leave in this place, think about it 20 times!!!
This place is by far the worst i just moved in was told the apartment was ready and it was very dirty, nasty, and in bad condition(i have pictures), they added $275 to my debit card some how i had to dispute for sumthin they said was a reservation fee spoke with neigbors and they all say the community has gone down bad recently and they dont fix anything they will talk you into moving in and be real nice until hou sign then i tried to speak with the leasing agent Maxcie because the community manager refused to accept any calls and give all calls to maxcie and she cursed me out even threaten me which is unacceptable to me as a tenant when ask for they corporate number she refused and said "google it" and hung up on me DO NOT RENT FROM STONERIDGE THIS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED and the leasing agent Maxcie and the property manager is the worst wish i could share thewe pictures
Lived here nearly a year. The pool was closed more than it was open. Dog crap everywhere, gate is left open most of the time, broken glass everywhere a lot!! Nasty breezeways. They never clean or fix anything. AC went out in July 2017 and they didn’t get it fixed till October. Didn’t really need it then. Rent increased nearly $100/month. Nice apartments but not for what they charge and amnesties. Other places are much nicer for 1/2 the price. The dumpsters are always nasty and trash is everywhere. Need more dumpsters especially for those on Stone Mason. Really a HUGE letdown. Managers just don’t care!! Very rude.
We first visited here in last year in July 2016 looking for an apartment didn't find anything suitable nor price affordable. We came back in July 2017 looking online found this apartment liked its amenities offered. We decided to call and see the complex and take a look at an apartment. Spoke with Sarah she was so cordial and helpful to us the apartment complex grounds were nice, and the apartment was very spacious and great floor plan. We decided this was the place we wanted to live in Fayetteville, we're retired military family this complex is close to Ft Bragg about 15 minutes and close to shopping centers. I would like to add this the staff is the greatest apartment staff the manager Aledrea is so kind and she listens to the concerns of her tenants and she doesn't just talk she takes action. She makes you feel like family and keeps us up to date on all events via email and if stopping by office she informs you personally we appreciate her caring spirit. I like living here the quietness and respectful people in my complex. Great Place to Live*******
This building is great is you want peace and respectful neighbors. It's just minutes away from shopping centers and great food for a date night or a day out with the family. This apartment has a pool with lounge chairs with cushion and dining tables, a great fitness center, playgrounds for the kids, courtyard with amazing greenery, and a track to walk around the complex and enjoy the view. With all of this, it really is like heaven on Earth.
If you are a current resident of the Fayetteville, NC area and are looking for a new place to live then I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to you. The staff is very customer friendly, the maintenance is quick to react at all times of the day, and the community feel is very safe. Inside and out of each unit is very clean and the grounds keeping is done very professionally. The water always comes out hot when you want it hot, and cold when you want it cold. As well as the A/C and heat. Overall, it is a great place to live, whether you are single looking for that bachelor pad or if you're married with kids and looking for a safe place to raise your family.
My apartment complex is a great place to live. It's one of the very few complexes that actually include everything in the rent. It is fairly priced and for the amenities you can't complain. The staff is professional and user friendly. The service from the grounds technician is timely and they ensure to do the best job possible. The layout is great with a walking track and a dog park. It is a gated community which adds a sense of security as well. The location is easy to find and accessible to various locations around town and to include the Army base. I enjoy living there and will be there as long as I am stationed in the area. It makes my living convenient and affordable.
Location: -2Mins from the grocery -5Mins from Skibo Rd., which has all the major national retailers/restaurants (Chipotle, Target, Ashley Furniture, etc.) -15Mins from Ft. Bragg -30Mins from Spring Lake Apartment Quality/Price: -Prices vary here, so calling is a good idea, but there are currently "reduced rates." I pay $860 for a large 2Bed/2Bath, cheaper than most of my friends pay for a 1Bedroom which are not as nice -Leases are all inclusive except for electric. Which includes: Washer/Dryer, garbage disposal, cable, internet, water/sewage, trash, etc. -Apartments are fairly standard. It should be known that the kitchen and bathrooms have faux granite and linoleum flooring, and the carpet could be nicer. Security: -I have not seen or heard about any crime issues. The community is in a fairly safe community and isolated and gated from anything nearby. However, the gate is only closed during the night and is often broken. Amenities: -As I mentioned, the apartments are all inclusive, which I really like -There is a decent gym, which is always empty for some reason -The pool is kinda small, but there are showers and bathrooms right next to the pool -There are grills, volleyball courts, a small bark park, and a 3/4mile running trail -The community center has free coffee and water. It also has a couple computers/a printer Community: -A solid mix of age, race, and profession. There are a lot of soldiers (both officer and enlisted), but there is a variety of other middle class singles and families Staff/Maintenance: -I have been very happy with the staff. They were honest during the leasing process and have always been receptive to questions. -There was a problem with the key pad of my microwave when I moved in. Within 15Mins of asking for maintenance to fix it, I got a knock on the door and they fixed it within 5Mins
